Just got a rock chip fixed in my 2 month old cage. Man you just barely can see it and I had to look to find it. Expert repair cost me 70$ and was way cheaper than calling insurance and filing a claim. Thank u Novus for the fix as replacing windshield requires radar realignment because it has all that safety junk in it now.Again Thank U much

The owners were very nice and replaced both passenger side windows when scheduled, while I waited. They also vacuumed out all of the shattered glass out of the inside of the door. Electric window and locks all work perfectly when finished. The tint on the new glass is a perfect match. It was such a pleasure meeting them. They did an excellent job for the price of what was quoted. Which was less than half the cost of what the big company quoted. So happy to have my car back in new condition!Service: Auto side window replacement

We sustained a rock strike on the windshield of our van. We stopped on our way home about one hour after the event. They were able to take us immediately after stopping at their facility. Friendly and courteous people.

Great experience with Novus. I ordered my windshield in advance and was kept informed of my appt. I was taken care of by a very professional young man named Joel. He was ready for me on time and informed me it would be approximately 1.5-2 hours. Joel wasted no time or motion, a very efficient worker and he had my windshield replaced within an hour. That guy deserves a raise and a big fan to ventilated his work area!

Did a great job on my windshield for my Toyota Corolla !! And almost $250 cheaper than a windshield repair shop in Bentonville, Arkansas. The employees were all so kind and nice . I recommend Novus Glass in Grove !! I am happy customer !

They over charge you. My friend made an appointment for a windshield replacement and felt like they were over charging him. I made a call inquiring about the same vehicle same year and same distance from the store and the price changed by 50 dollars. He feels like it's just because he's brown and is offended.

They were great. The repair of the chip didnt last but they agreed to apply the $60. Towards a new windshield installed so we agre very pleased

Took my car in to have chip fixed in windshield. Staff very helpful and extremely nice. They took care of calling the insurance company for me and I was in-and-out of there in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend
