I needed a headlight, I noticed it was nearly $20 cheaper elsewhere. When I asked if they price matched with Walmart I was informed that they sometimes price-match but not on what I needed. O Reillys was able to price match for me.

Today, I needed a bulb changed in my car. Cameron sold it to me, and suggested bulb grease. He installed it for me in this blazing heat (sorry!) And he cut his hand! I offered to give him a tip, but he refused, and said it was his pleasure to help. His knowledge and customer service is spot on!

10/10 recommend this autozone. Our battery died and we hit up oreillys first but they couldn t install our battery or give us a warranty so we called autozone and Zach was an amazing help. Got us our battery for cheaper, with the warranty installed it and was incredibly helpful! Thank you Zach!

Great place to get parts as a chain, this store usually has stellar service. I went in today to return a couple of items, I did not keep my receipt. That means the store associate actually had to move his fingers and type. so naturally, being a disgruntled individual that had to work on a Saturday the first word out of his mouth was a cuss word. That was upsetting, but not unheard of. The bad attitude and arrogance that came afterwards during the entire transaction was also tolerable. My favorite part of the entire visit was him telling another employee that because a man came in and got the parts wrong that he needed for his vehicle instead of helping the individual he "ran him off". I'm sorry, we're not all expert Auto parts associates like you. I do sincerely hope that this review does not impact the store. The store is great. One associate having a bad day does not make a store a bad place to shop.

Every time I go to AutoZone, I never leave disappointed. Unless I am being told bad news about my car or expensive a part is anyway. The staff is always knowledgeable and willing to help. I always suggest going to AutoZone for parts or information about vehicles.

I am not one to usually leave a review, but the service I get at this store from Zack Holsan has been above and beyond my expectations. He is always polite and helpful. He will go out of his way to help find the right parts at an affordable cost. Thank you.

Everytime I go in, I'm always greeted. The store is clean. I stopped coming in for a while I'm not sure of her title but Becky was the lady who helped me and she new nothing about my part and had to ask Tyler. I had to wait because he was busy she was rude and kept getting irritated at my questions.very disappointed. Aaron was the one who stepped in to help Tyler and new exactly what I needed. He was very helpful and helped me choose an oil. That guy went above and beyond. His customer service and knowledge of the store is why I will be coming back to AutoZone. Thank you Aaron C

When we visited the store with vehicle issues, we were greeted with friendly staff and the atmosphere in the store was very pleasant. Rebecca Durham and her staff were respectful , friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help solve our issues, getting us the parts we needed at a great price. We give her and her wonderful staff an A triple plus plus...to infinity, in customer service and satisfaction. We will tell everyone we know to visit her store, it is well worth it to make the drive!!! We will definitely shop here again for our automotive needs! Outstanding job Owasso AutoZone!! We'll see ya!!!!!

Good for brake pads and fluids. Nothing else. Unless you want to do the job 2 or 3 times.

My rating would have been higher because of the friendly staff & new clean store. However, the computer system at the register would not pull up the parts I need for my John Deere Gator, luckily another customer assisted me in getting the correct items as needed on their shelves.

I would give them 100 stars if I could. I was out of town for my sons baseball tournament when my van started to overheat. I was able to limp it into your parking lot. We were pleasantly greeted by Rebecca the manager who popped open the hood and then brought Gage out to assist. He went over and above to help me out. He climbed under my car and replaced a small piece of hose, but not before he was entirely covered in antifreeze. He made sure we were good to go with no leaks before he was comfortable with us leaving. Rebecca also insisted on me texting her to let her know we made it home safely. You customer service is top notch and we are so very thankful for both of your willingness to help.SincerelyJennifer

If I could give 0 stars that would still be too many. Horrible experience with PJ in particular, she was very rude and seemed more interested in gossiping about other people instead of helping find my part. Then the part she assured me would work was in fact the wrong part. Complete waste of my time and I should have just gone to Oreillys to start with. Trust me when I say I ll never make that mistake again.

Arron needs to be fired his mouth to slick. 3-262-021 i let him slide simply bc i knew i was gonna write a review. Dont go to this AZ in Oklahoma off hwy 169 i think its 116th st north. I had to tell him how to do his job that he didnt want to do bc the store had 5 to 6 customers in it .He has a smart mouth and if i knew i wouldn't go to jail Boy oh Boy He lucky my lady was with me 3-26-2021We live in an open carry STATE

I was visiting family in Owasso, but reside in Texas. Well! On my way back home my car would not start. I got a jump and headed down the street to Autozone. I went in all overwhelmed with no clue because right after I was greeted by the store associate Alesha. I took her out to troubleshoot and the car wouldn't start again! I started to just think the worst has happened to my car, my only way home! Well Alesha is a magician i tell you!! She was able to troubleshoot and calm me down. Found out it was just the battery. She even changed it for me!!! Like wow!!! She was able to get me back on my way to texas in less then 15 minutes!!!! She was fast, efficient, friendly and over all a saver of my day!!! Over the top service from Alesha! She has officialy made me a lifer for AutoZone!

After a fiasco at O Reillys I went to autozone where Cameron F. was amazing he spent over an hour with me testing things and changing out my battery and ultimately fixing what O Reillys messed up, his service and knowledge was above and beyond and I will definitely be back for all my car needs. Thank you so much for taking the time and helping me, I greatly appreciate it!!
