A bit confusing finding the parts entrance. The door on the side that reads parts, is not the entrance to the parts counter. The parts counter is inside past the showroom. Quick in and out after that. Knowledgable staff.

Stay away. Their sales process is high pressure and geared to a payment to hide the price. We spent 3 hours and came up with a price and downpayment. when the financing docs were presented the price was increased by the downpayment amount. This amount was $800 higher than the price on the web.The manager was brought in and said they couldn't discount the price, but couldn't explain why it was higher than the web. They just kept trying to turn it around into a payment amount.The last time I dealt with this type of salesperson was a siding salesman or a multi level marketing person.Avoid them if you understand how pricing and financing work.

Sales people are great... But that finance Manager is rude, and watch your numbers. What was 19k turned into 25k.He said said it was finance charges, I was pre-approved at another financial institution when I got there...Should not have been charged that!!

Currently not the happiest customer. Rules and fine prints specifically about part warranties should be explained better in detail and. Communication should be a lot more better.

Do you need a part ? Fowler will locate it. Pick up your part when its in. Great service for DIY individuals or shops
