Very nice and polite staff. Dut unfortunately I took my wife's car in to have it detailed before having to pick her up from the hospital from having open heart surgery. I was not AT ALL happy with the detail job. I got the ozone treatment and full interior detail, even left it over night for them. I myself detail cars but do not have the time lately to do it. It cost me just under $300 and the job that was done was unsatisfactory. I have been using this car wash for years when I don't have time to do it myself and after this experience I don't know if I will return. The windshield was cracked when I picked up my vehicle witch was not at the time I dropped it off.

I love the detailing they do here. My car looks so good when it s finished. It would take me all day and it wouldn t look this good.

This service was marginal at best. i purchased a $39 wash and clean. i could have done a much better job myself for a third of the cost. they were busy so everything was barely skimmed over, the primary reason i choose the more expensive solution was the interior window cleaning which un-fortunately made the windows worst than when i arrived. i had to redone the entire event, i should have know better, but i had hoped their service had improved.

This is a pretty decent car wash. The staff are courteous and quick and the car wash does a good job for the most part. My only complaint is usually it misses spots on the front and back of my car. But the rest is clean and they offer a free standard wash if it rains within a week of getting your car washed. All in all, not a bad place to go.

They do a good job in the fast lane exterior car wash. It has been a long time since I did the interior part, but they did well at it. Most of the time, they take the time to "scrub" your vehicle before it goes through the wash to get the extra bugs and other road dirt off.

this is my first time coming to this business. i will not be returning. one the cost is way to high for what was done. 1:my back seats were not touched on my car when they detailed my car, 2: my fronts seats were not touched either when my car was being detailed. for the cost that could have been the least that was done. spending almost $100.00 would expect a little more and it was not worth my money. hand prints were left on the car windshields when the service was done. also usually when you get your car serviced someone shows you your oil level to let you know it was done. nobody did that. nor did they tell me when to pay. the cashier was off putting to. i will not be returning nor will i recommend this place to anyone.

I had my oil changed here recently and had the wrong size oil filter used which caused me to lose oil and could have seriously damaged my vehicle. Thankfully, the dealership caught the problem and fixed it.

Love this place! They were polite, professional and fast! I needed oil change, tires rotated, transmission flush and fill, and new wipers. Then you get a free car wash!

DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!! I took my fianc�'s car there to get it detailed because my usual guy was booked up... Huge Mistake. After coming back 3 hours later to pick up the car I noticed that the thing I brought the car in to have cleaned off was not done at all. The hood was still filthy and the paint was badly swirled. The car is only 2 years old and garage kept mind you. Now when I tell the kid doing the detail work that I am not happy he goes in and gets his "manager" who proceeds to tell me that it's stains in the paint on a two year old garage kept paint job and that the services were performed so there is nothing he can do... While we are walking the car a second time I notice about a 4 inch hook shaped scratch on the passenger door he says he can look at his cameras to make sure that the scratch was done there, 15 min later he comes back and just casually keeps talking about how the services are not refundable. I ask about the scratch and he says that we are more then welcome to sue him but there is nothing he can do about he price. Totally in acceptable, unprofessional behavior. All I was asking for was for them to work with me because after all of this I did not feel comfortable paying the $120 dollars they charged me for the service. I wasn't asking for anything for free, just to work with me on the charges I know how a services business operates and this is just ridiculous. Terrible customer service and even worse quality. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! Find a good detail guy and save yourself the headache.

Above and Beyond Service! My new Escape needed a serious detail after a 4000 mile road trip that included driving across boggy fields, firing black powder muskets, and having your boots caked in mud. I took it to Fast Lanes on July 4th for a full detail. The young man who checked me in failed to let me know that they were closing early that day for the holiday. My husband and I came out of the movies to find out they had closed at 3 and my car was locked in the bay with no way to retrieve my car! I went on their facebook page and their website and posted what happened. Almost immediately, John called me and offered to meet me whenever it was convenient to pick up my car. He was so sweet and helpful and met me within 15 minutes. And when I got my car back? It was like new. The exterior was spotless, carpets vacuumed, everything shiny and new looking. Thank you Fast Lanes. That's the way to develop customer loyalty.

Only a few times have I had more than a couple of minutes to wait before getting into the drive thru wash. Prices start at $6.00 and up depending on how detailed you want your vehicle.

Terrible detail service. DO NOT GO HERE. After sending my truck back 2 different times I finally left with the back glass, door jams, and back door pockets still dirty. Manager came out with a half a attempt to get my truck corrected. Still no dice. Left with a dirty truck. I Will Never Go Back!

Used this location for an oil change, and specifically asked that they top off all my fluids. Even emphasized the brake fluid as I had been noticing some issues with that area. Got home, car was still acting the same. Checked the brake fluid, and it was empty. No leak detected, they just didn't top off the fluid, basically what I had paid for. Not to mention that I could have gotten into a serious wreck based off their lie that they had topped it off if I had not been vigilant and checked myself when the issue continued. I topped the brake fluid off, after having to buy my own fluid, and it is still topped off a month later. Please avoid, not worth the quick service if you are going to not get what you pay for.

Always get great, fast service. Have never had a problem in 5 years of oil changes etc. Great job today, service personnel very caring and helpful. Car looks great after the vac and washing also. Couldn't be more pleased.

The wash quality isn't bad and isn't expensive. My only complaint is that the operator scratched my truck trying to remove the antennae (incompetence and improper equipment). They have kept my business by compensating me somewhat for the damage, but I'd be very hesitant to take my not-work trucks there.

Went to get my seats cleaned and they ended up vacuuming and washing my car which wasn't included! Also told me if any spots came back up they would clean them again for free. Great customer service! :)

A flock of starlings spent a couple of hours dining and defecating in the tree next to my car. I took it directly to Fast Lanes for an express wash before the deposits could harden or merge with the paint. The folks there assured me they'd take care of it, and they did! Well done!

We have used Fast Lane for years and actually took our vehicle there three times over the last two weeks due to multiple trips to TX. Our vehicle is only four months old, and only washed at Fast Lane or a brushless carwash on Classen. On our last visit to Fast Lane on Sun., 6/24/12, we noticed multiple scratches in a swirled pattern on the hood. It stuck out like a sore thumb since our vehicle is black and some of the scratches are to the primer. When my husband pointed it out to the asst. manager, he was told him that "their car wash doesn't scratch cars." Funny though that the next day we received a call from the same asst. manager that said, "You weren't lying. We reviewed the video of our vehicle coming through and found rocks and debris stuck in the cleaning cloths of the car wash." My husband was told to get a hold of the manager and set up an appt. to bring the car in, that they were very sorry, and they would buff it out. He took the car in on the 26th and the manager agreed that the scratches were probably caused by the carwash because of the swirling pattern. He was told to come back in an 1 1/2 hours and they'd have it buffed out. When he returned to pick up the vehicle he observed that the scratches were still there. He pointed this out to the manager who decided to deny responsibility again by saying, "Our carwash doesn't scratch vehicles and the asst. manager shouldn't have told you that," even though he originally agreed Fast Lane was responsible. We recommend that No One take your vehicle to Fast Lane! That $15 car wash will now cost $350 to repair the hood of our Edge. Ken Usry

Long story short I had a minor issue when I went to pick up my car and the manager Stephen Johnson was extremely rude and threatened to have me removed by the police. I don't imagine they will be in business much longer if they have to resort to these kind of tactics. He did muster a weak apology once he discovered I was right all along but it wasn't enough to make up for the horrible treatment I was subjected to. I will warn everyone I come in contact with to avoid Fast Lanes. They do not know how to treat or retain customers.

I always recomend Fastlanes because they offer great value. for about 15 bucks they vacum out the inside wipe down interior surfaces and windsheild before going through car wash - afterwards they also wipe down the outside by hand, treat the tires to make them shiny and if they ever miss anything are very quick at fixing it. In about 15 minutes the car looks great . Also makes a great gift for a friend.

Your car comes out cleaner than what it was. They pushed my power side view mirror forward and put the electric motors in a bind.I used to tip the guys that wipe the cars down and have them go back over the car. I have just grown tired of having them do their job while I stand over them. I just get into the car and leave.

Oil change attendants are very friendly and informative. Prices are very fair. Detail and wash service is very affordable for the work done to clean your car.

I love the staff here but be careful and make sure to inspect your car when they bring it out to you. My car received some minor damage after an exterior car wash.

Very fast unless you go at lunch time, then expect an hour plus wait. Great service in the service center and car wash, nice, comfortable places to wait with lots of free drink options.

Never get it totally right. Miss a tire or miss a window miss the sun roof half way do the inside if the windshield. To big a hurry to get it out right.
