As I have used Tate Boys for years. They always keep it honest with me. This visit was for an oil change. They completed the oil change and told me I have some other issues that can wait until my next oil change. I was not pressured at oil about the other things that I needed.Thanks,Darrin C.

Everyone knows Tate Boy s is a popular stop for car care which in turn makes them very busy. I had an oil change and Tire Rotation done today and it was a speedy and very fair service stop. No, it wasn t Nascar fast, but very close. Thanks Matt

I was having warning lights going off in my car. Tate Boys was able to run diagnostics & found I had an oil leak. I am a senior & asked if they had a senior discount. They were able to take 10% off. I was so grateful. They replaced some gaskets & get me back on the road. They had originally said it would take 4 hours but it was only 2. Thank you Tate brothers for helping me today

My a/c leaked freon, they were closest, so i went there. Gave me a ball park figure for a "diagnosis". So they vacuum and refilled system and computer said no issues found so that was it "couldnt find any issues" they said. So in the end they did nothing more than a vac and refill and charged me $270ish. Were the standard for what they did is around $170 at every other shop. But got me for an extra $100 for what diagnosis? the tipper is a/c did it again and now im going to go to a real autoshop to get this solved, tate boys got my money and did nothing for me. Big box dishonest shop were maybe 2% of there mechanics are actually skilled. I will never go back. Know when you have to pay for a diagnosis, you should deliver a diagnosisResponse to owner:I feel there is no resolution to this situation short from recieving my money returned to seek diagnosis for the issue somewhere else. Seeing as the freon and service you have already charged me for is now leaked out and useles. I have to start all over again somwhere else, as i feel if you do actually want to do the diagnosis i already paid for, and give me a repair quote it will be inflated compared to other automotive a/c repair shops in the area possibly while being charged again for more freon and so on.

Would give 0 stars if possible brought my car in to have a repair done. Get it done and get sent on my way, a couple weeks later the repair done to my vehicle fails so I brought it back to them and was told that they were not responsible and that the parts used to complete the repair had been missing components and that they had done the best they could with what they had (something they failed to mention when I picked up my vehicle the first time) so after being double charged for what should have been a simple repair I will not be returning and would recommend that no one give their business as they do shoddy work and then refuse blame when it backfires.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This was my first purchase with Matt and the crew, and I'm glad I chose them. They were extremely busy, but still managed to take care of us the best they could.

I'm new to the area. Received a flyer in the mail for this establishment. The staff was friendly. I took it in for 1 issue and they found 2 more. Not thrilled that I had to spend that much money, but happy it's fixed. They provide a warranty.**update- I took my husband's car here the following day. They looked at it and found the issue. It was something pretty simple. The staff seems on top of it.Very happy and will knly be using them going forward.

Tate Boys is the only place I go for oil change, wheel alignment, and tires. I feel like I get excellent, fast service for a fair price. I have never felt that they were dishonest or gouging.

The staff was awesome and the service was excellent. Price was good as well. Only problem I had was 2 locking lugs were left off 2 wheels and I didn't notice it until after our long trip. Very dangerous situation. I contacted the store after we got back and they couldn't find them.

Today was my first day at Tate Boys.I have been to another car mechanic shop in town that did us wrong. Tate Boys is different! They called and made sure I wanted to proceed with an alignment and they were so nice with every action. This may be my first time, but it most certainly will not be my last! So happy with everything! Good job guys, faith restored!!

I needed a front end linemen really bad and I was asking different people about this just about all said Tate Boys. So since I lived off of 56st N. I decided to go to the one in Owasso an I'm glad I did. It was clean ,people was very friendly and helpful and the price with the 12 month warranty just put the icing on the Cake an they was Fast. I was very pleased with the service provided by Tate Boys Tire and Service in Owasso. Their prices were competitive to other local tire providers and they seemed eager to help customers and answer questions related to tire selection.

Tate boys did me a solid today, not only did they give me a screaming deal on four new tires for my RV, but they got me on the road within minutes of dropping off my tires. Special shout out to Ruben for making it all happen! Appreciate you guys!

I just left Matthews Ford who told me I had plenty of Break pads left of my rear and they would not replace under my life time break warranty. Left went to Tate Boys to get a set of new tires. They showed me and advised me that I was metal to metal on my breaks and not safe to drive. At that point I had no choice but to pay to have my truck safe to be on the road. Thank you Tate Boys for fair pricing and fast repair. They also found a broken control arm Matthews Ford totally missed. I called Matthews Ford and spoke to them about their failed diagnosis and they had nothing to say or offer.Only go to Tate Boys and not Matthews Ford ever!

Josh was very helpful deciding which tires to put on my car- when I went to pick it up, I had my sons car with me which was making a loud rear noise - he said it really needed new tires and an alignment- got it all done on the spot! Now my son can drive back to OKC with a safer car! Thank you!

My experience with Tate Boys goes back 20 years and I've never been disappointed with them. From my personal vehicle to company vehicles. And that was before they came to Owasso but the experience has not changed through all the stores I've used. Tulsa, Owasso, and where it started...Bartlesville. Thanks guys.

Very helpful! I was presented good options & not pressured into making the most expensive choice. I choose the less expensive route this time. After the work was complete, I was advised there was an issue with an alignment done at the dealer a few months ago & that a kit to resolve the previous problem was installed backwards. I didn t have any trouble believing that because of issues I had with the dealer so I had this fixed here. I m very satisfied with the work done today!

Let me tell ya I barley made it there and it was packed full of vehicles to work on and I figured it would be a long time. Nope I got in told them what was needed and b4 I could even finish at the store it was done I definitely love this place 100% recommended.

I have done business with Tate boys for many years. In Bartlesville and occasionally Owasso. I have never been disappointed in the service and all staff are polite and work hard to communicate well and provide excellent customer service that is hard to find in today's society. Customer Service seems to be a thing of the past in many retail businesses. I VERY Much appreciate when it is exhibited and try always to be a return customer for that reason. Thank you Tate Boys! Tate boys will be the only place I take my car for tires and service. They offer exceptional service with knowledgeable technicians. They get the job done right. Every time I get a nail in my tire, they'll patch it free of charge.
