Excellent service, my car looks better than it did before I hit the deer! I m so pleased. Gerber was fast, keep in communication, and even detailed the inside of my car after it was repaired. I highly recommend them!!!

AVOID AT ALL COST. They will keep your car for well past the time they quote you. If you want accuracy don t go here if I could give 0 starts I would.

No communication i called about three issues i had after i got my truck back called them to tell them the issues they said they would talk to warranty department and call me back nothing feels like a blow off cause they dont want to be responsible for . The issues that they said they fixed when they had it . Usually no issues this time bad experience

Would NOT recommend! These people are EXTREMELY untimely, and do not communicate with you what s going on with your vehicle. Patched it back together after 3 weeks( when 1 week was originally quoted) without fixing all the problems it went in for. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Don t bring your car here if you actually want it back anytime soon. Brought it in for some damage to the side and I was given an estimate of 17 business days to repair, actually took 35 (49 days total). Terrible customer service. Would give zero stars if I could. Most of the good reviews are from years ago when it was still Owasso collision. They are just hoping you won t notice that.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

Great customer service! I recently bought a newer car and it needed clips on the bumper. They were fast and effective with my repair and very reasonably priced. When I picked up my car they even informed me I was missing a shield under my car and I was able to order it and prepay right there. My car was clean when I got it! I would most definitely recommend them and will use their services again if need arises.

Great experience from beginning to end with Owasso Collision Specialists. Before I even dropped my vehicle off, Tommy had answered my questions and put my mind at ease as far as what to expect. They kept me updated on the progress and timelines. When my repairs were completed my vehicle looked as good as new. Very satisfied with the work done and the entire process!

I stopped by and got an estimate on my new truck and it was very fair so we talked about scheduling the work to be done. They offered to take it in the next day and try to fit it in. I let them know that I would need it back ASAP and he recommended I bring it in the following Monday. I took it in Monday and picked it up Friday. The job is flawless!!! I can't find any sign of the damage. Its hard to beat Fast service, Great price, and extremely high quality! Thanks guy's for a great job on my truck.

Horrible communication! I was told they would have my car a little over a week, they had my car 38 days in total. The first time I was told by the insurance company that my car was ready. Went to pick it up & it wasn't, even though they confirmed. They did take care of what was to be completed free of charge. It was the car rental place that called me to say my car was ready 2 days ago & wanted their car back. Called shoo & they confirmed car had been ready for 2 days. Picked up car but wheel had not been replaced. They told me zero was due when I picked up my car (not completely repaired) and then wanted the payment the insurance company had sent me. It is their money agreed & I forgot payment had been made to me. I agree payment will be made once the repair has been completed. They have now called multiple times (when I didn't receive any calls updating me while they had my car). Final repair was taken from them & I will have another shop put the wheel on. Payment has been mailed. I do not recommend them at all!

3 promise dates came and went as I called the shop on four occasions. Each call was followed with another empty promise that I would be called back and the situation would be explained. That never happened; the car sat in the shop after being told I wouldn t even be bringing it in until all parts were in transit so it would not be sitting there for a month.Fast forward, it was there well over a month. Horrible communication. Terrible experience. I contemplated a 2 star because the work that was actually done was not awful; but the experience outweighs the work. Also they left a cracked plastic bumper piece that still has deer hair on it.Utilize a different chain.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The most professional and kind staff from the minute I walked in the door. They did a beautiful job on my car. It looked amazing when I picked it up, and they went over every detail of the repair answering any question I might have. The car looked better than when I brought it in. So much so, that when my mom had a fender bender, we brought it straight to Owasso Collision Specialists. I can t imagine taking my car anywhere else.

Very awesome company. I have a car that had hail damage on every panel. Even during this pandemic and recent hail storms they made the process of getting my car back to me easy and pain free. Some things might take longer because of the pandemic and shipping from some place like California. My car looks beautiful again and these local business owners will do everything in their power to make it a good experience!

Wouldn't take my cars or reccomend any other place than here! They're always super friendly and quick :)Updating since it s now Gerber instead of Owasso Collision: still feel the same haha!

I am so very glad I chose Owasso Collision Specialists to repair my driver's side car door. The staff is very professional and accommodating. I shopped around and out of four other body shops this was the best estimate I received. The gratitude continues, once my part came in they promptly called me and let me know when I could come in to have this done. I was able to bring in my car the following week and I decided to wait on my repair. While they were working on my vehicle they noticed another problem and even took me back to look at what the issue was. Then right then and there Jeremy got on the phone and called around for the additional part they needed to get the best price and ordered it once I gave permission. I have been burned by other companies before and Owasso Collision Specialists made me feel at ease. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a smooth experience.

The people here from the owner on down were very helpful, nice and did a flawless fix on our vehicle. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing their service as they handled the entire process and our car was detailed when finished. Thanks to the staff for a great experience.

OCS really impressed me. Of the 5 different repair estimates I got from various body shops, theirs was one of the most thorough and well-explained. Chris Scott worked with me from start to finish and went the extra mile, first in helping me make the damaged car more driveable before we started repairs (and before I had decided even decided upon a repair shop) and then in helping me navigate through the difficulty I had with the insurance company totaling out the vehicle and then me buying it back for salvage and getting it repaired. He worked with me to make sure my repairs stayed under the amount we got from the insurance company's total loss settlement, even when we added an unrelated repair request to the work being done. Chris maintained excellent communication throughout the whole process, and the repairs were finished ahead of schedule! The finished work looked better than we expected, and we received a written warranty on their work. Highly recommend!

I have taken my car to Owasso Collision a few times in the last several years. After all having a teenage driver often leads to such a place. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs body repair work done to their vehicle. The owner and employees are always very helpful, friendly, and professional. We have had several of our vehicle repaired here. They do great work. They work very well with the insurance companies to make sure you are satisfied. They do Not us after market parts, they are honest and open with all of their dealings. They keep you updated on the process, when you pick up your vehicle it looks showroom ready, inside and out. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else!

This is my second time using Gerber, everyone is so nice and they keep you updated on the status of your vehicle thru text. I won't be going anywhere else. If my car needs future bodywork ill be coming back. My car looks brand new.

Great work, great quality, and excellent customer service! Insurance wanted to use after market parts for repairs, but Tommy helped ensure that insurance used only quality factory parts! They kept me updated thoughout the entire process and even detailed my car before I picked it up! I wouldn't bring my car to any other shop!

Just got my car back from OCS, and it looks great! Had a fender bender and had to replace the rear bumper and a taillight. Like anything vehicle-related, once they got the broken pieces off they found something else broken that they needed to order, so it took longer. But they said it should be done by Thurs and it was, so that impressed me. And they cleaned my car, inside and out as well. I d recommend them from my experience.

I was rear ended and called toAsk what I needed to do. At one point the lady scuffed, almost laughing because I was not understanding what she was saying. Basically I was told we won t look at it to see what s wrong until you are bringing it in for repairs..well how do I know what repairs I need to bring it in for if no one has looked at it?? Just don t be rude..missed out on business!!

I had 3 doors that were having issues opening 2 of which didn t open at all and 1 that you had to work with to open. It was a very stressful ordeal especially with a toddler, they were very nice and professional. They kept me in the loop about everything and they got it done pretty quick. I was very satisfied. I will forever trust this shop and those amazing gentlemen with my vehicles issues. That is hard to find these days.Service: Electrical

Honest quality work! Extremely friendly staff! Best Body Shop in Green Country! I had to recently deal with multiple other shops for a quote on an un-insured motorists claim for a settlement.. Owasso Collision Specialists is by far, leagues above the competition! Best service I have received hands down!

Owasso Collision has now repaired 3 vehicles for us. We have been very pleased with their work. They only use new, original market parts on repairs. Our vehicles have come back to us clean and looking show room new. Great folks to deal with

Took 1 month to repair a back bumper on a new camaro, was never called and update as promised (I had to call them,) was promised they would blend our paint job because the paint matching they did was so terrible even if our insurance refused to pay for blending but then was informed when we were told the job was finally done that they would not be blending and was forced to take as is. Will never use again!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
