I had a rock hit my windshield and got my repair done at Wise Guys & they got me in the next day & treated me just great! They did an amazing job and I am thrilled!! 5 stars!!

Went to this store on Wednesday to repair my rear class tent, and they replaced my 20% tint with a 5% tint, making the rear windows almost impossible to see through even on daylights (as I showed in pictures) the staff said they are not responsible and I ve been waited for the owner in the store for two hours, but owner never showed up. I have to go to a different place to redo the rear windows, and you can see in the last picture, at least I m glad my car is good now. A horrible experience in my life!!!

Wise Guys has great customer service! They did a great job on matching and replacing the tint on my front windows and also did a great job on fixing a rock chip on my windshield. They also replace broken mirrors and can replace your broken motor regulators. I highly recommend these guys for window tint and rock chip repairs.

Interesting phone experience didn t really get a good idea on if they worked by appointment or not. However, they still managed to get me in and KIND OF fix the rock chip on my windshield. They weren t able to fix it entirely but close enough to where it s no longer an issue.

Very pleased with the work done. I was coming from South Dallas and found myself in the crossfire of a gunfight. Wise Guys replace the windshield the back window re-tinting and a new rearview mirror. At a reasonable price and reasonable time. Thanks Wise Guys. Nice job!

Went a week ago to get a price on getting the windows tinted, agreed to and set up and appointment. We got told multiple different prices each time I spoke to someone. We pick up the truck and we see that they have taken the bag with my grandmothers memorial service photo in it and shoved everything from the backseat into it, which caused the photo to get bent.

Great service, clear communication, they even let me keep my car there overnight when I wasn t able to pick it up by 5pm on the day of my service. Highly recommend.

Took my car in for hail damage (for the second time, but the first time was NOT at Wise Guys) and it was a great experience! Took about a week for the paintless dent repair (which was 9 weeks less than the previous repair shop). Some parts were still on order but they did a good job of keeping in contact with me about them. Car looks great, would definitely use again!

These guys are awesome! They go out of their way to please their customers. We had glass done on one vehicle and tint on another. They fixed a botched tent job and it looks amazing. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend these guys! The frustrating part is I called last week for this appointment and I was told that it would only take them about an hour hour to complete the job after I dropped off the car at 9 o clock in the morning , at about 230 I get a call of them trying to tell me that they couldn t roll one of the windows down, which I know it s not their problem, but this was five hours after I drop the car off. meaning that if the window would ve rolled down, they would ve been done with my car 7hours later. Poor communication and wrong information on the time frame.

I have had both front car windows tinted and my automatic window motor and regulator replaced there. They did a great job on both. Their prices are affordable, they have quick service, and a friendly, helpful staff.

I used Wiseguys for the April hail storm and again for the October hail storm. They did a great job on the Honda and the Scion FRS. The tint looks better than ever! Quick, friendly, customer service. We have taken 3 different cars in for tint, and have had 3 different windshields replaced at Wise Guys. They always do a great job for a good price. We have been very pleased with their service and will continue to go to Wise Guys in the future. I defintely recommend them.

I had my windshield and tint stripped on my car and for the tint strip I originally called 3-4 weeks beforehand and when I talked to them over the phone they quoted me at $70 for a strip but they said they had a deal for a strip and retint for $50 so I went with that, they said we re booked all week when I called on a Tuesday and weren t able to do an appointment through Monday.I made an appointment and showed up Monday only to be told they don t have an appointment for me and it would definitely not be at the price quoted. When I asked when the nearest appointment they could do they told me next Monday!I was ready to give up at that point but I talked to the manager and we thought we had everything squared away with price and scope of work. I got here on Monday and everything went well with checking in but when I got there to pay they quoted me for $50 over the original agreed upon price! As if that wasn t bad enough my gearshift and back of the car was covered with the remains of the tint job and my car was left in accessory mode, it s a miracle the battery wasn t dead.Just to clarify as well this was only to strip the tint at this point, Very unprofessional and I will not be coming back. That being said credit where credit is due, when I got my windshield repaired from here 0-1 week earlier everything was cordial and it worked great. Unfortunately though this experience left a really bad taste in my mouth, which sucks because this place was one of the few car repair places nearby. Still I d rather drive 1-2 hours more if I had to than to be treated like that again. Never again.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Went there years ago and was overly impressed. The owner is a great guy. This last trip was to replace the windshield on my flex. Front counter girl wasn't the friendliest I've ever had the displeasure of encountering, but not the worst. They did a decent job however the appliques that go on the outside had to be replaced... I wonder why? Was it because someone broke them when removing said windshield? Perhaps someone failed to follow the proper steps in removing said appliques. One will never know, what I do know is I had to pay to have them replaced.Well, at least I didn't have to replace the windshield.Final thoughts: I'm no longer a huge fan of Wide Guys. Will I recommend them in the future, one will never know...

These guys are great...they are very quick, gets you in and out fast! They are very knowledgeable at what they are doing and very clean. No mess was left and their prices are amazing. I recommend them to every one!

Wise Guys throughly impressed me with not only how much they charged me but, they were able to fit me in the next business day, their quote is what I paid, no extra. They were also very professional and did a great job and gave me a lifetime warranty on Rock chips or leaks. I d recommend them to everyone! I quoted several different places around the metro and Wise Guys came in one of the lowest. $130 lower than Safelite to be exact. I live in Norman, so it was good to keep it local. They replaced the windshield same day on my truck and it looks great! They even warrant their windshield replacements from seal problems and even rock chips. I experienced a minor problem where they fully didn t reconnect my washer fluid tubing completely. I emailed them, they replied promptly, apologized, told me to bring it up, and had it fixed in 5 minutes. Sometimes these things happen so I am not upset and they handled it professionally. It was good to see them stand behind their work 100%. More than pleased with my experience here and this should be the first place you call if you need glass in Norman. Wise Guys Replaced my windshield, for the most reasonable price in Norman and OKC, and they got me in the next business day, and finished it the same day! After a big hail storm they still managed to get me a windshield replacement appointment within a few days. I dropped my car off in the morning and then picked it up in the evening. Easy.

I cannot recommend this place. Wanted to have cosmetic work done on the car, which is just to replace the front windshield moulding. I spoke with them and was told to just bring it in and they can get to it. So I brought it in, first thing in the morning. There was only one board on the rack when I brought mine in. I was told that it should only be a couple of hours, unless they had a problem, which could make it longer, but I was told I would receive a call when it was done. So I went and ran some errands and then puttered around in some local stores. I came back four hours later and nothing had been done at all. I was told they were really busy. If they had so many people with scheduled appointments, why wasn't I told that to begin with. I said I just wanted to take my car since nothing was done and they couldn't find my keys. Turns out they were left in the ignition. After having a vehicle for four hours and not doing anything to it, at least a courtesy call would have been nice so I could have come picked up the vehicle. If an appointment needed to be made, I shouldn't have been told just bring it in and we'll get to it. The face to face interaction was polite, that's the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

Had a windshield put in and picked car up. It poured down rain just a short time later. Notice a leak while driving. Called them and I took it in couple days later. They fixed the problem so I guess we will see next rain what happens. They've done a couple windshields and a back window for me . So far no problems.
