The customer service at this auto zone was more than phenomenal! I went in and they helped me find the right oil and ran a diagnostic check right then and there.They explained to me in detail what the diagnostic check had meant and even let me wait inside because it was raining while he put oil in my car! I would definitely recommend this auto zone. They were kind and efficient!

I went to this location last night for some windshield wipers for my father in laws car. I worked my way through college working at automotive parts stores and for about 2 years after working for autozone myself As far as my experience last night I would have been embarrassed to be working at autozone now! First of all the associates didn t seem to have the knowledge required to be there nor and more importantly the gumption it was as if they didn t want to do anything to help anyone. After having the associate look up the length of wiper blades needed for the vehicle the sales associate didn t even offer to walk over and show me different options of blades. When I asked what the differences were they didn t have any answers. Once I took it upon myself to look up the differences between the blades I was looking at and make a decision, I walked to the register to pay for the blades I had chosen with little to no help. Then I was instructed to use the self checkout station. Explaining to the associates that I don t use self check out because I don t believe in taking peoples jobs from them and that I came to a local store instead of ordering something online (doing everything myself) the associates said sorry that s how we do it here . Further more when I worked at autozone or any parts house for that matter we always offered to help install wiper blades, these associates acted as if they were being put out just having to ring someone out at the register.How times have changed in the automotive parts world this will be the last time I shop at autozone I will continue to shop at real parts houses like advance auto where I can get the customer service and auto parts house experience I remember.

Emily at the Albany oregon location was super helpful, located my part and everything I would need without having to make another trip. Her customer service was phenomenal! She went above and beyond both on the phone and in person! Thank you so much for saving the day!

Friendly helpful staff. Tested the car battery for free and lent us the tools to remove the old battery and replace it with a new one. Good variety of products.

This store never ceases to amaze me. The store itself is always kept clean and well-stocked. The customer service has always been on point. There is really nothing to critique, here. Additionally, today I called ahead to make sure a certain oil filter was in stock because my car takes an odd one. Riley answered and she located it, informed me it was in stock and went over a few options they had available. She asked me if there was anything else I'd be needing. I told her I'd be buying oil as well, but I didn't expect her to have my items all pulled and ready for me. When I went in, I grabbed the oil and tried to find the filter. Another associate (who was restocking the filters) helped me find the part the book said my car needed, and it wasn't correct. So he took me up front and asked someone to look up the filter. Out from behind the computer stepped Riley who had already pulled it and was waiting for me. I was blown away at the level of customer service. I paid the ticket with a smile and left.As I started up my car, I remembered I had been looking for a fluid extraction pump, and went back inside to see if they had one in stock. Another associate helped me as soon as I walked back inside. I explained what I was looking for and that I'd had trouble finding one in person as opposed to online. He said they didn't carry them, but went over to his computer and found one in stock at a completely different store here in town. Again, I was astounded with the customer service. I'd like to thank the employees of that store, and the management who apparently has done a great job all around. I wish I would have gotten the name of the guy who helped me locate the pump, but stand up job, sir. Many many thanks.

6500 stores worldwide, they must be doing something right. Melissa is the commercial sales manager and Kenny is the store manager. Noth of them are very knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. Melissa is not a butt kisser, she nevet has been. She is straight to the point and good at what she does.

Not too long ago. I was in Albany, Oregon helping my uncle out. We were driving in a rain. Storm in the windshield wiper was not doing a great job at removing the rain from the windshield. We stopped off at AutoZone in a young man came out to the car and attempted to Put on several types of wiper replacements for my uncles car. To no fault of the young man helping, they did not have any replacement wipers that fit my uncles Lincoln LS. This does not diminish from the customer service and the care shown in helping the elderly.

I was impressed with the salesperson, i didn't catch her name, but she was the most helpful and friendliest sales person i have ever had the privilege of dealing with. She was knowledgeable and promptly gathered all of the parts i needed for my project. You need 10 more just like her.

Your store has great customer service. I was just in there with my Mom and you were so helpful to her. You came out to her car and tested her battery, we didn't have to take it into the store. Then after she bought one, it was installed by a very nice man named Jody. (sp). He was very knowledgeable about the parts and it took him no time at all.

Very courteous and helpful clerks. I am appreciative of the employees there, because every time, I shop for my vehicle needs; they all go, far above to make sure my vehicle services and goods are being well maintained and up-to-date. With the extra services provided: carrying out my purchases and loading them up in my SUV and/or checking the basics and topping them off, if needed to be! It s always nice to see and doing business with upbeat and caring employees of a place that I do business with!

If I could give 6 stars, I would! Stopped in today to get replacement wiper blades, and my stubborn German car was not being cooperative. The kindest gentleman, Jodi, helped me with switching out my blades in the cold. I would have spent the better part of the day trying to figure out what he did in a matter of minutes. We ended up having to switch them out for a different set, and when I offered to repackage the originally purchased set, he said, "Don't worry about it at all, we can do it, not a problem! Thank you for the absolute above and beyond customer service, Jodi! I will be a customer for life!

It was busy for this kind of shop. I waited what I thought was the line but found out it wasn't. A guy came in after me and took a different place. When he realized I was waiting he offered for me to go first. I found the item I wanted with assistance but deside to pass on it. It's a big building with a lot of items. They are hiring so the service should get less of a wait.

I've tried this store many times and been disappointed but never posted a review. I can't let it go anymore. Customer service is always mediocre at best. Nobody seems to have any real customer obsession, knowledge about cars parts or really seems to care. Example last night friends of ours blew a radiator hose on the freeway between here and Eugene. They called me for help said they called this store and told them the situation, what car it was for and that I would be in to pick up the part and 2 gal of antifreeze. I got there 20 minutes later, no part pulled, no sense of urgency at all to get it. I went and got the antifreeze myself to save time. (Friend out on the interstate in the dark waiting with kids in the car) Brings out the hose, luckily I know something about car repair cause this straight piece of hose is definitely not the right one. Have friend send pic of the one he's got off. Not even close. He says well we didn't have that one. I leave and go to Advanced Auto where knowledgeable people work. They get the right hose immediately. Will never step foot in this store again.
