Just got off the phone and my interaction with Philip @ PROFIX was nothing short exceptional. His willingness to spend over ten minutes on the phone discussing the nuances of a used Tesla I was considering purchasing was not only informative but also reflective of the superior customer service they provide. Philip s detailed explanations about vehicle sourcing, differences between model years, and what to watch for in my purchase were invaluable. His kindness and eagerness to share his knowledge have solidified my decision to use PROFIX to get the Tesla inspected before my purchase and for any service needs it has going forward. A big thank you to Philip for making this experience both incredibly informative and pleasant.

Hands down the best auto shop in Norman! My mom was leaving Norman traveling back home out of town. Her car broke down at 6 o clock on a Sunday. Of course no one s open AAA towed her vehicle to Pro-fix Auto and first thing in the morning we called to make sure they received the vehicle and due to her circumstances of traveling at out of town and needing to get back home they pushed her car to the front of the line, got it diagnosed and fixed by 5 o clock in the afternoon Monday! Their Customer service is outstanding. Very communicative and respectful, an absolute pleasure to work with! And their rates will not break the bank! Thank you Rylee! I appreciate you so much!

I've had several inspections and repairs done on several different cars here and I really like these folks. I'm always impressed and pleased by them - knowledgeable, patient, fair prices and always high quality work. Highly recommended

I have a little bit older Audi that needs a little TLC & I really wanted to take her somewhere that worked on these type of vehicles. I come across PROFIX while searching & they had really good reviews on yelp. I called to make an appointment-they were amazingly nice over the phone-that s a plus for me. Came the time for my appointment & that s when I met Rylee-he was very patient with me-very knowledgeable & he listened to my concerns. PROFIX went above & beyond my expectations when it came to my car that day & I left there knowing I had went to the right place. I couldn t have asked for better experience than the one I had.

Wonderful shop, wonderful people, and affordable. They finished my repairs in a timely manner and even assigned me a loaner car for that time period. I will definitely use them again for any future repairs that may come up.

These people are great! I personally worked with Rylee and the entire time my bmw was there (to get the timing chain replaced) he kept me updated with all the information he could. The customer service was top notch and the price beat all the others I cross shopped! I would definitely recommend them for BMW or any other car needs and I will continue to use them for all my auto maintenance/repair needs!

Our truck stopped working after the tensioner pulley failed and threw the drive belt on our road trip. Luckily it happened right next to this shop. They were able to squeeze us in quickly, assess the situation, order the parts and fix very quickly. They did a great job at a reasonable price. Super thankful for their work and support. Recommended!

Very fast and friendly service. Got a next day appointment 10 days before Christmas. Dropped it off in the morning and they had me fixed up and out the door same day, even with a specialty part (BMW) they had to order.On top of all that, because I am an idiot, they COULD have done a bunch of unnecessary work and charged me an arm and a leg, but they didn't.Long story short, they're an honest shop that does great work very quickly. 100% will be taking all my vehicles there from now on.

They are always helpful and provide great service and repairs. Impressed with Lauren up front. Knowledgeable in all the important areas. Wanted a unique oil change for a European diesel. Ordered what was needed no problem and a great job Won't try to sell you something that's not really needed

I broke down on I35 late Wednesday in Norman. I left messages with several mechanic shops. Early the next morning, Riley, from ProFix called and said they could fix it. My fan belt and a tensioner pulley needed repair. I dropped off the car, went next door to a movie and within 2 and a half hours my car was fixed. We were traveling from San Antonio to Iowafor a wedding. ProFix saved the day and the cost was fair. Highly recommend

Profix has been serving my car for 6 years and they always do an honest and thorough job on my older vehicle (2008 Pontiac vibe). I highly recommend them for anyone s vehicle needs.

I had a rattle in my drive train that had been driving me crazy for several months. It took several hours for them to identify it ,but they did and fixed it. They didn't overcharge me.Very happy.

Came here for an estimate for two issues with my car. I expected to get an estimate. Instead I got both issues fixed at a really reasonable price. And done within a couple of hours.Would I come back? I originally took my car to Eurosport down the street and I did not like that place. The people weren t the nicest and over charged me for a valve cover replacement. I took my car to Profix and they took care of me. Gave me a good price and even more importantly gave me good service. I m an experience buyer. So I m willing to pay more for good services, and Profix is the right place to go

Very easy and friendly to deal with. Got my car scheduled for diagnostic the next day. Got the work done within 2 days after that. Front end suspension, new motor mounts, and some other work was done. Took my car here to get checked out. They were very attentive and listened to my concerns. I could tell they were very busy, but they finished in a timely manner. They explained things very clearly to where I understood. Pricing was very reasonable. So glad to have found this place!

Excellent shop! My daughter s car is always fixed the right way here. No BS, no upcharges, they don t patronize her when she picks up her car. The price has always been their quote. Lauren is very kind and always answers questions timely, she is incredibly knowledgeable.

These guys are great. They got me in with almost no wait at all, got my car diagnosed and fixed in about 30mins. Their service was amazing and their pricing was too. This is the absolute best mechanic shop I've ever been to. They are professional, honest, and easy to work with. I recommend them anytime I hear someone mention that they need a mechanic. More than once they quoted me a reasonable price and the actual cost was LOWER than what was quoted. They're the best!

We were dropping my sister off at college, we had driven all the way from North Carolina and started having car trouble. None of the dealerships could get us in until the next week. This place is fantastic. Brought the car in for inspection and they got to it same day and informed me all was well and that it didn t need any work. First time a shop didn t try and up sell me or talk me into replacing stuff that didn t need replaced. Very honest and knowledgeable staff. PROFIX came highly recommended to me by a few close family friends. I had an unidentified issue that was causing my vehicles RPMs to drop significantly in the morning and they identified the issue in a timely manner and explained our options to me. Lauren, the receptionist, was particularly good about communicating between the mechanics and myself and making sure I was properly informed. The repairs necessary were done quickly, and they were done at a fair price as well. I would highly recommend their services.

The employees are so very patient and kind! My car had sudden issues, and when I couldn't afford the repairs they offered to keep my car in their lot until I got paid--they didn't even charge me for holding it for nearly 3 weeks! My car was ready by the time I came in with the money, and it has been running beautifully ever since. They do excellent work and I will certainly be seeking their services in the future. =)
