Been a State Farm customer for years out of state for my RV. Tried to move my insurance to this agency since I'm spending my of the time at my residence in the area and less at my time at the other residence.They immediately had a problem with the fact that I drove my RV too often? I asked what was too often and they said I can't use it for work or drive it 'all the time.' again I tried to ask what the requirements were, and they couldn't give me any.I explained again that I have two permanent residences that I pay for, and I work and have family in Colorado and in Oregon and I've been using the RV so that I don't have to get hotels when I travel back-and-forth or go somewhere for a work assignment.Without any explanation, they just said they can't cover that. I asked why they don't cover RVs for RV use like they do in Colorado. They said they just don't.The whole time I could hear some other person in the background yelling things at them, and I specifically heard "if they don't have a permanent address, we can't cover them."I said I heard that and explained again that I do actually have TWO permanent residences, have a well-paying full-time job, and that I have not had any problem, insuring my RV with State Farm in Colorado and I'd be willing to provide them with information from that policy to see if they could cover it.The person on the phone just kept saying no, and that he heard me say that I use it "all the time". So I asked if they don't believe me then or think I'm trying to scam them or something? And all they could say was "we can recommend you to another agency."Definitely seems like they were incredulous and untrusting from the first second they picked up the phone. I've had great experience with State Farm and was honestly shocked by how unprofessional and unwilling the agency was to even THINK about insuring an RV that State Farm already insures.Let's not forget that an insurance agency literally provides nothing except customer service. There are no physical products they are selling So **In response to their response:Nothing they wrote back makes any sense. State Farm does NOT require a home owner policy because I called the next State Farm agent I could find and they were able to start the transfer of my policy from Colorado to Oregon within a 15 minute conversation.Also y'all didn't even ask me any more detailed questions, you just blanket said NO after I said I 'drive it all over the place all throughout the year'. Which is what millions of RVers do. What nonsense.

I joined this office 20 years ago on the recommendation of a Co-worker. I've moved to three difference places since then but because of their stellar customer service, I've never moved to a local office. I typically work with Patrea and she has never let me down. I cannot recommend their team enough!!

Love this agency!!! They funded my sports growing up in the community and have always been so helpful to my husband and I. They are professional, knowledgeable and kind. They really take time to explain anything you want to have further information on as well.

Great office and staff! They always have time to help and answer any questions. I worked there part time about 10 years ago. Rick is the most genuine and honest person you ll ever meet. My husband and I move often and we keep our life policies in his office just because we like working with them. I wish we could keep our auto and home there too!

Ricks been my agent for many years. He is Great to work with and really professional. He s down to earth and cares about people on a personal level. Their staff is great too. I ve always had prompt communication, and a good experience.

They have become my insurance provider for auto and home(renters) . they not only provided good coverage but helped in ways to get coverage lower through my auto insurance. Good group of people. I was sent their way when I moved here and so glad I did.

Very helpful and patient with my questions. His responses were timely, professional, courteous and respectful. I would recommend this agency and Mr Berezay without reservation. The premiums are reasonable as well.

Apparently they are still terrified of Covid. No entry. You are allowed to stand outside the window in the wind and rain and ask them over and over what they just mumbled under their mask.
