Stopped here for a quick coffee and fill up. But also, used the restroom. Please do a better job with the overall cleanliness because so many people pass through and prevention is key.

Dalton was the attendant that blew my mind and made me come leave a comment. He provide the absolute best service going above and beyond what is expected of him by Flying J as well as the customers. He would not let anybody be forgotten or waiting, attending to every customer. The elderly women loved him for getting them out the door as fast as possible. All of the staff was friendly and polite! Dalton was a 5-star employee who deserves recognition and a raise.

Really nice truck stop. They have a lot of food options like Subway, Cinnabon and a hot case with pizza. Coffees and fountain drinks are available there too. My orange vanilla icee was really good. Good place to stop while on a road trip. There are food carts across the street.

When I entered I paid for the diesel for my truck and the shower to take a bath, while I waited I bought a Cinnabon and then I thought I'll have a coffee. When I'm going to sit down, a white lady with light eyes yells at me, sir, you must pay first for the coffee, it's not free, it never bothers me. It had happened, it's racist, I didn't want my food or my coffee to get cold, I tell him, it's missing the sign saying that I must pay first before taking what you want to buy. A driver approached me and told me what a rude person, now I read several reviews and I notice that this lady is like that, she treats clients badly, they should change her because one is working and this place is to rest and get off the truck, to run into this type of people.

As a traveller the set up here was a bit strange to fill up with gas. I chose to pay with cash and had to go into the service area and choose (and guess!) the amount of fuel I needed. It was a rental so had no idea how much it would take to fill up. Bonus was that it was cheapest I ve seen. Plenty of options for food and refreshments in the service area. I didn t use the restroom but my wife said they were average.

Awesome place. The Mexican food truck is awesome. One of the ladies (Lisa), i think, that was her name, helped me out with the last reserve parking spot on one rainy night when trucks were all parked in a no parking zone. Always good food, good parking. Will come back again.

Can't hardly get into the place. Very tiny and cramped parking lot. Customers are always having to compete for parking because of lack of parking. People living out of their cars hang out on the lot for hours on end, and there's seldom disabled parking available because vehicles without disabled parking permits are filling them up. Pretty much given up on trying to patronize the place.

Don t waste your money on subway restaurants. They don t know how to make and wrap sandwiches. When they try to cut sandwiches in two halfs all vegetables comes out. They are not trained workers

Came to this travel center to gas up , I moved passed the fuel lane to a 10 minute parking area and went inside . No more than 4 minutes in to me using the rest room ,the cashier went in the loud speaker to call out my truck number and mention that my child was in the truck supposedly alone . This angered me because my child was in his homeschool class online and she took it upon herself to expose the location of my child and say she over a loud speaker to well over 35 people that my child was in said truck number. The child is in the double digest age and was safe when I hurried back , however I think this was very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Staff was very friendly. They also have self serve kiosks. Staff was knowledgeable about the app and helped me with an issue. Thank you for making my trip just a little bit easier.

The machines that grind the coffee themselves are fine, but more often than not the specialty hot drinks like hot cocoa, and flavored coffees are completely out and all you get is hot water. Otherwise, the store is always clean when I come in and the staff are helpful without being overwhelming.

Wouldn't let my family shower here . For professional drivers, only is this how they are going to start running this place? Also, no overnight parking now? Is this a truck stop? meant for people to fuel up rest and freshen up? This location is going downhill fast. The lady who refused me a shower looked at me with disgusted eyes. When I informed her, I had showered here before she stated with an oh well. Won't go back u til this issue is fixed.

I walked in to take a shower, and the cashier asked me if I was a professional driver. I told her that I was and that I did not have any showers on my ap. She said, "Are you sure you are a professional driver.' I said yes, and I was paying for the shower. If the price is different for non-professional drivers, I would like the best price. If not, was she trying to screen out people for showers. I just think that it was weird that she had to ask me two times. I am an owner operator and I do not buy fuel at Flying J because of the price.

It took 55 minutes at 1:00 a.m. to get a pizza! And it was cold. I went in to get fuel and something to eat. It Was 1am. Purchased a pizza from a lady working the registers named Lisa. She took my order then said thanks. I asked her how long will the pizza take. She said 20 mins. So I went out to my truck and waited 25 mins and came back inside. As I walked in the door she made eye contact with me . I nodded my head at her and she just looked away so I figured I would just stand there by the lottery machine and wait until I got some indication from her that my pizza was ready.well another 20 minutes passed and she had looked at me several times and hadn't made any kind of indication to me that my pizza was ready so I decided to go up to the counter and asked her and she said here you go the pizza was sitting right there for the last 20 minutes while I was standing there waiting thinking she would have let me know. I mean anyone doing her job with any kind of common sense and decent customer service skills would know why I was standing there all that time. So I took my pizza and I opened it up and it was cold and it upset me so I told her that I wanted a refund and she refused to give me a refund for my purchase. I'm really not interested in getting service like this or spending my money with a company who's going to employ people that are going to be rude to their customers. I know there's two other gas stations in that same vicinity that I'll start using instead from now on

Nothing wrong with the truck stop it's just I've been here two times now first time it's kind of weird some mentally handicapped man stole some stuff the manager couldn't recognize that and mishandled that situation even happy that he you know I was able to kind of physically overpower the man to take some of the items back.Second time the microwave that work the previous night in the morning suddenly was out of order. I attempted to fix it then the manager interrupted me and suddenly had an answer that it was a fuse which was bull. They wanted people to spend money in their store on top of gas and coffee.I have to give them a bad review for using slimy tactics like that. If the microwave was actually broken they wouldn't have had any issue with someone trying to fix it.Edit: Also suddenly when you enter the building your phone date stops working and you're met with a subscription wall to access their Wi-Fi. Seems manipulative is one thing to not have any data and then paying them for their Wi-Fi it's another to jam someone's Wi-Fi to finesse customers.

Truckers don't waste your points on reserving a parking spot here. They will not honor it once the lot is full.

Definitely of the worst managed flying J s network!Subway closed, two cappuccino machines out of order, no pizza or food available. I asked Manager if they were going to be making more and she said yeah but it will be a while! Coming in from gas pumps as well as truckers, looking for food to buy none available! Truck island, windshield, washing fluid buckets filled with nothing but frozen water! Many other things wrong at this location.

We stopped by really quick for a bathroom break, but we were really impressed with all the cool stuff that they have to offer. As well as plenty of food if you're on the go. I also like that they had pizza so you're not limited to the normal gas station in burger and dog.

I love stopping at this store. They have everything. Love the icees and sandwiches, pizza, biscuits and gravy. They have knick knacks, clothing, electronics, knives, pillows, and cleanest bathrooms. Absolutely love stopping here.

Clean and definitely convenient 24-hour store when traveling. Friendly and helpful staff. Gas prices are reasonable, items from the store are at convenience store prices. There is also a variety of coffees and coffee machines for whom ever needs a caffeine boost.I haven t tried their trucker specific facilities like the showers, laundry, repair shop etc. since I don t drive a truck.

The best truck stop pizza & cinnabons are at this Flying J's in Aurora OR. the Oregon law that creates jobs for gas pump attendants is the best. The Flying J's gas pump attendents gladly get your tank filled without you having to step out of your vehicle. the truck stop staff are awesome at the pump as well as at the register. the gas burns perfect. And with additional food-truck options parked on site, you can also get indian, and mexican dining as well as ice cream treats served fresh. this is probably the most convenient and easy places to have a pitstop along the Oregon interstate 5.

Got hear 5:30 pm and of course no parking available went to sleep by the curb not bothering anybody, 3:30 am some old lady came knocking very hard in the door that I have to move becouse it's a fire line!!I'm asking who is she to tell me to move and she start screaming to stay away, she was acting exactly like a faisty Chihuahua with no reason, than I ask her couple of times is she is a firefighter and i said yes and threatened me with a ticket, when a went inside I did find out that she's the manager of the place and not at all a firefighter now I wonder if I should call the police to make a complaint for her impersonating a public servant or not.Any way she's the biggest B that I ever seen and we all know why!!!

Recently had a very frustrating debacle that stranded me there with our moving truck and car trailer. My cousin got stranded 100 miles south at a rest area. I simply requested to use a phone to get in contact with him to figure out if he was okay. Night staff refused and seemed happy to do it. Ended up staying awake all night in 28 degree cold hoping I could find someone kind enough to let me use their cellphone. Nearly everyone I asked treated me like a tweaker or bum. Something is wrong with the people in that area, not to mention staff. Now I fully understand how people end up homeless and stranded at places like this. If you need genuine help in dire straits, avoid this place at all costs.

Cheaper gas than Portland Oregon and Vancouver Washington. When My son has a soccer tournament in this town I always stop this gas station because way cheaper than Portland Oregon and Vancouver Washington. I m Washingtonian I know how to gas myself. This gas station has self gas pumps. So easy to in and out myself.!

-101 Write in large letters about the prohibition of overnight stays, put up a sign for private territory. Then it's simply not worth it for the owner driver to spend money on this place. Owners, think about it! We transport goods throughout all states, but we are not welcome here! Damn it, stop! And don t touch my car, it keeps knocking, the car is private property, not a public place!!

I use my rewards card every time I get gas there, but when I went in to get some lunch and my card is scanned, it doesn't show I have any rewards at all. Pretty strange.
