Brought in my 3 deep cycle lithium ion Vanlife batteries for charging, and Michael was super helpful and informative! I Took advantage of the free business account offered, so I will definitely be using this store for any future battery power needs. Absolutely recommend!

Quick and easy place for iPhone battery replacement. My iPhone 11 is running like brand new again. Takes about an hour, dropped it off then ran some errands. It was done by the time I came back.

SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! ! I dealt with the manager, Joshua Goodman, for the last 2 months where I paid in full for a new key to be cut and programmed for my car. Never called when product came in, had to call and ask, once it did come in they were unable to cut and program the key. Notify me they would need to order a different key as they had not gotten in a piece of information correct. Same process, didn't order and finally came in this week, dropped car off and 4hrs later still no key or keyless entry. Then the manager Joshua Goodman told me I need to pay an extra $150 to order an OEM key be because they had tried twice and were unable to get the job done. After 2 months and this attemdpted extortion, he refused to refund my money or make it right, and threatened to "whip my @ss". Also during the process yesterday he deprogrammed my one key that I had that was actually working. After making calls and getting the district manager and owner involved the owner was very nice and gave me a full refund. Simply put I used another company who came to my house made the key reprogram the key and reprogram my valet key all for less money and it was finished within 30 minutes.

The manager Josh is honestly the best thing since sliced bread. He hooked me up got my screen replaced in like 2 hours.

Batteries+ claims to offer tablet repair such as re-seating and re-taping a loose screen. But they utterly failed to do this at the Owasso, OK location. I brought in a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 SM-860 that was a little loose on a corner and needed to be re-secured. My tablet was fully functional and the screen was fully operational when I dropped it off. I was told it would take an hour. I went to lunch and came back to pick it up only to be told by the employee that was working on it that the screen died while he was taking it apart to put new sealing tape on it. He went on to tell me that his manager at the Owasso, OK location said that Batteries+ doesn t cover anything when it gets broken under their care and to just give it back to me . He never got the tape applied correctly and my screen is completely separated from the frame and totally dead as seen in the attached picture. The employee offered to pay for a new screen out of his own money. He felt bad that his company doesn t cover the cost of their own errors. And conveniently management wasn t there at the time or available to speak on the phone. I told the employee no because Batteries+ hired him and is responsible to cover these kind of mistakes. So, if you value your electronic devices then I d advise you steer clear from Batteries+, especially the Owasso, OK location. Pathetic company policies if the manager there was even telling the truth. I will be reporting this situation and the management at the Owasso location to their corporate offices. I highly doubt anything will be done about it, but they need to know how poor management is in Owasso, OK. I mean what kind of manager claims they don t cover devices they break under their care? Not any manager that is worth anything. Talk about pathetic. Again, please do not give this company your electronic device repair business, they are incompetent and don t make good on breaking your devices. You ve been warned.

If like to send a huge shout out to Josh, Bill, & Michael for going above and beyond to ensure that the new battery for my car was the proper one, as mine isn't just your traditional shape. The guys were there when I needed them the most... you're #1 as far as I'm concerned

Come check out this locally owned business! They have lightbulbs, flashlights, fuses, cell phone accessories, and ANY kind of battery you need (big or small)! Also, if you need your phone fixed, car/boat/ATV key fob or battery replaced these guys can help!!
