Perfect service! I called for a daily commercial window pane removal so I could move equipment in/out of my retail space. They came to assess & measure within 20 minutes of my call & agreed to do the next day service at a fair price. They showed up on time the day of service, returned when scheduled & everything went smooth with no damage to window glass. PLUS! They were professional, nice and smiled. So here is the deal ! I am remodelling my kitchen and the cabinets have glass in the doors. I took careful measurements and took them to Binswanger in Norman to get custom glass cut to size. There are 14 doors.One week went by and they called me and said that they were ready.Out of 14 cut glass - only 7 were cut to the size that I gave them.So I took the other 7 back and after two days they called me and said they were ready.Out of the 7 that I took back and they recut - 2 were cut incorrectly.I know that this was not a big job - but to me it was a big job. What I experienced was sloppy service on who ever cut the glass.This I will tell you - I will never go back to them or will I recommend them to anyone ! Very sad:(

These guys are THE BEST! I've not had the best of luck with windshields but they take care of me every time. Had a busted windshield from the storm and went in yesterday to make an appointment. They called today saying the glass was here if I wanted to bring it in. Guys, it was done in just over an hour! They are so nice and do an amazing job! I hope I won't need their services again but if I do, I know I'll be taken care of.Service: Window repair

Great people and wonderful service! We have had one windshield replaced and another one had a few chips repaired and we were very happy with both jobs! We did the replacement windshield with our insurance and it was so quick and easy. The repair we did at our own expense and it was just as quick, easy and very affordable. They stand behind their work and that means a lot. We made appointments on both occasions and the wait was not long and the staff is very friendly. We will definitely use them for all of our glass needs and highly recommend them.

Took my Dodge Caliber to Binswanger to have my rear window replaced due to a hailstorm. Was able to get an appointment quickly and all done the same day. They gave me tips on how to remove the duct tape residue from my car. Very nice staff!

Fantastic! I had to have a window replaced after someone broke into my car. Binswanger gave me a very reasonable quote (nearly $60 less than a local dealership) and was able to start work on my car the same day. They were able to order the window, clean out the broken glass, and install the window in less than 24 hours. The staff members were all helpful and courteous. Highly recommend!

I had my 95 Corvette windshield replaced. Overall good experience with staff. As far as workmanship, I had to remove my top to fix the seal and found that the retaining rivet wasn't even in the hole just laying in the space and had to get seal in the groove so it didn't stick up. Some of the trim had a missing screw and cracked, My center console latch was found broken. Just not what I expected as far as workmanship from a well recommended business.

I had a shower enclosure put up. the service and price was good for the install. After the install I had a leak. I had to call multiple times to get a call back and someone to come out and fix the issue. After the tech came out he said to call back if it was still leaking. It was still leaking and I called back, they were going to call me back the next day still no call back, so I called again. They finally came back stripped out all the caulking and re did it. The tech was supposed to come back that afternoon to verify he had fixed the leak. 5pm still no call or return, I called the office to get the techs number, and called him. He said he may make it out that afternoon or the next day (Saturday). Needless to say he never called back or came by.A month or so later my door now scrapes the other glass panel, call to have someone come out and correct it. Lady in the office said someone would call and let us know when they could come by. Next day still no one has called. I had to call again twice to get some time in the afternoon the following day. Shocker they did not show up then or call. I had to contact the manager to get someone out.They were very quick and always called back on the sales side, but once I purchased the service has been mediocre. The customer should not have to make repeated calls to get something repaired. They also need a dispatcher in house to handle appointments, not rely on their techs to call customers. The ladies in the office really cant do anything but take notes and have someone else call you back. Problem is all those someone elses are always out on the job.The only highlight I have seen is that the techs are very friendly and took the time to explain everything they were doing and even teach my wife a few caulking tricks. If they handle the customer communication issues it would and excellent company to work with.

Binswanger Glass did an excellent job of installing two large bathroom mirrors for me. They price matched a competitor, billing was easy and delivery and installation was fast. Their installation guys were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company for future use!

Fastest, best priced, nicest company ever! My car was smashed in by burglars, but they were able to get it fixed before lunch! They helped make a bad day much better. Thank you Binswanger Glass! I am passing your name out!

The entire team was incredible during a stressful time after a major hail storm. The town of Norman was pummeled and they had an overload in glass repairs but took good care of my window shield replacement.

2 star because the price is good. I brought in a piece of glass to be cut the same on Wed, they told me it would be ready by the next day. I didn't make it in until noon Friday. When they tell me they got to get it in the back shop it would just take a minute. more like 24 minutes because they hadn't cut it yet even after having an extra day to so so.

This place is amazing! I called in for a quote and they took me in immediately despite being very busy! The work looks great and you cannot beat the prices! Very thankful for the service and the very friendly demeanor of the staff here!

Rearview mirror fell off our vehicle. I had used Binswanger's once or twice in the past, with no problems, so I head back. I enter and the receptionist goes to find a service agent. Five minutes later, the agent comes in and says all done, after I was expecting a couple of questions at least. Then the receptionist said there was no charge, just come see us again. I was happily shocked.

I read a few good reviews online so I decided to contact Binswanger to fix my broken windows. I spoke with Theresa who seemed nice and helpful. Unfortunately, that's where the positives with this company end, and the good reviews were probably written by employees/family members. Utter incompetence is what defines Binswanger Glass of Norman.I called to set up an appointment for them to come take measurements of the glass. The person who was coming out called while I was away from the phone, so I listened to his voicemail and left one of my own on his phone. I never heard anything from him that day.A few days later, Theresa called me to tell me they have the measurements and gave me an estimate. I was fine with that, so I tried to set up an appointment to get the glass replaced. Theresa said it would be the middle of the next week. I was out of town until Wednesday, so that worked out perfectly. But no one came by or called on Wednesday or halfway through Thursday, so I called on Thursday afternoon. I spoke to a different person this time. She said it would be the following week before they could come out. (The following week? What suddenly became so bad about this week? You know, the one we agreed upon previously?) I wasn't pleased, but I said "fine" and requested they come out during the morning because I work in the evenings.No problem, right? Wrong.Tuesday came. I woke up at 8:00 a.m. in anticipation of these people coming out to do the job I hired them to do. Around noon, I started getting impatient but I had errands to run before work. With my luck, I figured they'd call as soon as I left. But they didn't call while I was out. They didn't call at all. I know, because I kept my phone with me all day long.I thought about calling and asking to speak to the manager or store owner, but then I thought to myself, "If these people can't follow through on a simple appointment, why would I trust them to fix my broken window?" Attitude reflects leadership, so if the employees are this clueless/incompetent/irresponsible, then piss poor management is probably the reason why.The only worthwhile option I see is to start over with another company who actually cares about performing the job they are in business to perform. Apparently, Binswanger Glass does not care about making money, doing good work, keeping appointments...so I will make sure to help Binswanger Glass spread the word: IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE, BINSWANGER GLASS IS DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! IT IS THE VERY LAST PLACE YOU SHOULD CONSIDER. FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO HANDLE YOUR GLASS REPAIR JOB!Spread the word to your friends, family and co-workers. I will be doing so with every person I can think of, plus I'll be adding this review to every online review website I can find. I've heard good things about JEM Glass & Service. I think I will give them a shot. I'll update this review if they do good work so you'll have a quality option to turn to.

Great service! Needed a broken window replaced in my kitchen and within 5 days of ordering the window they came out and installed it. You can t even tell the new window is a replacement. Friendly folks also.

Ordered a piece of glass for a project. Told them what I needed, sizes, and specs. Even type of glass. It took a bit for it to come in, but was what I needed and at the price they quoted. They packaged it up in sturdy cardboard and brought it to my car. Thanks guys!

I would take your business elsewhere. Was told time and again that somebody would come out after meeting with the salesman, it s now been a month and no one has come, and they have told me basically sorry but we have a lot of work, was the excuse.
