Very nice, very helpful, quality service, and they don't charge you an arm and a leg! Helped us get a tire change and they were very time efficient. We complimented the plants and the lady gave us some! Very sweet very friendly

I just been ripped off by Astoria Auto Wrecking & Recycling.. A friend and I went in last week with some #1copper. My friend has dealt with these people for a while now this was my first time.. so they weighed it up got a check 3 days later, no big deal.. I went in there by my self today same exact copper #1 and same exact weight I know I weighed it myself before I brought it in.. they gave me half the money that my friend got 2 weeks prior .ain't that some honest people

Our old friend,a windstar van we have used with fondness for 25 years was at last sent to be recycled. I hope if serves others as well in its next reappearance.

Normally I've had great experiences with this place . But the other day in the parts section the lady was rude over the phone and I couldn't get a word in .same thing happened to 2 other people I know . I don't know what's going on with them but this is uncalled for . No longer doing business with this place .

This is the place to go for you vehicle's next battery. Friendly service with info for your vehicle's recommended battery requirements. Best of all no mark up on their price, which makes them by far the cheapest place for 5 year warranty battery.

I just had an unbelievable experience with the men at this location. My bike got a flat practically in front of them and I asked for help. Immediately Richie and another man stopped what they were doing to try to help me. We determined that the tire was beyond help so the owner Luke was going to give me a ride home, but realized he didn t have room in his car. So Richie got his pick up truck and drove me back to East Astoria. he told me about his life and it was an incredible experience for me to meet him. Meeting Richie made me proud to be an American. I wanted to hug him and cook a nice dinner for him. Thank you so much, Astoria auto wrecking!

Devin the guy that works there was amazing he fixed me up he even replaced my right rear tail light guard shield whatever you want to call it anyway he did a good job

Actually had the vehicle I needed a part from. Gent took off huge part, put in in a box and carried it to the truck for me. Good customer service.

I was lied to how much they were going to pay for copper .. They lied right to my face on how much and it was shocking a business did this ... I shouldn't even given it one star ..

The staff are knowledgeable when it comes to metal but they seriously lack interpersonal communication skills. Also, they have always paid me a far lower price than schnitzers. If you have a bunch of scrap i recommend spending the extra fuel to take it to Portland.

I call them to see if they had a ignition coil for my trailblazer, they had a brand new one for a way better price then any of the local auto part stores! I did tell the young man I was talking to on the phone I ll try and stopping by to get the part today! He was very nice and told me they have it and it they close at 5pm. When I got there the part was sitting on the counter waiting for me to get it and I never told them who I was, when it was my turn inline I was ready to give the young man the information again. The best part is I didn t have to give him any information when I got there, the young man pulled the part and had it ready to go! Thank you, this was the best customer service I have had in a very long time! I ll be going here for more parts for sure if I need any parts!.

Good people, for scrap you get little cash for what otherwise would clutter your space. Can call ask Qs and they are helpful over the phone. Can help find parts if they have it. Keep up the good work guts, appciate it very much.

I live right next door and other then the blue fence you wouldn't know there was a junkyard there, it's been great living next to them the past 10 years wish it could be another 10, but we got the boot because he sold the place but yeah living next to Astoria Auto Wrecking has been an experience because I never knew of a wrecking yard being so quiet, and with the equipment they've got you'd think it would be loud but it's not, and last but not least Randy and his crew are absolutely the best, and they're helpful. So goodbye wrecking yard hello who knows, keep up the good work Randy.

The folks here have always been very helpful with what auto problems and questions you have. They have guided me through a # of scenarios that i have brought to them on car problems, that I've been working on. They are there for you, when you walk through thier doors. Looking forward to seeing them on my next car scenario that I just might need thier help with ...
