Don and our tech helped us so much. They were kind and quick. We were traveling through and our climate control system wasn't working. They got us in and diagnosed the problem and got us on the road. We had 3 kids and a dog as well. There waiting area was great and everyone was so nice.

They provided a loaner car while they repaired our car. They provided updates and an estimated completion date which they met. We are happy with our repairs and their customer service.

Horrible service!!! Took 4+ hours to do nothing to my car except reattach my skid plate underneath. I had to call them for an update, and they never gave me an update. I will never return to this service center. Then they tried to charge me for a diagnostic test that they didn't run. The service coordinator at Fowler Honda helped me get my car fixed in an efficient manner. Consciousness of my concern for a timely and potentially costly repair. Plus, they changed the oil and washed the car!

Didn't fix 2 out of 4 things, and even told me one of those was not supposed to be in my car (it is), at least according to user manual, web, and salesman.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would! I will Never use them again to service my vehicle! They LIE YO YOUR FACE, they don t know what s going on, they do not communicate with each other and they tell you it s covered , no charge, then charge you days later. They wasted so many hours of my time over a new tire installation and kept asking me what I was there for hello do you not read your own paperwork! Worst experience ever but to be lied to is the ultimate no no!!!! Do not go there!Service: Tires

I love Fowler Honda, I recommend them for all Honda needs. The service center is the best, I have NEVER had problems with this team. I can say that proudly because I shave been a customer for 3 years now. If you have any questions or concerns they are right there, they text you during the service time to keep you updated. If they are busy they also let you know so you can have the choice to leave, stay or even reschedule. I looooove Fowler Service Team.

I spent 151.56 of which 9.14 was for shop supplies and hazardous materials. On my print out it showed that I needed washer fluid. I came home and put ONE CUP in it. You would think that a dealership like Fowler Honda could have put that in for me. It's always the little THINGS.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission
