Best interaction I've ever had with a dealership from everyone involved. Everyone is very friendly and very willing to help. Went in with nothing to put down and had negative equity and they were still able to get me in the car I wanted within my budget I walked in with. Even got me a lower interest with not the best credit. Told Jordan my situation and he didn't even hesitate to help me out. Best salesman I've ever worked with and very knowledgeable about all the vehicles there. Definitely made me a big fan of kia for life.

It was my first time getting my car serviced at Sooner Kia of Norman and I can honestly say it was a great experience. I went in to get my car s engine light checked and they were able to find the issue and fix it in a little less than an hour. They were on top of things! Everyone there was also very friendly and helpful. Next time I go back I know it ll be an easy and quick experience!

Sooner Kia has the best service department that I have ever experienced. They kept great communication throughout the entire process, and didn t try to charge me for things my car doesn t need. They are great people who care about getting you on the road in a safe vehicle. This will be the ONLY place I take my car from now on. Big thank you to Brice!

My salesman Rich did an awesome job getting me into service quickly when my car threw an unexpected code! He took my car in and brought it back good as new! The service department was efficient and quick. They resolved the code, took care of a recall, and offered me my oil change for free Since my car was already up for one! I appreciated that type of service. I got my car back cleaner than I took it in Which was also a pleasant surprise! Keep up the great work Sooner Kia!

Aaron, our salesman, was very knowledgeable on the car and very helpful is showing us the details that often get missed. Raymond is what s missing in the world today, he s a man of his word! We drove a good distance because we saw a car online and liked the price. When we got there and found the vehicle we took it for a test drive and then decided that we wanted it for the price we saw online. When we started talking about money things weren t adding up. It was frustrating at first, but Raymond got involved and long story short he honored the online price! He didn t have to, and we didn t have to buy the car, but it shows to me that he is a man of integrity. And because he was willing to honor the deal, whether it worked out for him and the dealership or not, he got our business. Thank you SoonerKia

Had to get a recalled piece replaced and an oil change and they were fantastic. Steve was the one who helped me in the service department and he went above and beyond with his service. He even washed my car as a bonus!!!!

Just got my son a 2023 Kia Rio Sport. Had a fantastic experience. Mark was our salesperson and it was his 4th day and he was awesome. Taylor was walking him thru the process step by step. Our finance guy was awesome as well. We got a great price for our trade and the deal was great. I definitely recommend this dealership. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you Sooner Kia!

I had to have a new tire and they scratched my rim when they put it on. Service guy tried to tell me it was from hitting a curb. The damage is random and most of the damage is around the center cap and no damage on the center cap. It I had hit a curb the center cap would be damaged too. If a curb went that high. They said they have a guy that can fix it. They are suppose to call me next week to get it in to be fixed. We will see what happens. Communication from the service department is also lacking too in my opinion, so we will see if they actually call me.

I worked very closely with Taylor for several days and she helped me find just the right vehicle. I closed my sale with Rich who was extremely attentive, both of them gave stellar service and were very knowledgeable about all the car features. My finance person was outstanding, he took ample time to go over all the details and answer my questions. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Salesman was nice, selection wasn t bad. Would ve given them 5 stars but would ve like to have seen a little more selection .HOWEVER, they treated us nicely was fair with their pricing, and overall didn t feel pushy . Plus we LOVE our new car so far.

My experience from start to finish was fantastic! My sales representative Rich was honest, professional, dare I even say human. The finance manager was transparent and friendly. (Ask about his dogs)10/10 recommend SOONER KIA.

I can t recommend Sooner Kia enough! I was so stressed about the car buying process and they made it as easy as it could possibly be. Didn t try to add in any hidden fees or trick me into spending any more than what I was comfortable with and even hooked me up with some incredible incentives! Benny is an exceptional salesman and will always have my business!

So after a recent vehicle collision that resulted in my husband s car being totaled, we were on the search for a new vehicle for him. Normally we would go through the dealership we purchased our two previous vehicles from, but they didn t have what we were seeking. We found our new vehicle online through the dealership website which matched the description PERFECTLY . Benny was very professional and always stayed in contact with us. He answered all of our questions about the vehicle that we purchased. We arrived early in the morning and Benny already had the car and paperwork ready. He was quick to get us squared away and through finance which was a piece of cake, because we were already pre-approved. Justin walked us through the process of finishing up the deal, but he was very thorough, polite, and hasty.Overall, it was probably the BEST experience we ve had buying a vehicle, and that s saying a lot considering we had two excellence experiences with our previous dealership.I would definitely recommend them!!! My husband LOVES his new vehicle!!! Thank you guys for the top notch service!

They use a fair, concise, straightforward, non salesy approach. As a fellow sales professional this is very much appreciated. The product sold itself, Jordan and Joe were very accommodating and attentive. They even had a local European maintenance service provider perform a pre purchase inspection. Chad was great to work with in purchasing my truck. I wasn't sure if was going to buy anything when I arrived but he was laid back and let me make my decision. And I know it was the right one after the test drive. He even helped keep an eye on my kids while I signed paperwork with the finance manager and he was great too! Good experience all around!

Please accept my sincere appreciation for the work your service department did this morning on my wife's 2016 KIA Sorrento. I arrived at 8:00 A.M. and by 8:30 A.M. the oil and filters had been changed, and a broken tail light had been repaired. Above all, the crew was attentive and knowledgeable. I would recommend the Sooner KIA service department to any prospective customer.

This dealership is unlike any I have bought a car from in my 35 years of buying cars. It felt more like visiting with friends than buying a car! It was fantastic! Rich helped us tremendously every step of the way! Thomas was exceptional as the contract expert and the finance team worked a small miracle for us! I highly recommend this dealership!!

As I was driving to work yesterday, driving south on N Interstate Drive, a car traveling the opposite direction made a left turn in front of me. The speed limit on that road is 45 mph and I SLAMMED on my breaks and prayed. My tires skidded as I stopped within INCHES of the other vehicle. I'm telling y'all it was a miracle I did not collide with this vehicle. It seemed like they did NOT EVEN NOTICE WHAT THEIR DECISIONS HAD CAUSED ME TO DO. I was very upset and pulled into the car lot behind this car. No one got out of the car to speak to me. I laid on the horn and after about 20 entire seconds, the man in the third photo (not my picture) rolled down the window (still in the car that he was driving when he almost caused me to wreck). He did not say anything so I asked him if he saw what just happened, that he almost caused a terrible accident. He did not reply. I yelled that I had to SLAM on breaks to avoid colliding with him and all he said was "me too, man". And threw his hands up while shrugging his shoulders, as if to suggest there's nothing he did or anything he could do. I immediately called and was told the supervisor could not speak with me at that time, and have not received a call back. Super unprofessional and wildly dangerous. I would avoid this place. I normally don't make these kinds of posts but I would want to know if this happened from a dealership I was about to purchase a car from. Especially if that's how they're driving their cars when no one's around. Pictures are of the car that he was driving for my memory more than anything, including them here to show legitimately I was there.

Darryl Moss once again was amazing! He answered all questions we had about our truck purchase and worked with us for the best price within our budget. The financial processor worked with us on a great warranty package and it was so amazing we had to give him a hug! I will never choose anyone else to TRUST my business with. First time to return here since it changed from Big Red. This is our preferred location for Kia service. Service department doesn't try to pressure you. Very good coffee machine. Didn't see any free snacks in the waiting area as in the past but I did notice some snacks in the service department. The three employees we interacted with were all friendly. They washed our car after the service but they didn't vacuum it out as another Kia dealer did. Better wash job here though.
