It seems as if every time I go to Napa auto parts in Astoria Oregon they do not have what it is I need and do not seem too inclined to try to find it for me i.e. Today I was told I should call the Toyota dealer to Find out what kind of a bolt to use on my starter, isn,'t that kind of a part person's job?I've done this before Myself and that was part of my job...so All In all I ended up with the wrong bolts, Which I have no use for so I will likely bring them back and give them to the counter people when I bring back The $30 miniature oil can (that was used)which I purchased about a week ago when I was also charged $40 for a quart of acetone, my bill was $73.73 for a quart of acetone, a $30 USED, leaky oil can and a quart of automatic transmission fluid. That coupled with several other visits which I will not take the time to relate because what's the point I think it's safe to say that I will not be doing business with Napa auto parts of Astoria Oregon again anytime soon. I would recommend that the employees are a bit nicer and more helpful and maybe possibly act as though they even liked their jobs that might be a thing...Jus sayin'.. Returns... don't count on it. Purchased a DeWalt buffer and attempted to return the item because with the pads that were purchased damage was done to a customer's vehicle. Buffer was only used once and was in immaculate condition. Store claimed that because there was nothing wrong with buffer they couldn't refund it. They did however take the two pads back *and gave $18 for pack of two-those pads cost A LOT more than that. Didn't want to argue so took the buffer and will attempt to sell it private party... Anyhow, took a huge hit on this purchase and rather disappointed that could not return the item.

Screw Napa especially this one out here. Let s see, for the most part terrible customer service, the app doesn t work the site sucks then there s hidden charges and a lack of customer support on finding where these extra charges are coming from. Don t count on Napa and if you do. You re a sucker

Spent an exceedingly costly $350 on a battery for my car and motorcycle. Turns out you have to buy it ONLINE and then pickup in store to get 20% off so these folks ripped me out of $70 and I have spent hours circling through the napa customer folks getting nowhere trying to get a refund.Why do promotions not match?Why do they frustrate their customers with confusing discounts/promotions that don't work or cross between web and physical stores??Does every customer of theirs that does not follow this weird exact procedure of standing in the store and buying online on their phone before 'picking up' have to whine to mgmt to get a discount credited??Edit 1 - let it be known the staff there are exceedingly helpful and this review is critical of process and administration ONLY. thanks have a great day!

The staff here are super friendly and the have a great location right on Young's Bay in the old Astoria Ford location. This new location seems bigger.

Extremely helpful. It may be a bit more expensive than other places but they make your business felt wanted unlike other auto part stores around the area.They've gone above and beyond for my family so we're loyal to the Astoria Napa.

Came in due to leak in power steering, they helped us figure out it was a loose but, and found the right wrench to tighten down. great customer service, very kind and helpful.

Customer service is absolutely garbage, I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while 5 employees were talking and on the computer. A friend of an employee came in and was immediately helped while I was still standing there. I walked out and took my business elsewhere, I will never shop there again. Rude is an understatement

I still hold by my five star rating but I do remember a time when NAPA Auto Parts was not owned by Sunset and there was more personal customer service. However I understand Under New Management that new management would not want to risk their employees being liable for negative recourse. But I do remember when.

I usually go to Auto Zone. However, I needed help and Bob at Napa - went out of his way to give me assistance. I very much appreciated that. I will return to Napa in the future. Thank you Bob! Great customer care!

Great staff, quick service, usually have what you need or can get it quickly. Prices a little higher, but selection is better.If you need a part now, you can usually get it here.

Its hard to love a place that means your car is broken in order to go, unless you are just buying accessories. Either way, at least the NAPA peeps will help to get you moving again.

We were driving through and needed a small part for my wheelchair. The staff was very nice definitely worth stopping if you need something that you don't always carry with
