My car was on empty when I drove it off the lot and I was lucky to get to a gas station. First week of owning my car, the bolts fell out of my brakes and drilled a deep line into the wheel well. They fixed it! But they also left a literal bag of raw meat under my back seat that would rot for 3 months before I found it. Then exactly 1 year after buying it, my engine completely goes out. Turns out, the carbon had never been maintenanced and broke everything in my engine and surrounding it. Warranty doesn t cover carbon damage so I m stuck with an useless car. It sits at the mechanics for a week and the battery completely dies. Turns out it s the original battery from the dealership! 13 years old! So to recap: they couldn t bother to put any gas in, make sure my brakes were installed correctly, clean the carbon out of the engine, or replace the battery. They were no help and I m out thousands of dollars because of their negligence. Thanks!

The 2013 Chevy equinox that s 10k I took for a test drive and decided I didn t want it because it started hard. I told him and he decided to go out there and turn it off and on again a few times and all of a sudden a check engine light came on, I told him I didn t want it and got huffy and stormed back inside . They drove it off for a tiny bit and put it right back out there. Nothing against them just make sure you aren t getting a car that codes have been cleared.

I have bought several trucks,cars campers and a skid steer. Can't say enough good about Ausbrooks. While you may find what you are looking for else where you will not find a dealer that will take any better care of you after the sale. You will become mire than a customer you will become a friend.
