My tire went flat while I was driving, we were luckily right next to the Walmart auto center! They originally said they didn t have my size, but the technicians were persistent on finding my size. They triple checked and found my size! I m not from this area, we were visiting family and drove all the way from Texas. We were already about an hour out from our family s house and were already far from home. These technicians were like angels to us, and seemed to have no issue working on Christmas Eve. Thank you Walmart Auto Care Center for making our Christmas possible!

I was on my home and had a blowout. I called Walmart to see if they would work me in before they closed and they went above and beyond to ensure I got back on the road . I can't thank the techs enough.

I came in for an oil change and they did not inform me that they did not have the proper tools to put in transmission fluid and power steering fluid in my car!! Instead of informing me (customer) that the oil change I paid for,,I wasn t going to get my full oil change, instead hopping I wasn t going to catch on to how they just screwed me out of my money, then said O it s nothing we can do, no discount or anything, wow thanks Walmart automotiveService: Auto maintenance

Number one I found the rug that was $13 another word for $38did after they want to charge me 21 and 75 hadn't marked it down to 38 they should have worked 21 down 13 to cuz that's where it was at I hate

I watched the tire tech try to let down my gas tank for 15 minutes to put my spare back? It's a suburban the spare goes inside the back lol couldn't stop laughing!

Very slow. It seems like they work on one car at a time. Very inefficient use of employees.

They charged me more than they first quoted (added fees after the fact) didn't balance one of my tires and also underinflated my tires by 20lbs

Walmart used to be the place to go...lately.. not so much..they lie to customers constantly and their main job is to make sure they get a lunch break!!

No matter who you go to for auto care, follow up with manual oil checks and tire checks mounts and pressure.
