I needed a battery for two key fobs. I failed to ask the price. My bad. Turns out they were $8.99 each. I could have bought both batteries for just over $6.00 and put them in myself. It took the guy around a minute to replace each. I m not saying they re dishonest. I m just recommending you ask before you have them replaced because they sure aren t going to tell you.

We use them a lot. Let s just say we are powered by Interstate. Our large ups and smaller units at transmitter sites, and other things around the station, use Interstate replacements. I ve found their SLAs tend to last longer, reliably, than the other biggie in town (I ve had early failures with their stuff before changing over). Larry in Norman takes great care of us. Heck, he even delivered the batteries for our large studio ups to the university. We saved a ton buying from Interstate and using our hauling guys to help change batteries opposed to buying through the factory with their contractor. It became affordable, a must for our little non-profit station.

Great service. When the dealership didn't even know when they'd be able to get the battery, the all battery center had it in stock and changed out in ten minutes. This store's part was $50 cheaper plus the dealership would've tacked on another $50 just for installation.

Unbelievably nice and helpful. Checked and cleaned my car battery before this cold weather. I have also been here before for watch batteries and to purchase lights in the event of power outage. Such a great resource.

If you need a new battery for just about anything. Or, you need your obsolete battery rebuilt, these folks can prolly fix you up. I speak from many years of using their great services. ;-)

This is the second time I've had a battery die and that I've limped to the Interstate store. I can't say enough good about the customer service there. They go above and beyond to take care of you. The first time I went I had to drive there in the dark without lights so I would hopefully make it. It was close to closing time and they are not supposed to change batteries the last 30 minutes of the work day. I would have been stranded if the guy had abided by that rule but he took care of me and replaced the battery. Today I drove straight there after a jump and again they took care of me in the rain! Again great customer service!

Direct, immediate and timely service for install of battery. After a quick assessment of the health of my battery, it was concluded that a replacement would address the issue. This service was conducted very professionally and in addition, explained the difference of batteries offered. I am impressed with the knowledge Karen shared with me, in helping me to make a decision for my purchase.

I felt that the staff went above and beyond to help me determine if my battery was truly bad or if it was something else. They took my battery over the weekend to charge up and fully test it and gave me a loaner in the meantime. I didn t even know places did that! Ultimately bought a new replacement battery from Interstate and am very happy I did. I also noticed the Mission Statement on display which started with To glorify God and I have to say I am truly impressed (in a good way) that a company would put something like that on display in this day and age. Keep up the good work!!

My first experience with Interstate was a Marine battery replacement for my boat, excellent product and the service I received in Little Rock was great. My recent experience was a replacement battery for my commercial John Deere ZTR Z950M. This purchase was from the store in Norman, OK. The product was excellent, and the customer service provided by the saleswoman was outstanding. Interstate will continue to be my go to spot for battery replacements. Highly recommend.

These guys are great. Diagnosed my battery...kinda knew what it was. Installed new one and on my way. Very friendly and accommodating. If you need a new car battery or just need to check to make sure everything is working well. Gave me the OU discount just because he saw my parking pass, i wouldn't have thought to ask. Thanks guys!!!

Their batteries are of good quality. I particularly want to give credit to the gentleman Jesse. He helped me clean and replace my old car battery, much appreciated! Though Costco sells its products, I prefer to purchase directly from their sides because of the warranty and convenience. This is the store I will re-visit and recommend to others in Norman!

Good guys. Batteries are excellent too. Never a premature failure of an SLA from Interstate. I ve had several from their direct competitor, until I stopped using them.

I stopped by this location and Jack helped me out. He cleaned and tested my battery. He listened to my concern with the battery I had purchased 10 months ago and he replaced my battery free of charge. He went above and beyond to find me a strap for the battery that had broke off the mount in my vehicle. I highly recommend doing business with this company and guarantee I ll be back when I m in need of another battery.

Customer service was great. And they had the battery I needed it in stock. I ve had several different batteries from various brands throughout the years. Once I started using interstate batteries, I ve never looked back.

Service was professional and well informed. Even suggest I didn't need a new battery but it was not charged properly Staff gave me a loner so I could get to work and handle my weekend without worrying. I came back and they switched out batteries and even put it in for me. I recommend them to anybody. Excellent customer service. Will be a customer for life. Thanks for the help.

I buy a lot of batteries at this store. They have an excellent selection and the staff is professional and knowledgeable. They are not the cheapest batteries. They are very reliable car batteries. They can also rebuild battery packs for things like tools and radios which is really awesome when you have an item in need.I haven t been disappointed with anything I ve bought here except for the 9v batteries those were a little cheesy.If you have an oddball battery or special need this is where I would go.

I had an amazing, fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and very proffessional experience. Jack Hutton was the manager who helped me find the best battery for my jeep and even installed it. Couldn't ask for better service. Will reccomend to friends and family!!!

Negative five star rating! Do not buy anything here. Lots of reputable places to buy a car battery. Questionable business with shady employees. The following happened to me twice: In 2017, I had a battery failing to start my vehicle and took it here for warranty and they said no problem found. After my vehicle wouldn't start again, I then took that battery to a Napa Auto Parts and Advance Auto Parts and both said the battery was bad. I went back to Interstate and when confronted, they decided to warranty the battery. Now in 2019, same thing happened in an almost identical manner at the same store. This time I may sue them for failure to honor their warranty. May collect a lot more than a battery cost. Their battery failed again and again they said it was good. I have documentation that 2 other automotive stores said the battery was bad.

My car battery died when it was really cold. I called and had them hold a battery and when I arrived, they installed it and had me back on the road in 15 minutes! They even found a discount I qualified for.

I had a great experience at Interstate battery. Jack was very helpful and nice. The service was fast and was in and out in about 20 minutes

I needed to replace the battery in my jeep, and called around other places, they wanted around $180 for it. Was told by a friend to give them a call and they quoted me $160, and also told me they sold used batteries for $40-$45.Went in and bought a used(1 year) battery for $40. The guy working the counter offered to come outside and swap the battery out for me, but I couldn't drive my jeep there, so he went and got the battery. Really nice and polite guy. From now on I'm going here to buy my batteries even though there is an Autozone and Oreily's walking distance from my house.
