Beware of Baileys Ford Cushing BranchI ve never dealt with such terrible business practices in my life. I decided to get rid of the big car payment and just work towards no debt , so I stopped in and looked at a cheaper vehicle. The salesman couldn t seem to give me a trade offer, asked my payoff I stated 35 something and he said he d call me with the trade amount shortly. He calls back, offers 33,000. I decide to take it just to get rid of the payment. I get back into the dealership and my payoff totals at 35,691. He then tries stealing $500 from my trade in amount with no good explanation at all, saying that my payoff changed, so his trade offer changed.I try explaining that s not correct because no matter what my payoff is, the extra comes from my pocket. He calls my banker, my banker tries explaining this also. He just blatantly refuses to listen to anyone.So, I take the step to call the main dealership in Okmulgee. They immediately step in and fix the problem. The deal continues to process and then I go in to fill out paperwork. The salesman decides to come into the room with me, almost as a bullying tactic to tell me I just want you to know I was right when I took that $500, but I m gonna go ahead and let you have it I immediately inform him that he s not right and he gets up and walks out.I finally finish and have to immediately leave for softball games.That evening I notice an issue with the transmission, by this time the dealership is closed. I immediately call the next morning at 8am to make them aware of the problem.The GM/Salesman for the Cushing dealership refuses to make the deal right by fixing the car. He calls me and informs me that I can just bring it back and cancel the sale or I can fix it myself.He also states that if I bring it back he will fix it to resell it, but he refuses to fix it for me.He refuses to work with me on making this right at all, taking the car I purchased back from me instead of repairing it like any other decent dealership would do makes no sense at all.I have tried reaching back out to Okmulgee, but he somehow has forced them to no longer help either because it s his deal overall Bobby Brock is just truly not a good person. This has been nothing short of exhausting and now also financially straining to work with him. Please, just beware. He will sell vehicles claiming they re one owner only to find out that s a lie, that they re very dependable only to have a bad transmission the next day that he will stick you with. Please, do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else because he won t be a good human when it comes down to doing right by people and Bailey Motors has him there with absolutely no one to answer to other than himself and he gets to do whatever he wants, even if it s wrong.

No hassle sale! Bought a loaded 300 two years ago and runs like a dream still. First trip was through the Rockies during winter, no problem!My credit wasn't perfect, yet they still worked with me to get me in a new ride with payments I could afford. Sales guys won't attack you like vultures the way other places will.

Be careful they like to scam elder people get them to purchase extended warranty then not put it in and they lie and say u didn t buy that you bought something else . Plus sale a vehicle that was wrecked as a certified preown and lie about mileage will never buy from them again

Sadly, they were unable to resolve issues with the Uconnect system of my 2022 Ram, which is covered under new vehicle warranty. Scheduled with another dealer who is going to put me in a rental while my truck is in the shop getting repaired.

You know when I need the Right part for my Ram truck, I go to the dealer. I almost was bamboozled at our local parts store. Thank God I checked with Mopar and found the correct part. Kenny In the parts department at Bailey s was just GREAT! He got me in the right part for the right price and very quickly. You just can t ask for anything more than that these days. Not to mention the friendly service I received while being there. I ll do business with them again.

Went there twice for an oil change first time they didn t put enough oil in the engine, second time they over filled it and added power steering fluid to the reservoir all the way to the cap on which it did not need. I ve been working on cars and semis for quite some time and there is fill marks for a reason. If you can not do your job right then maybe it s time to find another job. No stars if it was an option.

Fantastic dealership with no pressure and great people. We purchased a car from Dick Bailey motors in early 2019. I was able to communicate with the salesperson over the phone who did a great job but making sure all my questions are answered and following back up with me. We drove from the Dallas area expecting there to be a catch when we finally got to the sales floor and were pleasantly surprised to see everything was exactly as planned. We were in and out and under an hour with her brand new car. Thank you guys

From the time I purchased my truck to know this place has been nothing but amazing! I have only had my truck a few months but will be back when I am in the market for a new vehicle. Super friendly folks treat you like family!

I called about 30 min after they opened & asked if they had a certain vehicle still available, & if it had any problems.. I also let them know I lived an hour away.. I was told by Mike- the owner- that it was available, & in great condition. I drove up there to walk in the door to be told that it was in fact sold the day previous & the only other vehicle that was similar was double that price. The customer service was terrible, plus they either lied or was just lazy to look if there vehicle was in fact still available.

Sold me a Ram 2500 3 years ago that had been part of a factory recall. Charged me 45,000 when the truck was only worth $16,000 because of the recall. They never mentioned any of this to me, of course. Also the truck s aftermarket stereo system never worked properly. They sold me a lemon.

Dishonest sales representative. I have seen better mechanics working under a shade tree. Between the new radiator without coolant the the new grill being held in by 2 allen wrenches stuck in the bolt holes to the new 4wd drive shaft left and much more small things I won't do business with them again.

I'm very pleased with the Dick and Mike Bailey Motors. I took a Jeep Wrangler to a Tulsa dealer 3 times for a check engine light. When I picked it up the 3rd time the check engine light was still on. The Tulsa dealer told me that they just couldn't fix it. I had heard good things about Dick and Mike Bailey CDJR. So I took the Wrangler to them. They fixed it the first time! It was only an $80 Evap module. The Bailey's were honest and fast!!!!!While I was there I looked at their New and Used cars. To kill time. They have a great selection, and they told me they have no doc fee! I don't know what a doc fee is, but I do know I paid $399 when I bought my last car.I will buy all of my vehicle from the Bailey family moving forward. Everyone i talked to was very nice and laid back. They are all from the country and treat everyone with respect. I recommend that everyone shop Dick Bailey Chrysler Jeep Ram Dodge in Okmulgee, Mike Bailey Chrysler Jeep Ram Dodge and Chevrolet in Henryetta, or their Quality Ford dealership in Cushing. And no doc fee!!!!!

Was sold a lemon 2 years ago and didn t know it. Now we are upside down in vehicle and no way to get rid of it. Needs thousands of dollars worth of work.

If I could give them no stars, I would. Dick Bailey Motors is terrible. You guys may want to double check and make sure you're not buying a lemon. We bought a truck, noticed it was a lemon. We traded for one of the only cars that was NOT a lemon we thought. We just found out that our car that we traded is also a lemon! The titles from Texas to Oklahoma come up clean somehow. Amazing how "human error" happens on two different cars. YOU GUYS ARE CROOKS!

Ethical, honest, transparent dealer. Seems to really care about the customer experience. This is how buying a car should be. I was ready to do the negotiation dance, but it wasn't necessary. Totally AWESOME!

Entire place is Very dirty ...., the car I bought started having problems 3 days after purchasing and they misspelled my name on title even tho I spelled it for him 5 times....granted the car is used and a little older, car does run most of the time at least, just going to have to put much more into it than I thought.

We found a vehicle, called on it to ask questions, was told it was in "average" and "good" condition, drove there to find out it was WRECKED, and the tires had dry rot. It was JUNK. They totally misrepresented that vehicle. I would not trust these people.

Sells lemons, won't back their product but that's not unusual for dodge. Of course all of these reviews mean very little as this dealerships business is driven by farmers who won't read these and don't mind overpaying for vehicles.

Upon second thought I have edited my review. The antique building has a vintage feel not found in most generic dealerships. It could use some signs inside pointing where to go
