A suggestion to the professional service people. When checking the lights and then returning the light switch to its original position please make sure it is returned to the position that does not keep the rear lights off.. Put the switch back to the "Auto" position. Why the switch was designed that way is beyond reason. JFJ

All the people I've met at this dealership are the best of the best. They won't just sell you a car just to sell a car. They truly care about there customers. We are definitely no stranger to buying a car and this experience was by far the best we have had! EVER! King was amazing and never once did we feel rushed or pressured. We also was not attacked when we got out of the car! King made sure to answer all the questions we had and made sure we knew all the features the truck had to offer. It was a very smooth painless process! Also wanted to give shout-outs to our finance guy Jake! Jake also made the experience comfortable and was the quickest we have ever signed financing paperwork! Thank you to the whole Fowler group! We will def be lifelong customers!

I've bought 2 Camrys from Fowler in Norman. They have done all my normal service calls for 2 years as part of my Toyota purchase. I just had my 1st paid service call & expected it would be really expensive. But it really was not. Dealership service & confidence for an affordable price. I will no longer go anywhere else.

when I brought my vehicle in for an oil change someone named Logan said he'd be the one to help me that day. So while I was outside on the phone talking to my husband, my husband received a text saying the vehicle is ready. Me being on the phone outside I thought that Logan would come to find me as he said he would. Well after sometime of not seeing my vehicle come put or anyone to come outside and look for me, I went in and found Logan sitting down chit chatting and when he saw me he said I didn't see you in here, I said that's because I've been outside where you didn't look. Lacking in customer service. Other than that my vehicle got serviced in the time he said it would so I'm thankful for that.

I ve used Toyota Fowler since the early 2000s when I used to sell preowned vehicles, mainly Toyota. I went back two years ago to service two of my own vehicles. It s been an extremely good experience doing business especially with Zac Paine.

We have used Fowler Toyota's service department for many years and have always had great success with it, but we primarily used them for just servicing our Toyota/Lexus vehicles. I recently learned that Fowler serviced non-Toyota/Lexus vehicles as well, and we now use Fowler for all of our vehicles.Within the past year, we have taken our Chevrolet Camaro SS and Ford F-150 Velociraptor to Fowler for warranty work and could not be happier with the service! We have now had convertible top work, tire repair work, engine work, drive train work, and heater - A/C work performed by Fowler Toyota on those vehicles and Fowler was able to work with my warranty company to ensure said work was covered by the vehicles' warranty, which surprised me because the warranty work was not performed by a Chevrolet or Ford dealership.It should also be noted that almost every time Fowler Toyota has serviced those vehicles it has been via tow truck delivery and resulted in us having to rent a vehicle from Fowler's rental department (which is also very easy to work with!). Fowler makes the process so simple, which really has reduced the stress from having roadside troubles. Fowler Toyota's service department is truly a one-stop shop.Lastly, I cannot say enough of how thankful I am to Larry Capps at Fowler Toyota for taking care of us and our vehicles. I am not always the easiest customer to please, and Larry has exceeded my expectations each time. They have a Phenomenal service center! Worked on my car quickly, making sure to find every warranty and recall to make my total cost be as low as possible. My service advisor Tim Ostwalt was incredibly helpful with all my questions and concern. Highly recommend!

Servicing was okay but even when they had several offers/coupons to customers, the agent was not that much ready to apply those discount/coupon. I had to ask him several times and he was keep on saying I will check but at the end he applied the least possible. When I went home, I saw they had better coupons on the same location. Really disappointed!

Been having a RAV4 service here since 2013 and they do good honest work. Your service advisor is important to get the right one. If you have a conflict just ask and they will get you another advisor. I did that after my very first trip because I could see where that was going, upsell upsell upsell! But since I switched I haven't had that problem.

Zack Is the most honest, and frendly serviice advisor, I think he's so helpful. He treats peopel like he would want to be treated. I'm alway going to Fowler Toyota because of him. My name is Kathy Scott, he deserves a 5 star review.

$956.00 to fix a horn. They said I had to replace a wiring harness on a 2014 4runner to fix the horn! They had it all day, the new harness was bad, but now the horn works, but other options now don't work now. Come back in two days for another try! This is the LAST ICE car for me and going all BEV electric like a Tesla or Ford electric pick up.

Horrible service. The man who "helped" me was very rude and condescending. When I asked if they had a specific part for my vehicle in stock, I was told that the closest one was in Texas and that if I drove there I would have what I needed by tomorrow.
