Stay away from this company. We had a tire blow out at 4pm. The owner said they could not come out for at least a half an hour. Two hours later, no show. We called them. They promised to be there in 1 hour. They told us this 4x over the next 10 hours. He told us he had found 2 tires which were in nearly new. At 2AM a beat-up van shows up. We immediately ask to look at the tires. They are junk. At that point, we sent them away. The next morning we got " legit" help and were soon on our way. These guys at A1 will lie to you, make promises they cannot keep, and will string you along for HOURS. After reading the other reviews posted here AFTER our incident we can see it is absolutely criminal what this company is doing to stranded motorists. Not even worth 1/2 a star.

I did not use this company I happened to find one closer to me. However, he did everything he could to get me the cheapest price possible and asked if I needed any food or water even if I didn t use them. So they were gonna bring me food and water 50 miles away. I could hear him talking to someone else asking what discounts he could get for me. A blessing this would have been if I couldn t find one closer. God bless and thank you

I called them at 11am. I was told a mechanic was on the way and should be there in 30 minutes. I kept calling they kept saying 30 minutes out. 9 hours later someone shows up that is not a mechanic, this guy pulls up with his family and charges 60 dollars to drive 3 miles to a hotel. Long story short NEVER use this company. I wasted a whole day waiting for them only to still have to pay a tow truck and a different shop. WASTE OF TIME

I called Monday morning about a problem with my van. Was told it needed to go to the shop. But it wouldn't start.I was told next that he'd send a guy to get it there. Waited all day. No guy, no phone call.Tuesday called back. Again was told someone would come get the van to the shop. Waited all day. No phone call, no guy.I now don't believe it will be in my best interest to continue with him. I'm going to call a different garage and you should too.

We had a blow out on our rv. We bought 4 new tires for the rear and 30 minutes away one of the new tires blew out. They promised to fix that evening. And they weren't. They didn't show up until the next evening even tho we were sitting on the side of the highway over 24 hours. And they had our tire since noon that day! And they didn't stay in touch with us to let us know what was going on! $500/tire and BAD service!

Tail lights had an issue. No break lights and the blinker was acting funny. They were able to bypass my trailer harness (which I don t even use) and it fixed the problem. Cheap quick repair.

Worst service ever didn't have tire that the said they had charged 120 to go get tire took 5 hours to change trailer tire picture Does not portray what it actually looks like do not use this rip off business be warned

If you have any other problems than a flat tire. DONT CALL THESE GUYS, they were slow, unorganized, and completely misdiagnosed my coolent leak changed me $250 to bypass a heater core that wasn't even what was leaking had broken down again 15 miles down the road and took them7 hrs to do that

They saved us on a Sunday afternoon. We blew a tire and only had the mini spare and that wasn t going to get us home 800 miles away. They got us a new tire from another shop that was closed, mounted it up and had us on our way. Great service.

I called around 8am and talked to Jim about coming to take a look at my van that is leaking oil badly. He said "I'll have someone there this afternoon" at 4:45 pm I asked him if someone would still be coming today to, he said "yes, someone will be there this evening." No one ever showed up, or called. I tried calling and texting again the next day and got no answer. If you need a mechanic CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!!

HIGHLY recommend A-1. Im an owner operator and had a steer tire go out. Jim was very professional and considerate. Before he came out to replace it he made sure to ask if I had food and water which just validated that I made the right choice. If you are ever in a tight spot dont hesitate to call these guys, you'll be glad you did!

Great customer care with fast, friendly and professional service. Blew the tread off my minivan tire late in the evening. The quickly installed a great tire to get my wife and I home to Texas when everyone else was closed. They care about people.

We were traveling through Oklahoma and our van broke down. We had to call a tow truck to which took our van to a shop. We ended up staying overnight in the town because the shop was closed .the next morning they told us it was our battery which they replaced. 275 dollars later and 80 miles down the road we broke down again . We were so blessed that we found A-1.jim came out to help us.he was so awesome . He was very professional and was very knowledgable . We want to tell everyone, If you in Oklahoma and break down call no orher. Thank you so much Jim and A-1

Hands down such an awesome guy! He did everything he could to get us the tire we needed for some our camper when other places told us they didn t have one. He made sure we were okay, and that we had food and drinks. I definitely recommend this place over any other, they cover all of Oklahoma too!!Service: TiresService: Tires

I had them come out and put in a new radiator in my truck, they did a better job than the mobile service that put the old one in. They were friendly and reasonably priced I would use them again.
