Honestly this place felt like family to me.. and I was only there once! From the lovely lady up front who went above and beyond for me, to the workers.. every single person was amazing. Thank you Ferguson family <3

I have come here multiple times for repairs on my car. I've been in two accidents and they do such beautiful work! You can't even tell it's been in an accident.... I greatly appreciate the receptionist Laura, and the whole team. Thank you so much for taking care of my cute little Buick Cascada.

I am very impressed...My car was purchased in April ...in May someone ran a red light and hit me...my car had little over 2200 miles on it...I just knew it would never be the same...Boy was I wrong..my car is better then the day I bought it...It drives awesome.I can't even tell it had been wrecked...The guys at ferguson did a fantastic job...I Love them for making my baby awesome again.. Took my car in for repairs, and got it back with some issues., but the manager Jim was extremely helpful and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. He even reimbursed me for a sticker that was lost in the repair. Super happy the amazing customer service. All stars Thank you! I have been coming here for years for repairs on my vehicles, they are awesome. They always kept me in the loop with where my car was at in the process and the time frame for when it was going to be done. Out of the three cars I have had fixed here two of them were a ahead of schedule which was awesome. one was a couple of days late because of the insurance company not coming out to look at it, but once the got the ok from the insurance they knocked it out quick. I'm a pretty picky person and every time I get my car back it looks better than I would have thought. I just had an estimate done on my wife's car and the new office looks great after the remodel and the staff is always friendly and cheery. I will definitely keep coming back to Ferguson

I had only had my new car 8 wks when it was hit. They fixed it back to new condition. Very friendly lady in front office. Very helpful. The service department was great and keep me updated on my car. It didn't take but a week to get it done. A big thanks to Ferguson Collision. If you use this company you won't disappointed.

Very nice clean business. Sometimes things take time. About 29 days to repair my car. One great thing about them they are great at what they do. Bathrooms waiting room and several guys that calculate damages. Ferguson s Collision is by far my choice for repairs on my car.

Someone side swiped my vehicle and took off. I was extremely upset about the situation and dropped my vehicle off for repair. When it was time to pick up my vehicle, the car still has some minor damage. I let them know and they took care of it immediately. They fixed the damage from the hit and run AND from my own doing. I also had them repair my trunk latch while it was there. Extremely nice people. Very helpful. Made me confident with my decisions and I will be using them in the future. They went above and beyond for me and I am so thankful!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

WONDERFUL experience! Dropped my VW Golf off on a Monday morning, the service advisor Steve called me that afternoon with a timeline that it would be done the following Tuesday. My car was done Friday of the same week!! They did not have to order parts, it was only some body work, paint. I believe this made it a quick turn around. I called once to check in on it and was never hurried off the phone. The front desk lady Barbara was so sweet! I picked my car up and it looked brand new. They had even washed, vacuumed and shined up the inside of the car! The lobby and waiting area has been recently renovated and is very nice. I would definitely bring another vehicle here again if I needed to.

These guys are awesome, Jim the manager is great at dealing with my insurance. My truck looked great when they finished. I wouldn't consider using any other shop. Thanks for doing such a good job!

If your looking for a body shop this is the one to choose. They are awesome! Everyone in the office is friendly and great to work with. They get the job done and get it done right. No matte what kind of car you have or who your insurance company is. I would recommend them for anyone looking to get their car fixed.

I had my 370Z repaired here and was treated very well. Mark, Dale, Phil, Jim, and Ron went above and beyond to get me in and out and Lindy hooked me up with a nice Enterprise car to drive while the work was being done. The car looks brand new! Great job!!!

These guys were AMAZING! I was caught in an almost-tornado driving through Texas and my car was pummeled by baseball size hail. My windshield was destroyed and I had to leave my car in OK. From the moment I walked in everyone was welcoming and nice. They did an amazing job and even the lady that works at Enterprise there was awesome. A huge thanks to these guys, they made a bad situation a little less stressful. THANK YOU!!!

Got charged 3900 $ for paint work. . Ive been back four times cause the paint peeled off . . The last two visits they half assed the work didnt bother to wipe off the hood before the sprayed clear coat . Great job I spent 1000 $ in rental car fees .The paints coming off again . Paint didnt bond to the primer. Had to threatin them with a attorney . Last time because they said it was aftermarket part s . Which is.BS Im not bringin it back again very disapointing to say the least . Should have had macco do it . They would done a better job.I dont recomend FERGUSON Bpdy shop s services to anyone . Poor customer service . Overal terrible experience

Took my Dodge ram 1500 in to fix the front clipThese people are so organized and best customer service . Jim Cathy is the man . Took way less time than what was estimated. Keep up the good job.

My car was hit head on in at 30mph with close to 40K miles on it (2.5 years old)The repair attempts were bad, the service was worse and now it has been almost 2 years and I have shelled out big time to have this car put back after the insurance (farmers) played their games. This auto repair shop is incompetent. JIM THIS MEANS YOU BUDDY!! I have never seen anything like it. My car doesnt match. I have had mechanic after mechanic chasing down problems I have bolts and nuts missing in the engine bay, things coming loose that they cannot explain. My motor was fried at 44K miles. thankfully my car manufacturer ate the cost and shelled out $4100 bucks to help me with a new crate motor since I had never missed an oil change. The headlights arent aligned, the wheel well flaps were left unsecured, the alternator was missing a pin and bouncing, the skid plate was unhooked, I bought a new control arm and had it installed/and aligned by a 3rd party shop after they found a slight bend in the one that I had fought about with ferguson. After all said and done I have spent over a grand out of pocket for to repair this BS. Do not take your car here. I was not at fault in my wreck.

Friendly staff. Car looks great but I had to leave my car for an extra 2 days because when I first went to pick it up, I noticed scratches that had not been removed.

The first person to do a review was right on track. I still had to see for myself. They weren't professional in the office at all. Oh they said they could do an estimate, they sre scheduling them 3 weeks out right now.The other place I went to for an estimate was right on it. Got it in about 30 minutes not 3 weeks and 30 minutes.
