Crash Champions in Norman, OK, provided 5 Star Service! I rated them "10" in all categories. They were professional and knowledgeable and repaired my auto in the estimated time. My car looks as good as new! They answered all my questions and kept me up to date about the status of the repair. They also helped me to coordinate my rental car. We took my husband's car in a few minutes after his accident because they had an immediate opening. While I was there, I got in contact with my insurance company and started a claim. Within minutes, I received a claim number and it was sent to Crash Champions. I immediately got a text from Crash Champions saying they received my claim number and would start processing the car. I was promised the car by February 23. During the time they had the car, I received phone call and text updates from Phillip at least twice a week, if not more often.The car was completed nearly 2 weeks early and it was perfect! Great paint match job and the car looks great!Good experience! Thanks Travis and Phillip for great care!

Let me begin by saying I wouldn't have any knowledge of this place had I not been in an accident and that's really the only downside to this place (so far). What I can say is that the lady who first helped me get everything started, the paperwork, going over the process, how everything is supposed to work, etc. Anyway, the lady (I didn't even catch her name) at the front desk is so wonderful, so helpful and kind. I was happy to see her kind face when I first walked in and became quite comfortable after we started talking. I'm sure that many if not most of the individuals who walk into that building are not happy to be there and end up taking their anger and frustration out on her and yet she remains kind and tries to be helpful and reassuring.I have yet to see my vehicle after repairs have been made but any amendments to my review will not be about her, rather, the changes in my review will solely be about the technicians, the repairmen and the adjustments made to my vehicle. I just wanted to make that clear because her 'service' was quite wonderful. Thank you, Ma'am, whatever your name was. I apologize for not remembering it.

I took my Honda civic for an insurance claim with a dent in the hood where I made impact with the tire on the back of a jeep wrangler. I drive the car for 1 month after the impact before taking it to this shop. Once I took it to the shop they took well over a month to get it looked at. Once they started they stripped my vehicle completely down to total it out when all I wanted to do was replace the hood. The tech Put pen holes in the radiator took off the air conditioning components. Took the head lights bulbs, blinker bulbs,fixtures out, and Ripped connectors Tore a hole in the side of my cloth driver seat. They gave me my car back in pieces shoved in the back seat. I d give this place 0 stars if I could please save yourself some time money and frustration by choosing another shop.

I picked up my 2022 Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition up from Crash Champions Body Shop this morning. My truck is P E R F E CT !!! These people know what they are doing. When I checked it in about a week and a half ago they said it might be about three weeks depending on parts availability. Every day or two I'd get an up date telling me about the progess, which I really liked alot. Long story short all come together and Phil called last night and said truck is ready to come home. Come get it in the morning. I pretty excited to get back in my truck so quick. This company is the real deal. I'd give them 10 stares !!!!!!

Phillip, the manager is an incredible person. He is knowledgeable, takes care of all issues without hesitation, attentive, caring, understanding and very helpful. I'm honored to have been able to make his acquaintance through my unfortunate circumstances.Nevertheless, he has been a great help in insuring that all my concerns were addressed in a cortious and timely manner.All repairs were completed to my complete satisfaction and beyond!I highly recommend this facility!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought my car in for a repair after a minor fender-bender. Got an estimate fairly quickly and dropped my car off for repairs. Two days later I got a call that my expected cost was increasing by several hundred dollars. I asked for an explanation as to why. They claim they sent multiple emails with a breakdown, but I never received it. I tried to call and follow up multiple times, but no one answered their phones. By the time I finally spoke to a person, I was so annoyed and stressed that I just agreed to the repair without the promised breakdown of costs. The person I spoke to said she would pass that on to the repair team ASAP. That was on Friday. I was never given any estimated pickup time.Today is the following Wednesday - I've heard nothing, so I call to check in, and get told that there was never any note of my approving it. I told them I spoke to someone on Friday, but because I couldn't remember the name of the receptionist who took my call, they said it never happened. It's now going to be another ten days before my car is able to be picked up. They will have had my car for two and a half weeks for a minor repair, assuming there are no more delays.

My girlfriend dropped her call off and has been told 4 different times that they would be done with the car. Unfortunately her rental is due and so now she has to be inconvenienced with no car until they get done. I would recommend going to another body shop this has poor customer service. I have taken a few cars here and this is the last time I ll ever take a car here it always seems to be the same scenario. They worked on my bmw and broke the bumper and I had to wait 60 days for my car to get done. I took my Honda there and they couldn t work on it. I took my Honda to another shop and they got it done in 4 days.

These ppl r the worst. They had our care over a month an kept changing completion dates. We go to pick it up an it was missing our rear view mirror and all my stuff around it. Then it started makin a tik noise we didnt go in with. So we go to pick up our rental keys to leave and THEY LOST THEM

As I entered the door the new GM William I believe harassed me to the point of no return. I was told my vehicle was ready and then called a liar about what I was told. So since I was already there I was trying to speak with my service person when GM as he kept telling me I had to speak to him and as I waited as instructed he threatened me to call police for me waiting( in silence) as he demanded I talk to him because he is the new general manager! This guy is a jerk! I will look for new place to get my repairs done in the future as long as this person remains there!

Don t deserve 1 star, I have been in the auto industry for 20 plus years and have never dealt with such a circle jerk of a shop, they had my truck 2 months when I got it back it had paint runs, overspray and full of sanding dust, I took it back and showed the manager he said to drop it off and he would have it taken care of in 2 days, after 5 days they would not answer the phone so I went to get it and they finally admitted they had not touched it. Now I have to wait 10 days for a manager to be there to show him, I m assuming the employees are blind, Stay away from these clowns!

Lauren and Ken have been so helpful and patient as they repaired the damages to my vehicle! They also held to their life time guarantee as I continued to have issues after my car (due to the initial accident) and have helped to ensure it receives the necessary repair work. Highly recommend.

5 star experience! I got into a slight fender bender during the last ice storm, and even with the shortage we are having they had my car in, and out within a few weeks, and keep up great communication through out the process. I urged that I needed my car back by a certain point, due to a trip I had previously planned, and they honored that, and had my car ready just in time, after I got my car back I noticed a few chips, and scrapes i didn t have before, and brought my concerns up with corporate, and they directed me to the manager who quickly got me booked for him to look at it, and quickly offered to touch up the scratches and scrapes along with buffing some damages. The ladies at the front had been very pleasant with me throughout this entire process. 10/10 all around good honest people. I would recommend people here. (They also cleaned, and detailed my car which was a very nice surprise.)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I did a fantastic job bearing my van. I only was it fixed, it was fixed better than when I got it! They worked well with my insurance company, communicated frequently about updates in the repair timeline. All in all a great experience. Hopefully I won't be body repair ever again, but if I do Service King will be my first choice.

Didn't want to work with me after they found out it was an insurance claim job so they wouldn't make money. The person that came outside to look at my vehicle said they were unable to fully repair it and that they don't do partial repairs. He told me to call an insurance assessor have them write a check for the damages and then come back. Even though I had a 3pm drop off time they assured me they would have my car overnight over a headlight. You're the king of nothing, don't quit your day job because with that work ethic you won't last at a real job. I do not want further contact with do not message me back on Google that'll be a HARRASMENT CHARGE because you don't need to speak to me anymoreService: Electrical

Update:Things just keep going wrong on the car, Service King has not reached out, and we cant fix the current problem because we dont have the stickers under the hood.My insurance company recommended Service King for the hail repairs to my Toyota 4Runner. It took 10+ months to get an appointment; they had my 4Runner for approximately 6 weeks; it was extensive body work. Let me be clear that the repairs were fine.However, upon picking up my vehicle, the battery was dead. They charged it enough to start it, and it got me about 5 blocks before dying again. We sat on the side of the road attempting to charge the battery to no avail. They killed the battery so much that it would not hold a charge--and, it stole power from the alternator, killing it as well.5 hours and $500+ later, the alternator and battery were replaced. At this point we also realized the front driver blinker was broken during body repair and not replaced; they did not replace the AC and Emissions stickers under the new hood; and my vehicle tag is bent nearly in half.We also spent more time than necessary researching how to reprogram all of the windows and rear gate options (defrost, window, opening latch) because they did not reprogram anything upon vehicle completion.I left a comment on the survey they sent me and it prompted the manager, Greg, to call me. I missed his call but returned it promptly at 8am the next morning. I've since called twice more, all 3 times leaving a message for him to call me back. horrible service. my wife's car was supposed to be ready on a certain day and today makes the 5th time that it's not ready. every time I call there's a new problem with my wife's car. the communication is horrible as well. will not be coming back..

I had the BEST experience at Service King Collision Center (SKCC) facility. I had an accident and my passenger side door was completely trashed. I brought in my car a few weeks ago and met with Lauren, the front office manager, who was amazing - very proficient, great personality and an excellent demeanor. She introduced me to a Mr. Will. I cannot give enough commendations to Mr. Will! He is an asset to SKCC. Over the time my car was being worked on, Mr. Will and the SKCC team kept me informed. Mr. Will has a very customer centred focii and goes above and beyond what an employee/manager would do for the customer and that reflects on SKCC ethics and values. He knew what he was doing!!! I understand a sub-standard door was sent in by SKCC suppliers and, according to my take, Mr. Will made sure that the BEST DOOR was installed. He showed the photographs of the supplied door and its condition of dents. SKCC technicians did, what I consider, magic to convert that to the exceptional product that I received.I am certain that, including Lauren, Chelsea and Mr. Will there is a village supporting the operation. I want to take this opportunity to thank the entire SKCC crew who helped make this happen.Also, I think SKCC policy of "the customer always gets to speak with somebody" is awesome - in this time and age, this is unique and I really commend management of SKCC in this aspect.Again, thank you all for taking such good care of me. Great customer service! We took our car in for a minor bumper repair and were given an estimate in less than 30 minutes. After doing some comparison pricing with other car repair shops we chose Service King. We had to wait a few days for the replacement bumper to come in but once it did we took our car in and the repair was made in one day. Chelsea along with the front desk receptionist were both Very nice and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We would definitely recommend Service King!

It's taken me a while to post a review....but the owner's of the 2011 Ford Edge that the semi truck took the front end off of....thank you for the awesome work you did to our vehicle. We appreciated the constant email updates to let us know how things were going. We appreciated the in-house Enterprise rental associate who was both courteous and professional. We appreciated the friendly customer service from service king staff and management ... even though we are pretty content to dress like common folk, lol, and we greatly appreciated the fact that it felt like we were driving a new vehicle with pretty near perfect alignment as far as I can tell. As long as you maintain those attributes, you got a customer here. Thanks Service King and may God bless your good works :)

I m out, three different commitments from various reps to order my parts and start the repair all a waste of time and they never actually ordered any parts. So, if they can t meet the demand before the repair, it s highly likely they will fail during the repair.

I liked that I could make an appointment to get an estimate for body work on my car. When I arrived, I didn't have to leave my car while they took pictures and gathered info. Would have rated a 5 but the promised estimate has not yet been received. Happy they wore a mask and were very pleasant.

They had my truck for over 5 weeks when I was quoted 2 weeks. They put the wrong grill on it and the bumper had scratches. I was told the new bumper would be in, in about a week. 2-3 weeks later I called to get the status on it and they still didn't have it. A couple weeks later I called again and they said the grill was in and they had called me, which they hadn't). I finally got my truck back in to fix the things wrong and was told an hour... its been 6 hours later and still not ready.Services: Tires, Body & Trim
