Our first and last experience with Harlan Ford. We were just hung up on by the service dept while inquiring about multiple experiences with my 2018 F250 death wobbles. The only customer service offered was to make an appointment. She seemed very preoccupied and not interested in doing anything other than booking an appointment. Thanks for the wonderful customer service, Harlan Ford, we'll take our business elsewhere.

I purchased a 2008 Buick Enclave, as is and no warranty, from Harlan Ford. It had 192000 miles on it, however it is immaculate and in great condition, as is all of their used vehicles. Less than a week later the transmission went out. I spoke to Mr. Andrew Harlan and he agreed to pay for half of the repair regardless of the contract I signed. It was repaired in less than a week and is doing great. I cannot say enough regarding the service I received from Harlan Ford. From Lisa Castleberry in sales, to Andrew Harlan's professional post purchase service, I am extremely satisfied with the experience. Recommend this dealership to everyone in the market for a great deal on a new or used vehicle.Services: Transmission, Transmission repair

My family has bought 3 cars from them and 2 out of 3 was great! Colby one of the salesman sold 2 of them to us and I got to say he is a awesome dude! Get with him there if anyone needs a good salesman! The other vehicle had wiring problems and some had bad connections! My sister is ok but we found out that on sis Vacation one day about 3months ago, found some faulty wiring that was dodo!All we are asking Harlan Ford please check wiring to see that the previous owner did not do something add on them!

Drive through this morning to look for a specific vehicle and Joe Myers met me outside at my truck, didn t pressure me for anything. The vehicle I was interested in was t available but I talked with him a little more so I could give enough info on a review. Me. Myers was very knowledgeable of The innovatory on the lot and today s market. I would recommend Joe Myers for your next purchase.
