The price surprised me. The last time it cost about half as much as this time. I had an appointment for 2:30 PM. They said it would take around an hour. At 4:38 PM I got the keys. I will not be going back.

Took my 2021 Toyota 4-Runner In for an oil change and tire rotation. Made it very clear that I wanted the tires rotated after a long road trip. Also asked them to install the oil pan cover cover that had been improperly installed during my last oil change. It was located on the passenger floorboard of my vehicle. After waiting over 1.5 hours I was given my keys and assured everything had been taken care of. When I got into my vehicle, the metal cover was still sitting on my floorboard, and my tires were clearly not rotated. I went back inside and let the service advisor know about these missed steps and he took my vehicle back and installed the cover, brought it back up and told me that the tires do not need to be rotated. This is not the first time this has happened. Even though a tire rotation is part of the purchased service agreement, it s RARE that they actually rotate the tires, even if you specifically request it. There is clear cupping on my front tires, and they need to be rotated. Makes me question whether or not they even changed the oil. I won t be back, and now I will need to go to Les Schwab for a tire rotation. Thanks for a wasted afternoon.

Problem with tire sensor. Diagnosed and reset the sensors after having a flashing low tire alert. Quick service and issue resolved. Thank you.

Just visited for an oil change. They did a great job and the service tech is really nice. They were busy as heck but it didn't slow them down!
