Manager Brendan and colleague Brent went above and beyond to secure the right vehicle for my long term winter rental. Even though Astoria is a smaller location, they kept in touch and worked with me to find the right fit. I greatly appreciated their knowledge, kindness and the extra effort they went to make sure I was happy. They are efficient and understand the flow that happens with travelers and high season. They were able to direct me when what time frame would yield best options. Highly recommend this location and team!

Had a great experience working with Brendan here. Excellent customer service and communication. He went above and beyond to find the right fit rental car after an accident put my car in the shop for weeks. He made the whole experience easy, facilitated everything expeditiously with my insurance company and it was a pleasure working with him and this local rental location. Thank you Brendan

I believe I was working with Brent, but I honestly can t remember the kind mans name off the top of my head Either way, THE BEST! I was in an accident on the 6th, and i m 20! Getting a rental is not easy in my position, but he went above and beyond in finding me a car in the Beaverton location that would work out!Even after taking the time to make those phone calls to help me out, while busy on Tuesday Dec. 26th, he still took the time to let me return the car to the Astoria location! And was even more kind in person than he was on the phone I appreciate Enterprise Car Rentals, and the amazing worker who helped me out during this time! Keep killing it!

I rented a car from a location in Washington and wanted to return the car instead in Astoria. Brent and his team totally helped me with this, with Brent even helping assist me even further when I dropped the car off. He took me back to the location I was staying at, even though they were busy, and offered to help me contact the party I was with since my phone had died (they had left the area). He didn't have to do that but it meant a ton to me! Very kind service!

The experience for a day car rental at this location was great! The best Enterprlse location experience I have had of all locations in the USA. I booked duting a cruise port stop to Astoria and the staff made the experience go smoothly and were welcoming to both the business and the city.The office is small and not many employees but they were amazing. They were Efficient, the faster I've ever had from arrival to out the door and an easy return. The staff were friendly, called a week ahead and provided some important information, and had amazing crowd control with the influx of cruisers renting cars for the day.The location was easy to walk to from the cruise port, going down the Riverwalk with nice views. Getting out of the parking lot was challenging and took some time as its a busy road.

I had a great experience. I would have been stuck in Astoria if this place didn't exist. However, book ahead. This place seems to run out of cars all of the time.

Sorry so late! I had the BEST experience ever when renting a car.The guys in the office, Brent and his office guy(sorry I forgot his name) were super kind and efficient. They even offered a ride from the bus stop in Astoria! The vehicle was exactly what I ordered, and very clean. I believe this office is the best one I've encountered. I look forward to future business with them.

Never had worse service from an enterprise before. Twice this location (Astoria) has proven to be completely useless. I use to use them to travel all over the east coast but since moving to the west their services have been a complete joke.

Best car rental experience I have ever had! I was met in the parking lot, presented my credit card, handed the keys and told to enjoy my trip! It was an amazing vehicle, fully loaded Nissan Armada, sparkling clean! When I returned the car I again was met in the parking lot, they walked around the vehicle, took the keys and said thank you! Best vehicle with the nicest, fastest service I have EVER experienced at a rental car place. I HIGHLY recommend!

I will definitely be coming back in the future! The staff was very helpful and kind. They worked with me on my rental and made sure I knew and understood their policy and terms. The car was in great shape and drove very well my whole trip. I'm a very happy customer =)

I just want to leave a quick review praising the manager of this store. I didn t catch his name but he was on older gentleman who walked with a cane.We rented a car in Seattle and it turned out to be a very dangerous vehicle with a transmission going out. We had to swap out along our trip and the location in seattle told this manager we were fifteen minutes away when we were actually an hour out. We showed up about 5 minutes before closing but he stayed there to make it right for us. He provided excellent service and took care of us (unlike the manager at the Seattle location we originally rented from).This location has great leadership and we really appreciate them going above and beyond to make things right for us on our vacation.

The people at the Astoria, OR branch are absolutely amazing. They are well organized, highly knowledgeable and very focused on what the customer wants. It took me about 5 minutes to get in and secure a rental. The vehicle I selected was in perfect condition. As clean as a new car inside and out. Returning the vehicle was easier then renting it. The employee noticed me pull into their parking lot and he met me outside. I turned over the keys, the employee checked out the vehicle and that was it. They are some really good, down to earth people at this branch. I highly recommend renting from this branch. I will definitely be a return customer.

Brent is kind and professional! He helped me turn a stressful situation around. I had an issue with my move and had to rent a car on short notice as my plans changed. He gave me great advice and was available when I called the main office with changes to my reservations. Driving across the country was a challenge. I m thankful for the wonderful customer service. Thank you!

Brent and his Astoria team worked with me recently when I needed a van larger than what was available on the lot. They found one within two days, exactly what I wanted. I've rented from Enterprise many times in the past and have always found the staff to be friendly, helpful and very professional.

Drove the Jeep SUV, Never driven a Jeep before. I could not connect to the vehicle's bluetooth, but other than that, the vehicle and drive, it was fantastic.

I have rented many cars In the last couple of year. However all car rental place s are not the same Enterprise rent a car stood out from all its competitors. I had issues with some cars I had that I was not happy with and they exchanged them right away to fit my needs to as possible. Their people that work the desk at the airports have been above and beyond super friendly and great service. 90% of my rentals have been at airport locations for this review. Thank you again Enterprise rent a car for great service keep up the good work.

Honestly? I've rarely/never encountered such incredible service from ANY car rental service in my 20 years of regularly renting cars for business. Recently I had reserved a compact car for a short trip to Portland and back but the location was sold out of every class of vehicle and couldn't fulfill the contract. The manager, Brent, went above and beyond for me, and allowed me to take a higher-class vehicle at no additional charge. I'm incredibly grateful and impressed with this location.

I would like to thank the men at Astoria Oregon office...Brent was both friendly and professional throughout my experience and the man who I don't get his name was the exact same. I have never rented a car before now and because of this experience I will only rent from Enterprise in the future . Thank you for such a great experience!!!

Horrible experience, Horrible customer service, I have no doubt the only reason this place is still in business is because they are, unfortunately the only rental car place in town. So disappointing

We had such an incredible experience with this location! Fast and easy. The two gentlemen that helped us and gave us (tourists) great advice on where to stop on our mini NW coast voyage!

I must say I am very happy with the Astoria Oregon enterprise they were very helpful and I'm glad we were able to rent a car through them and I will be back to rent my next car from them in the future. I suggest if your looking to rent a vehicle this is the place to go friendly ppl and understanding of life and the situations that pop up while on the road and more then willing to be helpful. Thanks again to Brendan Bidal

Let me start off with this is the first review I have ever written negatively about a place or service. I had an extremely unpleasant experience. I booked a car which the original quote on the app was $270 dollars for the week. I never received a confirmation email stating that it was substantially more. When I dropped off my rental car I got a pleasant bill of $724 dollars. Not even close to what was originally quoted on the app. The car smelled of smoke, had stains all over the chairs, and had no cruise control. I called hoping for some kind of explanation which they said that I got an email (which I did not) stating the cost. Otherwise I would have canceled. Let's just say my family no longer books with enterprise.

The experience started a little suspect. We were to be picked up between noon and 12:30. This didn't happen because there were no cars to rent. Finally a couple of hours latter we got picked up and were able to get our rental. The car was good and finally the service was OK. In the end we got upgrades for our next rental because of the delay.

I am a dedicated past customer of Enterprise Car Rentals so it thrilled me that there was one in my area...Astoria, OR. From the moment I worked with Derek at Front Desk to the minute I brought the vehicle back.........was OFF THE CHARTS in Customer Service. I will elaborate below.I work in Customer Service and when I am on the other side of that "desk" or "counter", I am usually disappointed. Not this time.......Derek taught this middle aged lady a thing or two about customer service and "kicking it up a notch." Thank you Derek and you will see me again while I get some bugs worked out of my vehicle. Thank you for the upgrade too, that was a special experience.As far as Enterprise goes, your on line reservation procedure is smooth and accurate. Your fleet appears to be very diverse and I have since made a future reservation for a trip I am going on in a couple of months. Thank you for being there for me.

Easy and very clean van. We love the new way to book with no hassle no touch everything. It was all done online with a quick Id and vehicle check. Service was great.
