2nd car major service. Sienna 160K mikes, leaking oil. Replaced gaskets, timing belt/water pump, spark plugs etc. 2 road trips later, not a drop of oil. Engine running great. Much better price than bigger shop downtown.

Unprofessional and very poor quality work. Not worth your time and money! I have been going to this mechanic for almost a year and I will no longer return. At first seemed like a genuine trustworthy person but in realty he is rude, disrespectful and has a bad attitude. I paid him to fix a problem and i noticed it still wasn t working right. I returned it and paid the full amount for a brand new part and labor. He replaced it 3 times which I paid every time. The other issue is that when you take him your vehicle back that isn t fixed he keeps it for 2 weeks at a time. It wouldn t be an issue if he actually fixed what is wrong. I had a payment plan with him and he threatened not to give me my truck back until I paid him the full amount of the work he had just done which was not mentioned before he started his work. The mechanic was knowledgeable and helpful with my understanding of what was going on. The price was more than fair and the service was excellent. My future car issues will be addressed here

I am new to the area and found this business through google. Excellent communication, honest and fair pricing, and top notch service. For someone who is not car savvy, I felt very comfortable leaving my Subaru with automotion. Any mechanic that will actually forego a service if you don't actually need it is a good one in my book.Getting an appointment was quick, price was true to quote and service was very timely.Bonus points for the super soft and friendly shop pup.

Very helpful I was traveling and had some concerns the owner fit me in even though he was booked heavy he addressed everything and charged way less than he could have I will go back for future service when in town

This shop offers great service at a reasonable price. Very friendly and professional. This is the kind of shop that I would send my wife and daughters to, because I know they d be treated well without being taken advantage of. Best shop in Albany.

This was hands down the best experience I've ever had with an automotive shop. Very polite, forward and open. Explained the issue in detail, completed the repair and more! I won't be taking my vehicles anywhere else.
