Recently had my fuel injection system cleaning, top treatment and oil change done and they did a great job. The technicians were friendly and helpful. They also did a headlight restoration and it came out great for $25.00 for both headlights. Came in today to get a flat changed. Spoke with a lady who told me they could get it done within two hours. They proceeded to not at all, change my flat, and instead rotated my tires and pumped them all full with air. Afterward, calling me to let me know that one of my tires was flat. I had never asked for the tires to be rotated. They then claim they had no clue which tire was flat and also that they couldn t get the spare out of my trunk because it was too heavy. None of this made sense. I will never be Using their services again.

The staff were very helpful. We arrived shortly before they closed and instead of having us make an appointment to replace 3 tires they took the time to change them that same night.

Very sweet, very kind service from the tire technician. Came for my appointment time and they got everything knocked out and installed for my tire. Grateful for this inexpensive center in these crazy, expensive times.

Zero customer loyalty. Purchased two new tires in May and here we are 3 mos. later and those tires are junk (worn down to the steel). They'll take no responsibility, nor will they help at all in the replacement citing a poor alignment.Alignment would seem to be at least PART of the root cause, however it seems odd that uneven wear was NEVER an issue prior to these tires being installed. We'd certainly had noticed something this aggressive back when I went over those two roofing nails back in the spring. And if I hit something to cause this much of a shift, I feel like I'd know it.I wasn't expecting full compensation, but after the business I've done there since moving in nearby I had hoped for more than "Sorry about your luck. Let me move this cone so you can get out."We'll never be back.Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement

Typically a good place to do little things, like get an oil change. They usually have availability but will occasionally be too busy to do services quickly so you would need to drop off the car and come back later. We will usually just go shopping while they service our vehicle.

They provided excellent service and efficiently replaced all four of our tires.

Best price for truck tires with all-terrain tread, agressive but not overly so. Update- picked up something that made a hole in one tire, near the edge of the tread. Walmart will not patch a tire unless the patch can lay down flat. They will replace the tire. Make sure you get the road Hazzard warranty when you purchase tires at Walmart; glad I did.

Had a tire disaster, and this was the closest location. They had the tire in stock. The price to mount and balance the tire was reasonable. I was able to sit in a nicely air-conditioned waiting room with ac outlets to charge my phone. My only complaint is that the sales attendant did not notify my the car was ready promptly after I waited 2 hours for work to be completed. Other than that the overall experience was good.

They try to tell you every time that it's going to take hours before they can get to your vehicle when really they just are trying to do the least amount of work with the hourly wage that Walmart pays them. I sort of don't blame them. Walmart needs to up the pay for people that work so hard like their Walmart automotive employees especially in the auto section.

I bought one of their best batteries for my car. They had the best price in town and free installation. Forty minutes later I was driving down the road again and my battery was not easy to replace either.

Worst experience I've ever had changing my oil. The guy told me the package I got included vacuuming and all these other checks, including light checks, tire pressure checks, and washer fluid checks. He also told me it would be 45 minutes for the service to be done. The service took over an hour and a half to complete. An hour after my arrival and check in, they still hadn't driven my car back to start work on it. I waited in the waiting area for another ten minutes for them to pull my car in. They finished the oil change within ten minutes, and needless to say, I didn't see these "checks" that were included into the package. They also failed to put a "date of next service" sticker on my windshield. Last and most importantly (to me), they reset my trip meter, which I did not ask them to do. I wanted to keep the trip meter going since I purchased the car so I could see how many miles I would drive before selling it, for nostalgic purposes. Can't do that anymore... Needless to say, I will not be going back here for another oil change.

Didn't have my tires so I had to go somewhere else. Before they looked up what I needed they were saying it's going to be a long long time we are under staffed so I felt like they were saying go away even before they said they did not have my size

Went in for a oil change. Prior to the oil change I had a perfectly clean drive way with no signs of either of my vehicles leaking any type of fluids especially oil. After getting oil change I started noticing small oil stains in my drive way. So I check my statement and notice that in the mechanics comments it states that my vehicle was leaking oil. I called and took it back in to have them take a look at why it was leaking. Even more concerning is that no one brought any attention to the issue when I orginally had it serviced. After they looked at it the told me that the leak was stemming from my oil pan and that it was probably my oil pan gasket. I find it hard to believe that the gasket went out the exact moment I brought it in for an oil service. And why wouldn't they have said something about it to me before the oil change so that they wouldn't look liable? I will have to take it to a mechanic which from there initial estimate will cost 600-700 dollars to replace the gasket. Consumer beware shady business practices turned a 50 dollar oil change into a 600 dollar repair. Will be contacting my legal team to see what I can do to get down to the truth.

Hands down the worst wal mart tire and lube I ve ever been to. I ve tried to go 4-5 times and I typically sit their for a half hour before someone even acknowledges I exist. All but two times I ve left without even being serviced. Another couple times they either didn t have a tire person working or said the wait would be 4+ hours. I always end up going across town to the other wal mart and have had a great experience every time

Pretty bad when the "manager" ask employees under him how to do something. If you aren't manger material, then your just not a manager. Took ten min to buy one thing. 4 employees standing behind counter, and the clueless looking manager is checking out people, taking way longer then it should. His excuse was the keyboard isn't normal, it's in alphabetical order. What about telling other employees to check out other customers at another register? You can't tell me only the manager is allowed to check out people in automotive. If I didn't need grease right then, I would've drove on down to O'Reilly's. Then again, it would have been faster to do that.

Took my car to get 2 new tires put on it was about 8am and when we got there, there was only 1 car there ahead of me for an oil change which the guy said "there is one car ahead of u which won't be long at all were about to put the oil in it now" my boyfriend asked ok so it'll be done way before 11 then right? (Jokingly) and the guy said "uhh yeah should be" I watched them finish the car ahead of me which took maybe 10 mins at that, watched them pull my car up honked the horn then went and stood to the side for about 20 mins before even starting. Then finally started by this time it was about 830-840.. By the time they got done it was literally 11...... Tell me why it took 3 hours to take 4 tires off (with mechanical tools of course) put the tires from the back onto the front, mount 2 new tires and put them back on..???Other than the time my car rides so much better than it did. I actually couldn't believe putting new tires on could make your car stop pretty much bouncing when you go over bumps and speed humps etc...

Went in for 2 new front tires, the 2 guys I got were so overwhelming with joy to help me I couldn't even believe it. They said it would take 30 minutes and then buzz me after... No buzz so I wasted 30 extra minutes before I had to wait at the front desk to pay.I must say I got the FULL BLOWN Walmart experience. 5 STARS!p.s. WALMART MECHANICS ARE AMAZING!

Service was very slow. Had tire fixed . Went in at 9:05 got finished at 10:55. They did do a good job it seems. The job they did was a patch job.

I had the best cashier last night, he was amazing. His name was Otis. He knew what he was doing, he was in point. If it were a social norm to tip him I would've given him a $50. But I'm broke and I was shopping at Wal-Mart so I couldn't afford it. :( he was nice though, real talk.

I got a bad battery and after trying to fix everything else found out the battery was faulty. They replaced the battery immediately with little fuss. They have some nice people in automotive.

Went to fix a punctured tyre and they charged me $160 for it. Big time cheats. I am going to take it up with the better business bureau.
