Say they have the right part and get down there and a part was in the box but wasn't even close what was supposed to be there. The ad advertised rebates and when I asked to get the rebate offer he told me they don't do rebates then why the hell offer them?

Good place, they'll test your battery & check the engine light. They are always willing to order you a part of they can. Staff seems to change all the time, so don't get used to the guy who helps ya. Some seem pretty knowledgeable.

Well thank goodness for places like this, if we didn't have these places we could be buying a intake valve from Wal Mart . For most part this is a good place.I have never liked it's cashier set up. But at least no matter how busy they are they do take their time with each customer.Keep up the good hometown service.

I returned a battery with only 2 months remaining on warranty. The staff replaced it with a new battery and without any hassle. Thanks so much!

This is one of the best O'Reilly's in the state they hire knowledgeable staff and always make sure you have what you need! The staff is awesome! Also it's one of the most cost effective places to buy parts.

They had the odd 6 volt deep cycle batteries I was looking for in stock and we're helpful and courteous in completing the sale.

Been using this store for years but the customer service has gone so far down hill. 4 times now i had issues they wouldn't help me with. only to drive to another location and issues were quickly resolved.and or parts found. This location is in need of a can do attitude.

Staffed by an excellent staff who bend over backwards to make sure you get the product needed at the best price. I'm a handicapped vetrern who needed a new battery for my truck. A female friend of mine whose also handicapped was gracious enough to take me and my old battery there. A young lady insisted on carrying out the new battery and taking the old battery inside. I'm on a cane and felt bad about me not being able to do it. She did it with more ease than I could have at her age. Top notch store with top notch people.

I didn't get his name but the guy with short people problems (like me ) realized I was having trouble finding what I needed and helped me then realized I was having problems reaching the oil area on my truck so he helped me with that as well. Thank you much appreciated.

Stopped by for zip ties, called considering I had 2 of my kids in the car and didn't want to lug them in. The manager came to me, to see if they were the zip ties I was looking for. When she realized it was because my front bumper was hanging off interfering with my tires, she got on the ground herself and we started to put that sucker back on. She was awesome!

Carrie the manager came out & helped me with all my vehicle needs.. She was very polite and didn't make me feel bad for not being able to do these things on my own. All staff here was respectful & helpful. Thank you so much

Arrived, or course they don't stock enough spark plugs to fill my engine that requires 4.We can order it, yes so can. So I play along and agree. They get my cell etc. a week later I go back wondering why I haven't heard anything.He laughed at me! Said I'm sure we sent those back. I said that's weird, why would you order a part then send it back all without letting someone know it arrived!!!!He continued to find this funny... the whole family loaded up for the lake and nothing.....I Truly feel sad for o rileys. You get what you pay for and I'm sure they aren't getting much out of him. Clearly . How embarrassing

I prefer O'Reilly's over other places. They are ways very helpful no matter what you come in for and if they don't have the answer right away, they always find someone to help you.

My mom won't go anywhere else because this man Mike works there an he'll help us everyway. They even go farther to help us. We sometimes are short an they help us. We lost my dad an so money short an no man to really help with the car

At my age I can remember "service stations".That is what this place does. I can pull up,call and someome will come out to my car and talk with me about any problem i am having. Then 9 times out of 10, take care of the issue.
