Listen, I will never take my vehicles to any other place. This was my first experience with les but it definitely won't be the last! They listen to you, dont try to push services you aren't asking for. The communication is also great. I would recommend!!

Been going there many years has always done high quality work for me I've brought him everything from Cadillac cars to ford and dodge pickups sadly inflation hits every industry but I guarantee you are paying for the higher quality of the parts never had to claim a warranty on any work from there and they are always realistic about timetables for services and generally get things done in a fast time frame alot of the time done the same day depending on parts availability unlike some local mechanics Les is always respectful of your property and does things by the book use him if you wanna make reworks a thing of the pastServices: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

This place tried to absolutely rob us of our money they were going to charge me $567 to replace a door handle on the inside of our door. The Mercedes dealership offered to do it for less than $200 thats with parts included. I highly suggest not to use these guys for anything they are a bunch of theives.

Took my car in for tie rod ends and an alignment, knew it might need ball joints/bushings as well. They quoted me $1000 to replace $150 of parts. Had to pay $89 to get my car back so I can take it to a different shop that doesn't rip people off.EDIT: it cost $75 dollars of parts, not the three upper ball joints they wanted to charge me for(the vehicle only has two), and 4 hours of my very amateur labor to fix the job.Service: Auto maintenance

We were traveling through Grove and our AC in our Ford F350 pickup went out I called in the afternoon to have it looked at the temperature was 106� outside he called us back within the hour to tell us what was wrong we said to go ahead and fix it and it was done by 3pm! We are so pleased with your fast and friendly service thank you so much!Service: A/C installation & repair

I have never had work done here before but I wish I had. Friendly and honest from start to finish. The cost was very fair and the time frame he gave for repairs was accurate. Car is running better than ever. I just found my forever mechanic! I highly recommend this place!

Truck was running bad so I took it in to these ppl and they charged me over $600 to fix the problem which wasn't the problem AT ALL. Truck still wasn't fixed. So took home and changed the fuel filter which was the problem ALL ALONG. Sure thought a Mechanic with 15+ years experience could have found this small problem way before they charged me all that money to fix a problem that wasn't even there. Thanks all the same. Just showed me who NOT to take my vehicles to in the future

DONT BE FOOLED BY YELP REVIEWS!!!! I don't understand how people can have a problem in any form with this shop. We are new to the area and needed work done on one of our vehicles. Les was more than helpful and he and his staff went above and beyond normal business owners to assure we were taken care of. He (and everyone) are very customer oriented and easy to talk to. Les auto has created a very happy customer. We will be bringing him all of our business.

Terrible service! I was told my car would be looked at in 2 days. 7 days later they took a look at it. Only to tell me he didn t know what he was doing my head mechanic moved away and I m getting behind so we take the car to a dealership only to find out they had pulled the computer module from my car. But didn t tell anyone! This place is bad place to take your car. It s that simple.Service: Engine repair

I was just behind a black truck with this company s name on the license plate. And witnessed him throw a cigarette out on my jeep, which I was following behind in a U-Haul. He the proceeded to pass a bunch of cars and almost caused an accident because of a stranded vehicle that was on the road. I wouldn t go to this place if my life depended on it. The owner, or whoever he lets drive his truck is not a very smart one.

My car had issues while I was on vacation. They were able to get it in and fix it before I had to return home. They are super friendly and worked hard to get my car up and running in a timely manner. They are really nice people.

They usually do a good job. But, I went to have my oil changed and tires rotated. On the way home I noticed the key for my lug nuts wasn't in my glove compartment. So, I thought I would wait till the next time I get my oil changed to get my key. When I went back they couldn't find my key. They took off the lock lug nuts, but they wouldn't replace my key.

I have taken my cards to Les' Auto Repair for all five years I lived in Grove. They have always been fair, clear on what needs to be done, and willing to go the extra mile to make things right. They are easy to work with and are always friendly. I feel fortunate that I was told about them when I came to town.

Rescently moving to Grove, I hope all businesses are as friendly and knowledgable. Les auto shop, owner and crew are awesome. Kept me in the loop the entire time my car was down. Went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied. Les auto is now my official "go to shop"!

Being a senior I know I can trust these guys. They did a great job on my A.C,, and saved me a lot compared to what the Chevrolet dealer was going to charge. Thanks Les for a job well done

GM has a massive faulty A/C issue that they wont fix for Silverado owners. Les' Auto took in my 2016 Silverado, had the job done in a day when the Chevy dealership said 3 days and $400 more.Job done right, on budget and quick turn around so I wasn't without my truck for 3 days!

Highly recommended and referred to. "The most honest place in town for auto repair." shared a gentle, elderly woman with a smile. Worked on my mother's Cadillac and Stepfather's vehicles for years. Good people!

They keep my old Toyota running like new,and they treat you like family in that they don't want your car breaking down on you, and the price is great too. Best in town!

Took my Mercedes up here to get a doorhandle fixed and they tried to rob me literally these people are thieves what Mercedes-Benz dealership was going to charge $200 to fix that included parts and labor they were wanting to charge me $567 my advice to anybody thinking about doing business with this establishment should go elsewhere before they get robbed.

Les Auto Repair can flash, reprogram pcms, ecm's, keys, Jasper engines and Transmissions. This is a well versed shop with a lot of knowledge on just about any make or model including foreign. Highly recommended!
