Battery died unexpectedly. I called the Norman location battery was still under warranty. They assured me that they would be able to replace it after I have my vehicle towed there. I had a piece of mind knowing this would be taken care of great job customer care, Norman, Oklahoma location.

They had the exact battery for my truck's key-fob, installed it for me, and made sure it worked before i left the store, they are just amazing.

Always friendly and knowledgeable about a variety of different batteries and their application. I recently bought an SUV battery from them, and the sales associate even carried it out to the vehicle for me. They will install it as well if desired.

Every time I visit the store, the staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. It s always a pleasant experience, even when I come in during a stressful situation due to a dead battery for my car, lawn mower or home security system. I will continue to use them for all of my battery needs. Thank you!

I took my phone in to get the screen replaced and they were able to fix it that same afternoon. Both employees I spoke with were knowledgeable, very helpful and really friendly. I have bad social anxiety and had a really positive experience in the store. I highly recommend them!

I had been looking everywhere for light bulbs for our ceiling fans apparently they have a weird base. I didn t even know this place existed until the Lowe s employee told me try here. Walked in and showed them my bulb and he found one in 30 seconds!! I will definitely be back!! Great customer service and so friendly and most importantly they had my weird light bulb! Thank you!!

I was very pleased, for the price and the hard work. They replaced two batteries on a diesel truck, and one of the batteries was corroded to the terminal, and it took almost 20 minutes to get it off. He cleaned it up and put me on the road again. Thank you Battery Plus, R Church. Wonderful experience!

Just want to say that I recently stopped in for a key fob malfunction. Was quickly seen to and problem fixed. No charge. Good customer service. Thank you.Always a good place for bulbs and batteries. I can send my husband in with an example and he comes home with the correct item.

The business has reorganized and rearranged the sales/service floor layout. Wonderful job!!!!The young lady who assisted me was perfectly courteous, most knowledgeable and worked very hard to treat me as a special customer! I totally look forward to returning for my battery needs!

I had a fast and professional experience with batteries plus and bulbs. I had dropped my phone and the screen needed to be replaced. Tony was fast with assisting me in the best option for my phone along with Dennis being quick at the repair. I have used other companies for screen repair and this was by far the easiest and smooth going I have gone through. Thanks Batteries Plus.

Visited the store with a phone charging problem. Evan and Jeff were welcoming and professional. They quoted what I thought was reasonable price for potential repairs. After listening to my issue, Evan took the time to further examine my phone and was able to resolve the issue without the need for replacement parts. Had he either a) not taken the time to understand the problem or b) told me repairs were needed, I would have been none the wiser and paid for the replacement parts. Thank you for doing honest business. You have gained a customer for any future needs!

I went to the Norman, Oklahoma location for a battery repair and for a screen replacement. The customer service was exceptional and the guys working were very helpful and did exactly what I needed them to do without and hassle or negative feedback. They never tried to urge me to alter my plans with my phones. The battery and screen I had repaired in two separate phones are running very well like nothing ever happened to them. Would recommend this location to anyone.

The employees at the W Main location in Norman, OK have always been great. The sad part is they work for a corporation that could care less about customer relationships.I bought a new car battery on 1-21-21. It went bad on 3-26-21. I went in today to exchange it and was told since I didn't keep the amperage at 10% my warranty is invalid.No alternator issuesNo electrical issuesSimply Corporate BSI will never step foot in their store again and I recommend no one else shop there.

Despite arriving 7:58, two minutes before closing, the lady cheerfully helped me. She listened carefully to what I said I wanted -- new USB cord with latest oval shaped connector. And recommended I keep that, replace instead the "transformer", I call it, and try the cable again. She was right. Saved me lot of money. Also set up a new loyalty reward card they have now.

I went to this store Friday night and was helped by Julie. I said I have a solar gate opener and had bought the wrong batteries. I needed two 70 amp hour batteries. She told me that they didn't carry them and that was not what I needed, I said yes a friend is helping me and that is what he said to get. She still insisted that was not what I needed and showed me an 80 battery that was meant for a large vehicle, I told her the book said 70 amp hour she said I must have read it wrong it probably said 7.0. I asked to return the batteries I had previously purchased and said I would get the ones I needed elsewhere since she didn't carry them. She still insisted with great sarcasm and ridicule that was not what I needed. I went home and double checked the book I need 70 amp hour batteries to run the solar gate opener. As a single woman who is not very mechanical I have always been treated with respect and helpfulness in this store. She made me feel like an idiot in front of the whole store full of people. I will not be returning and I will be purchasing 2 $190 12 volt 70 amp hour batteries elsewhere. I checked the website Batteries Plus Bulbs does carry them.

I was getting a new battery for my phone and was in and out in less than 45 minutes. They also helped with the price and were very kind and courteous! Definitely would recommend to everyone!!!!

I went in to get a watch battery. The employee was on the phone with another customer. He was extremely kind and helpful to them. After he concluded the phone call he apologized for my wait. He then treated me with the best customer service.

I sent my son to Batteries Plus Bulbs to fix his phone.... BIG MISTAKE. The manager Jeff is extremely rude to college students, insults their intelligence etc. My son brought his phone there on Monday, Labor Day because it was close to his dorm at OU and open. We looked at the reviews and thought okay not bad, but wish I had read the one about how the manager was to young adults. My son left with a phone repair that wasn't done correctly, it had a hairline crack that they did when trying to repair it. They used fake parts and it was forced and not lined up correctly. Nothing worked correctly. It started dialing 911 several times for no reason in the middle of the night. He had to completely turn his phone off and communicate via his computer messenger with me. We did our best to play nice, but they told him that he would have to pay again to get it fixed correctly with the correct parts. WTH, uh yeah I don't think so. I then said that we want our money back because this is ridiculous. Jeff the manager told my son that he can take it to corporate and that he didn't give a darn about giving a refund. Also said go for it as far as receiving a negative review on Google, said corporate can deal with it. So there you have it and now we are dealing with corporate, but I am letting my credit card company deal with getting the refund. It shouldn't have come to this though!!!! So if the corporate office customer relations is reading this, please work with my credit card company and give the refund and I will then update my review. Thank you and take care.

They had the battery I needed. I bought it on line and picked up in store and received 20% off. The guy working there was nice and helpful and I will no longer mess with other stores. These guys know their stuff and they are super nice.

This was the first time that I had visited a Batteries Plus store in Norman. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of products, cleanliness of the store and the assertiveness and knowledge of the employees. I purchased a new car battery and they offered to install it for free!! great customer service has turned me into a long term shopper.

I was having a problem with my Note 8. I couldn't get the charger cord to stay in the phone. I thought I was going to have to get the charger port replaced, there are known issues with that phone model. Great guy that was working there pulled out a lint ball, and presto, the phone is fixed. He refused to accept payment. Great customer service, and no trying for the pushy upsell.

The attendant was able to quickly fine exactly what I needed. I was also impressed to see the collection of car batteries they had. They even had a batter for my 2013 Dodge Durango and it came in about $20 less that the major automotive parts dealers.I would fully recommend them if you need batteries!

Absolutly the worst customer service ever. If there was any way to give them a lower score I would.We were sent over there by AT&T because our daughters IPhone 7 quit charging.They called and said it needed a battery, then said it needed a screen.Then said it couldnt be fixed.We picked it up and tried to upload the pics from it but the home button wouldn't work. They said bring it back, they must have the screws to tight. That didn't work. They explained how to bypass the home screen. Then noticed the mic was muffled, and the battery was loose.I went in to speak to Jeff the manager and was told he was in the "restroom" and didn't know how long he would be. Wanted my number so he could call me. I waited 15 min, and Jeff said he was not aware of the problems but he would look into it.Two weeks later I get a call from the technician stating they had sent it off and there was nothing wrong with it. "Some phones come with a security feature that he can't access because he uses an android, and does have an IPhome account" When I question his credentials / training to work on phones, he said he didn't have any.After 8 weeks of dealing with this headache ownership decided to just replace the phone.Went to pick up the new phone today and was told that its company policy to keep the old phone. Was told by an employee that the old phone had already been reset to factory setting so all of her pictures and contacts have been deleted.Would have been nice to wait on the new phone to transfer the data, but I wouldn't expect anything less from the staff of the store.Somebody need to fire everyone there and start over. They are rude, arrogant, and no help at all.They need to put the customer back in customer service

I would appreciate the owner contacting me. Not happy with the service and my device was broke by the person who was suppose to replace my battery and my battery was not replaced. I went to pick up my phone and they handed me my phone with the screen cracked not saying a word to me. I almost walked out of the store with my phone that way. They never told me they cracked my screen nor that they didn't replace the battery. Glad I noticed it before I walked out. Plus when I asked them about it they were rude and snarky.

I'm so pleased. I needed a battery for my car key fob (car won't start without it). I thought I'd try Batteries Plus, yet assumed since they are a niche business they'd be expensive. NOPE. Under $10 is a great price for them to open the fob, replace the battery, and close it up again. Service and battery for $10 - I'm thrilled. And the guy doing the work was professional and helpful. I'm going to keep going to Batteries Plus. A great experience.

PLEASE save yourself the frustration of dealing with this awful service. I took my phone in to have my screen replaced and long story short now my iphone 7 has a screen that is not cracked BUT I cant make calls, I cant hear people when they call me, my camera does not work, and when I went in less than a week later because it was under warranty for 6 months, the man working there was rude and basically told me it was not their problem. I work in customer service so I was not rude back at all. I still have not had this issue resolved and I'm actually nervous to go back in because of how I was treated. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.
