I have already recommended Jiffy Lube to my family. I was very impressed with the polite, and nice attitude toward your customers. Alex, your cashier, sure took care of me. Another gentleman met me at the front as I drove in and took me inside and made me feel at ease.

I think this is my second review on this Jiffy Lube location. I wanted to share again that I always have an awesome experience with this team. They get me in fast and easy and explain all that I could need done for my truck. They ve never been pushy which is a plus. AND they honored my discount that I left at home. I would absolutely recommend coming here!

Quick service. The tech running the front desk is competent, efficient and friendly. I was in and out in under 20. Lived in Norman 6 months now and my trip to Jiffy Lube is my top experience.

Zac was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. I went in for an oil change. When Zac presented me with the results of the routine inspection he was not pushy when I told him that I wouldn't be able to do the other services he was recommending.

I ve been to Jiffy Lubes all over the country and these guys are the best! The team is so friendly and skilled, they do such a great job. I came for my midpoint inspection today and they were so kind. Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!

Going there was one of my worst-case experiences. Basically I'm going to call them liars and unprofessional and luckily I was able to get out of there without having my car touched and will forget that place exists. If you go there then enter at your own risk.

Extremely helpful at Jiffy Lube every time I take my vehicle in for any service! Always quick service and they assure you get tip top service. Highly recommend using jiffy lube if you don t already do so.

OMG!! Ladies, if you are TIRED of getting ripped off by Automotive places just because you don't know any better, GO SEE the Jiffy Lube on 24th and Robinson!! Not only are they honest and dependable, they take the time to explain anything that's going on with your vehicle and make sure you feel like your NOT being taken advantage of!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

They always do good work, however, the sales person tried to sell me on getting an air filter done when my old filter was already brand new. He told me it was completely clogged. I don t judge of the business by the dishonesty of one commissioned sales.

i came here for the first time and everyone was super nice and helpful and they got my oil changed so fast i seriously blinked and it was done! i ll definitely be coming back in the future!

They told me it would be $30 and then charge me $60 for one air filter and then told me he forgot that it was more expensive. I used to recommend this place to everyone. Will never go there again and will tell all of my friends not to go there either. Ridiculous.

Yes thank you. I had went to another location, because I seen a full rack of cars at jiffy lube. No problem drove to 5 minutes stop, they screamed at me, attempted to communicate with a legal deaf man from inside the bay area, me. So I walked away from 5, then returned to my newest home for car maintenance and lots of new services. Thank you Jiffy crew was totally full-platters services. I'll post this in your maps review. 5 Star services also iam an 7.5 year veteran Uber Pro Diamond support driver. driver

7/28/23 I came here to replace one tire. The tire they got was no good so they showed me and told me what was wrong with it. So they put my old tire back on and ask me to come back the next day. Not even hour my tire went flat. After looking at the tire they never tightened my valve stem. It was so loose that I could hand tighten it. That s it very sad next day I went back got the tire replaced told them hey y all never tighten my vale stem can y all make sure to tighten it. I voiced that I have a trip to Colorado and that tire kept going low so I needed a good tire. After spending 186.01 on one tire. left. While I was up in Colorado I had a blowout with the band new tire. So while I am up there I had taken the hole tire. To an another shop because I had to leave that day and it was the only shop that had my size. I ask them to look to see if it was a nail that caused it. They came back and told me that the valve stem was so loose that they could hand tighten it. What the hell I ask jiffy lube if they tighten it really good. They lied to me. So I called jiffy lube ask them for a refund they said sure. It s had been over a month and I still haven t gotten my refund. Never go there for a tire. I am taking action with my lawyer for my refund because this is crazy it s been over a month and still haven t gotten a refundService: Tires

Best overall customer service. Very friendly and great communication. Had my car in and out within an hour max. Didn t try to up-sell me unneeded parts. Performed a safety check and washed my windshield. Only positive: fast service. Not friendly. Did rushed job and not very clean. Public restroom nasty and dirty. "Vacuumed" part of floorboard, but not well. Cleaned windows, but forgot one. Very expensive. Will drive to Moore to avoid another trip here.
