If I could give zero stars, I would. I took my vehicle here, as my insurance company advised. I hit a deer, and the entire front end of my vehicle was smashed in, undriveable. When they called to release my "repaired" traverse, I received it with check engine lights on, my front air cooler relay fan sensor was zip tied to the front end of my car, and one of my fluid caps was missing with duct tape on it. Casey, the "service guy" that I spoke with was extremely unhelpful, and nonchalant, as if putting someone in a vehicle that isn't repaired correctly, is not something to worry about.

I took my Ford Fusion to get it fixed after a minor accident as per my insurance's suggestion. They didn't complete the job properly, and then they asked to show up couple of times, so they can order the right parts, which they couldn't. After a while, I had to take my car to a Ford Dealership to get things done. Customer service needs a lot of improvement - lots of excuses, slacks, poor communication. If you don't care about how your car looks, then it's alright body work place. It costed me more than my deductible, in terms of time, working with insurance and headache. I wish I had a better recommendation through my insurance

Well, the warranty doesn't count, for sure. Took my ILexus S350 in to replace front bumper. About 6 months layer, driving to Texas, the left undercarrige( Attached to the bumper) Fell down. We did a cursory repair ourselves to allow us to continue on our trip to Dallas. And when we came back, Gerber claimed the clips were out and it was our fault. We hadn't hit anything on the road long before this occurred. That was another 300 bucks from us. A few days after we got the car home from that repair. I noticed that the left front driver's side part of the bumper wasn't smooth with the Fender on that side. After the insane hassle over the left under carriage. I finally brought it back recently, About four months after the original workAnd this time there was additional issues. As the left front under carriage had fallen down on the highway on I 35. Megan looked at pictures taken buying an estimator and called me to say they wouldn't do anything about it. It was my fault because the bumper on that side had paint. Almost coming up that she insisted was from a collision. Additionally, he took pictures of the front grill to try to say that proved there was a collision, yet the grill had never been replaced. Know that in my 55 years of driving. I have never had any part of an undercarriage. Come out orfall apart. Actually, I have never had anything taken back to a body shop that they didn't take care of Trust me, you don't want to go here. If you ever want anything taking care of that

*** THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR!***I took my car here after it was involved in a collision (insurance made me go here). First they tried to lie about the insurance not paying them and told me I needed to pay. I paid them and called the insurance and got them to stop the check on their side. My insurance reimbursed me. Then when I came to pickup my car I noticed they damaged a piece on the bumper. As they were doing the walk around to show me the work they acted like they didn t see the damage they caused. Had I not pointed it out they would ve never said anything about it.Once they were aware, they tried to tell me it came to them like that. When I informed them I had pictures of the vehicle before they touched it (since it was in a collision) they backed off and said they would order the piece they broke and fix it. Did that happen? Absolutely not! It s been about 6 months and they still haven t even reached out. Do not use them! Go anywhere but here! They are extremely unprofessional and a complete pain to deal with.

From July 19th to Oct 6th my car was in this location (was promised Aug 18). Upon receipt of the vehicle it had more flaws on it than it had before it was dropped off, it had been garage kept and was babied until the accident. When i received it, it had new dents, hail damage, the alignment they had done (was re-done by my mechanic since it wasnt done properly) and the wheels were mismatched. I went in very open minded and hoped for the best, but as time went on, and i began to notice all the little things they were missing i began to question more and more the quality of the work that was actually done on my car. Long story short, the MGR never once came to talk to me, or try and make things right, no one ever did a real quality inspection after to make sure things were good, i had to return to have parts replaced they took out/off like the air compressor from the trunk, the Camaro lettering that was missing from the side they worked on, and floor mats. Overall i think if its a small quick job they may be ok, but if you are like me and take very good care of your vehicle and pay close attention to detail then maybe a more thorough shop would be better suited for you.

Terrible experience here. They are a mess to work with and by their own admittance have made multiple human errors that have caused our family a cascade of surprising financial hardships and a car that makes a popping noise that it didn t make before we got it fixed here.

Brought my truck in for repair, only because it was one of my insurance's preferences. Sadly I'm just not happy at all. There were only two things I addressed with them that mattered the most to me, and that's where they failed.1- I told them the truck had after market tint, asked if I needed to schedule with the tint place. The told me they would match it.... Sweet.2- glass clean up. I have children and I asked if they detailed the vehicle or if I needed to make an appointment for that as well. Told me they also do post accident details. Awesome.Picked up my truck, in a very timely manner. They were nice, professional. However... I didn't schedule any secondary appointments because I was told they would take care of it. Now I'm covered in blood from trying to clean the glass out, my truck is not tinted and to add incident to injury, there's a white film covering the interior of my vehicle. I feel like I was lied to... I'm just not satisfied.Service: Auto windshield repair

The shop worked not good at all.When I pick up my car, this is the result. I had to take my car back to talk about this. The guy in there told me he ll fix it. And now it s a month already and no phone call/ email to talk about this issue.Will not recommend any of whoever reading this review coming to this place.Disappointed experience!

DONT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT IT DAMAGED MORE!!!!!I would give 0 stars if I could. Dropped my vehicle off after I got rear ended. Did the initial car inspection with Casey to mark other dings and scratches that weren t related to the accident. When I picked up my car there was a pretty big scrape under my back driver side handle that was not there before. When I asked about it he said he made a mistake and didn t notice it and put it in the initial inspection (how crazy). So they re refusing to fix their damage to my car and making excuses. They try to show a picture hours after my car was dropped off saying the reflection shows it even though I have pictures before I dropped the car off with no damages.

I brought my 2015 Mustang in through Geico's repair program for repairs to the left rear quarter panel and left rear tire. I've listed some pros/cons of this repair experience. For reference, I have never had to deal with a repair shop before.Pros:- The process Geico and Collision Works use to get a rental car and make the overall experience enjoyable as it can be was very good.- Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful.- The repair took about 2 weeks to complete and I was constantly informed with status updates.Cons:- Some additional damage was accumulated during the repair, but I would like to thank the owner for reaching out to help fix the problems and get my car back to the shape it was in before the accident!The staff at this location are very willing to help and I appreciate their assistance. My advice to future customers is if something was not done to your satisfaction, give them a call and they WILL help you :)

I have dealt with collision repair in the past and I thought they had good customer service. My paint started pealing on my daughter's Mazda so I called Gerber. The lady who answered the phone was very professional and very nice. She explained they would repaint and honor the warranty. My car was done in a timely manner. When I picked up the car the entire staff greeted me and she again was very polite. I highly recommend Gerber Collision. I would do business with them anytime.Service: Painting

The staff was rude and they did not fix my RAV4 completely stating it was probably broke after we got the car back. I was in the hospital and had to have my son pick it up. I told my son to look at it really well, but he was born with a little bit of brain damage. He just didn t notice it as it was part of the undercarriage now my undercarriage is missing a piece of plastic.

Before using this company I read their reviews. One consistent complaint they have is communication. In general my experience was good. The service advisor worked hard to give me good service. There was some delays getting new parts. This combined with a huge demand for vehicle repairs made it a little tough for any of the collision repair centers that I spoke with to give me any credible turnaround time projections. I feel like Collision Works did a reasonable job considering the shortage of workers, parts, and huge demand for vehicle repairs. I did notice a couple items needing to be addressed after delivery. They worked me in quickly and repaired those items free of charge as promised.While my vehicle was in their lot and nearly completed this location was hit by a huge hail storm. They proactively moved my vehicle (and others) indoors to limit the amount of new damage which would have extended the overall repair time.

Communication was awful. When my car was finally ready to pick up there were numerous things wrong. 1. clips were missing in wheel liner 2. Trim was crooked in multiple areas. 3. Bumper was misaligned 4. Door they had replaced was crooked 5. Window switch didn t work 6. Paint looked horrible there are swirl marks everywhere.I tried to have these issues resolved and they said they would order a few more parts and they fixed a few things same day while I waited and just never heard from them again on the ordered parts . I don t want to take my car back there at this point anyways. Wish I could get some insurance money back so I can find another shop to correct their issues.How do they think it s okay to return someone s car like this? Did anyone do a once over on the work before they thought it was done and ready to return to the customer?It s hard to find a good body shop and you just have to hope you re going to find a place that does a good job. I recommend you try somewhere else before coming here for a bad experience.Service: Body & Trim

My car looks better than new! I am very pleased with the work that was done. Very timely. They kept me informed every step of the way. My one and only complaint is I received my vehicle back with a dead battery. I was having no battery issues prior to dropping my vehicle off, and that was an unexpected expense. DO NOT TRUST THEM! They took my full deductible and didn't even fix my problem after my accident. They popped a dent out and didn't even bother to paint over the scratches. They said they fixed my alignment but it is definitely not fixed. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD!!

The communication was solid throughout my two week experience. They informed me up front that they estimated the work would take 2 weeks which is exactly what it took. The vehicle came back looking good, the personnel was always pleasant and polite, overall, no surprises which is exactly what I want for a service like this. I was involved in a hit and run in downtown Norman back in June. I was able to get my car looked at in July, but wasnt brought in until September. It was in there for about a month due to parts and supply issues that were beyond Collision works repair, so I understand completely. Matt D. was a great medium and kept me well informed on the status of my honda and answered any questions I had with confidence. I appreciate the work he did and the auto body shop did amazing with my rear panel and bumper replacements. I couldn't be happier and it is nice to see my car with a bumper again! Thanks a lot

Getting your car repaired after damage has occurred is never an enjoyable experience so it is nice when things are made easier by a smooth process like Collision Works offers. I found their customer service representatives to be professional and courteous and the process itself to be clear. They kept me in the loop via text messages during each phase of the repair, which was nice. The repair was finished on schedule and the payment process was easy. While I hope that I never have to have car repairs again, if I ever do, at least I know of a reliable place to go.

I took my vehicle in 11/29/19, the location was extremely clean and April was AMAZING! They kept me updated via text message so I knew what stages of repair my vehicle was in even down to the detail stage of being buffed and washed. My vehicle was ready on 12/6/19 and their work is impeccable, and the entire process was easy as 1..2..3. They even guarantee their work for the life of your vehicle and give you a $100 off card in the event that you need to visit them again. I highly recommend Collision Works Norman, I am extremely pleased.

I appreciated their prompt service. We had only had our Jeep for a little over a week when someone decided to pull out in front of us. We appreciated the manner that they helped us to feel at ease that they were professionals who were going to take excellent care of the new family vehicle (one that we had worked for years to buy and were very protective of). When we walked in to pick up our vehicle, they immediately asked if we were there to pick up our Jeep, we didn t have to explain or tell them. I appreciated that they knew us when we came in, it felt very personal.

Finished my car three days early, and were absolutely fantastic to do business with. Hopefully my car won't require any more work in the near future, but if I do, I'll be sure to bring it back here.They even mixed me up some touch up paint for free so I could do a little detail work on my own.Don't let some other place pull one over on you, head here!Oh! And they've got s great new building with a very comfortable waiting room. Free coffee!UPDATE: 8/3/2016 - Just when I thought I was done saying good things about this place, they went and did it again. There was a small problem with the work done on my car, and instead of giving me grief about the cost or going through insurance again, they ordered the part that day, and said to just come in when I had time. I didn't even need an appointment... They had me in and out in less than an hour!UPDATE: 7/12/2018 - They're batting 100. Took my car back for another small fix (unrelated to the fix a few years ago), and had the same professional experience. I would absolutely recommend anyone bring their car to Collision Works for anything that falls under their umbrella. I cannot say I've ever had a more pleasant experience with a business as I've had with them. And to top it all off, my final cost was less than the initial estimate!!

I had an appointment for an estimate today. As it turns out, I did not need to have repair/paint done on my car. Matt was the person that initially helped me with what was a paint problem from sap. Matt went to get someone else to look at it (I forgot the man's name that helped Matt). They were able to get the sap off, buff it off and give me some very helpful information. All at no cost. Wonderful service! Thank you for making something I thought would be a big ordeal into something so simple to fix!Service: Painting
