My son purchased his first car here in October. It was a trade in they had got the week before. It is a beautiful 2022 Nissan maxima. There was a low tire light on during the test drive and the salesperson said he would have it checked out before we come to pickup the car the following Monday. When we left we drove a short ways to get a drink and noticed a bubble in the tire sidewall. We turned around and took it right back to show them. The service department stepped in, Desmond, and ordered a new tire for it. While getting that tire on I asked Desmond if they could check the other tire that was showing low again. Which they did and unfortunately was a sidewalk slit and could not be fixed. I explained to him that during the test drive this was supposed to be checked out. He was so nice and supportive that he said he would talk to his manager about replacing that one too and thankfully and very grateful he agreed and just got that one on today. Desmond in the service dept is awesome!. Desmond deserves kudos because he was able to get everything we needed done. Thanks Desmond.

Classic Chevrolet Service Department, led by Service Manager Mike Fitzpatrick, has never let me down! Once again, they came to our rescue in a great and mighty way!The car has several malfunctions, to say the least! The frustration level was off the charts, so we contacted Mike Fitzpatrick. Along with his associate, Greg, and the excellent service team, they identified several issues that were going on, many of them under warranty! They took the time to go into great detail to resolve every area of concern!In all of my years, I have never experienced the level of care and genuine concern that I always receive when dealing with Mike Fitzpatrick, Greg, and Classic Chevrolet's Service team!My most sincere thanks, appreciation and respect to this wonderful group of caring supportive folks! Mike, Greg and team, you are truly amazing!! Thank you!!

I bought my last car at Classic and have been having my car serviced there for a few years. They re consistently fast, friendly and professional. I had an issue at my last visit and they fixed it right away. The manager was really nice and made sure everything was done right.

Greg was my service advisor. He was friendly and helpful. He kept me up to date in the progress and made sure I knew beforehand if any thing needed to be done prior to doing it as well as the cost involved. Very happy with my experience.

Classic has been a class one act. They have been a good experience every time I have had to get work done. They take time to explain what has to be done. Mike Fitzpatrick is a very good guy to be above everyone, you all do a great job, thanks a lot.

I recently moved out here & needed a place to service my car. They've been pretty reliable, make me feel comfortable & are never pushy about other services I "need". I appreciate that more than I could explain!! I'm glad a found a good place to go!!

Hands down the best dealership service center I've been to. Desmond kept me informed on what was going on until my Traverse was fixed. Even Mike reached out to help me when we had an issue with the loaner they gave my wife to drive got hit. These guys are top notch.

Always a good experience when visiting. The lobby is always clean and they always have hot coffee brewing. The staff is always welcoming and nice. I will continue to have my service done here.

I had a horrible experience with CC. Bought a 39k junker. Had it for 9months and only got to drive it for 2months. It had a blown motor. Classic replaced motor twice and transmission. They treated me with the utmost disrespect. Even asked me to step outside away from customers in zero degree weather to ralk about issues. The GM Rusty Banks was very disrespectful as well. CCbought my truck back last week for 34k. I ended up paying my whole paycheck to get out from under the truck, 2700.00. Im out about 10k from this purchase. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to CC.!!! They also lied about guving me an oil change n said id never had it changed is why the motor blew. But...i did have sticker in window to prove they changed it. This voided my extended warranty. But somehow, CC got the warranty to pay for a motor. SCAMMERS!!!

Best place ever take your car for service , reason they keep you informed what s going on with your vehicle. Not like last place had my truck 7 days never ounce got a call . Classic called me almost everyday with update that means everything to me . Will definitely be back .

The work was done and I don't have a complaint about that part.What I am very unhappy about is that I'm 100% sure when I brought my car in there was not any grease and oil on my upholstery, my door and my carpet. When I got my car back it was all over the place. I had to spend extra time and money scrubbing the seats, carpet and the doors to get my car clean afterwards.You'd think a large dealership would have someone not completely covered in grime to shuffle cars in and out of the bays to avoid the same people crawling under the cars getting covered with grease and oil from being the ones also getting in and out of the cars leaving that grease and oil on the cloth interior.Service: Electrical repair

Bought a 2021 car and they took a week to do "inspections" on the car but yet a week later I had my mirror falling off on the highway and things falling apart and when I went in to get the issues fixed they tell me my warranty doesn't cover it. I've had nothing but issues since I've purchased the car down to the tires and getting them to hold up on their warranty. I regret buying from here.

I dropped off my car when they opened for an oil change, air filter change, and tire rotation. The attendant wrote my information on a sticky note and put my key in a pile with several others. Late in the day they had not called me to pick up my car, so I called them. I was told the service department had closed. I got a ride to the dealership, spoke with 3 different employees that all suggested I come back 2 days later to pick up my car. After waiting for approximately 15 minutes, one of the senior employees finally took me to get my paperwork, showed me the incorrect phone number they had been calling, had me pick out my key because the wrong key was with my paperwork, and they did not perform an air filter change or tire rotation. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with this experience and will no longer be a customer of Classic Chevrolet.Service: Oil change

Friendly, courteous and my truck was serviced in a reasonable amount of time. I bought my 2016 Silverado from Classic in Owasso. Classic has been the only service department that has worked on my truck, including tire purchases.

Took my car in for a courtesy oil change from the Gathering on Main. Greg let me know I had a small oil leak and when I was in disbelief he had pics of the oil leak already ready to present. Professional, quick, and honest!
