I took my MINI Countryman to Whistler's twice. The first time was to have them inspect my car for issues and the second time to get the work done. The employees I interacted with were professional and helpful both times. They provided the information about the issue before performing any work on the car. I had brakes and rotors replaced as well as an oil and filter change. The pricing was much better compared to the dealership, and I'm very satisfied with the work. I felt they were honest, and as a woman taking her car to a mechanic, that means a great deal.Services: Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Just moved to Jenks from Dallas and started to have a pretty bad oil leak on my 2008 Acura TSX. Called Whistler and they said bring it in and drop it off and we will let you know what s up. 2 days later I get a text message with the issue and a phone call follow up. I give the ok for repairs and it s done 2 days later. Also cleaned my engine bay for me due to a lot of oil build up. Upon pickup Gunnar took me to my car and showed me what was repaired. Great communication and service. Very friendly people and will be returning for future repairs when needed. Thank you!

I recently brought my 2003 Dodge Ram into Whistler's Auto Repair, I was giving my truck to my 17 year old son and wanted it to be as safe and reliable as possible.It had its regular issues that I ignored over the years, namely a check engine light and the fact that it would just go into limp home mode for no apparent reason.The staff was exceedingly courteous and the follow-up to check on the work done was an unexpected and pleasant surprise.Considering that I gave very vague issues to them, they went through the truck as though they were going to give it to one of their own kids.I drove all the way from Owasso to have Whistlers work on my truck and I couldn't be happier with the service that I received.

The Whistlers team was top notch! I provided them with an incredibly difficult repair and they pulled out all the stops to get the repair completed and the pricing even came in below the estimate! Great job! Whistler has a new client after doing such a good job on my wife s car. New wheel bearings and motor mounts + serpentine belt. Drives like a new car. Water pump on my truck decided to give out on me Wednesday. Had my truck towed to whistler late that night and I'm so glad I chose them! Everyone I talked to was very nice, personable and they went the extra mile to contact the shop in Texas I had replaced my engine with a year and a half ago to check out warranty details. I loved my shop in Texas and I can tell with how caring and quick whistler was that I've found my shop in Oklahoma! Great experience all around and more than fair pricing! Got my truck back way quicker than expected as well.Service: Engine repair

Took vehicle in initially for rotor replacement and they seemed to do a fine job. We took it back later because of a clunking sound. They recommended both struts be replaced, which was completed for over $1k. The clunking persisted. They recommended sway bar bushings, which they completed. The clunking persisted. They recommended lower control arms (for over $1k). At that point I did the work myself because it was too much $, but lo and behold, the clunking persisted after I replaced the lower control arms! I went under the vehicle to look what was wrong. I found that the brake caliper was missing a bolt and was completely loose, knocking on the rotor over any bump! While the work they completed was likely justified, they missed the real problem and assumed because it was old that it was suspension when in reality it was a missing bolt.*UPDATE*I clearly made a mistake. I should have never gone back after I found out they left out the bolt from the brake caliper. I was lucky their bad brake job didn't cause a wreck. It's telling that the owner, instead of apologizing for the mistake and trying to make it right, instead tries to bully customers online and imply that somehow it's the customer's fault. Save yourself a headache. I do not recommend this business--high prices, poor work, and gaslighting customers who decide to share a bad experience.*Update #2* I had to replace both rotors that they had "repaired". They were causing excessive vibration.

If you want a mechanic who'll listen and walk you through the repairs in terms you'll understand, someone who is trustworthy and transparent...GO HERE! This place has surpassed my expectations on more than one occasion. They seem to know most of their customers on a first name basis which told me I was in the right place. The owner Andrew is a delight and his office staff is absolutely wonderful! 10/10 would recommend.

We are new to the area and I'm personally always skeptical of mechanics. I chose Whistlers based on reviews and I'm SO glad I did! The office ladies are incredibly kind (even when I accidentally interrupted their lunch hour!), and the man who called me for an update on my van was so incredibly kind and honest. He told me what it needed, and actually let me know that half of the work wasn't an immediate necessity. We are now lifelong customers!

I hate trying a new mechanic. You never know what your gonna get. But these guys did great right out of the gate! I was able to drop my truck off right in the middle of the latest snow storm. They got right on it which was a big deal for me since it was my work truck and i couldn't afford it being down long.They stayed in contact and kept me up to date at every turn. When I went to pick it up, with cash in hand, they informed me my bill was $200 cheaper than they originally thought. seriously!!??!! Who does that!!??I would seriously recommend this place to anyone, even my own grandmother. You wont be disappointed with these guys! In three words.... honest, trustworthy, professionals.

They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Haven't met anyone in the building who isn't good to work with. They are honest and focused on taking care of their customers. It's easy to see why they have such a high rating.

I have found my new mechanic shop! My heater core needed to be fixed. First and foremost the initial conversation was about the age of my Jeep and how I could be looking at additional work. I appreciated that. I dropped off my baby and the job was done under budget and quicker than I expected. Thanks Whistler Team. I m impressed and I ll be back. My brakes were all but gone. I was terrified to drive, but had to go to work. Someone mentioned Whistler's to me and I thought the price has to be better than what the dealership was telling me. And like most people, I've been burned by shops in the past when getting something fixed so I was nervous.They were so kind and talked everything with me over the phone and were able to give me a quote so I knew what I was going into. It was so surprising how affordable it was for me on a tight budget. I drove away the next day with my car feeling like NEW! I will never ever go anywhere else but here. They are so helpful and welcoming and GOOD at their jobs!Service: Brakes

I ve heard good things about Whistler s Auto repair and when my transmission was making an odd noise I had no choice but to go somewhere. I risked going knowing it was going to cost me a lot of money... Andrew helped me with every bit of things I should do while my transmission was out but that it wasn t necessary. Was completely honest about every bit of what they done and what they had to do. They kept my car longer than expected to help me figure some things out with money. They done everything in a timely manner and done it well! I highly recommend anyone and everyone to use their services for whatever your issue may be. I also own a 2016 Ford Mustang which is pushing 500whp and they treated my car with much respect and didn t go on any joy rides as one may assume someone do in a nice ride. I had an old suburban that another shop made mistakes on and cost me over a year from being able to drive and depend on it. I talked to Andrew who promised Whistler's could get it running well again.They inspected the vehicle, checked with me to establish a priority list, and then jumped right in and got to work on it. They performed major work on the engine and it's systems, suspension and steering, and even fixed the exhaust and emissions system. Their work is top quality. I wouldn't be afraid to drive my suv across the country right now! The work was performed at a very fair price. I finally have a repair shop I can trust to do the job right! Thanks Andrew!

I am new to the area of Glenpool and just purchased a vehicle used from an acquaintance that needed work. I took it to Whistlers not knowing what to expect but I must say I am HIGHLY pleased with the experience I had with them. They were very professional and communicated everything very well with me. Now I feel confident in using this vehicle for my family which is all I wanted. I have already dropped my truck off there to get work done as well and am very happy to have found a local company that I can trust to do the job right and be honest from the getgo. I would recommend them 100%.

I was visiting family from out of state and ending up needing two tires unexpectedly. I bought them and received a referral to visit Whistler s Auto Repair for tire alignment. The staff were beyond accommodating. I called first thing in the morning to request an appointment because I had several hours to drive that day. They got me in immediately. In addition to quick service, two different employees actually spent time talking to me as a person, not just as a car owner needing automotive service. I appreciated that, and my car is driving smoother than a Lindt chocolate truffle.

The best customer service and help anyone could ask for. My car broke down while traveling to Tulsa from Texas. Seeing the excellent reviews here had me go to see if my car could be fixed or if I had to buy a new one. Andrew was down to earth, honest, kind. My car wasn't saveable but he gave me excellent advice and help. And did what he could so my car could make it to the dealership. Everyone was so friendly and amazing. And the cats were great comfort since I was in an unfamiliar town by myself with my car falling apart. I wish every car repair place was like Whistlers!! Made me think about moving to Tulsa just for how awesome they were :)

Whistler s is honest and reliable! Andrew and his team go above and beyond to make sure the repairs are done right. For anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle, have Whistler s do an inspection first. It could save you thousands of dollars. Love this mechanic, Andrew is one of the most personal guys you will ever meet. I feel incredibly confident taking my vehicles to him because of his honesty and hard work ethic. He has worked on my cars for the last few years and I recommend all my friends to him. Before I found this shop, I was nervous taking my car to a mechanic because there is always something unnecessary they are trying to sell me, at Whistler I have NEVER once felt this.

Andrew, John, and his team did a fantastic job on fixing my oil leak for our Yukon Denali! We bought the vehicle used with that leak and they figured it out. That was about a month ago and no drop of oil has fallen since. We always get great service there! Would recommend them over anyone!

If you want quality service and a fair price from a place you can trust, take your vehicle to Andrew at Whistler s. We were buying a vehicle and Andrew took the time to give a very detailed once over. If you re the type of person that just wants your car serviced or repaired, this is the place. If you want someone to explain to you exactly what is going on with your vehicle and help you make a wise decision about your options- this is the place.

Whistler's Automotive Repair replaced my Toyota Highlander's air conditioner system for half of what the local dealership was going to charge me! I'm not kidding, the compressor, condenser, everything. Not only was the work a great value, but the service was first rate! The work was not only completed on time, it was ready ahead of schedule. The owner, Andrew Parker, quoted me the price for the work personally, and I found him to be both honest and professional every step of the way. When I got my vehicle back I found that he had even detailed my entire engine free of charge! Thanks to Andrew and his staff I'm enjoying cool air on my way to drop the kids off at school instead of working a second job to pay for the work! I will be returning to Whistler's Automotive Repair for my next oil change and ALL my routine maintenance from now on. ---- Joel Jones

Andrew and his team are amazing! My car was still under warranty, so I took it to the dealership for this grinding noise I was hearing. They didn t hear a grind noise, but apparently I need $1,100 worth of work done to my car, including a new AC hose because my AC stopped working. I took it to Andrew, he checked over my car, and all I need was a new blower, drive belt, and oil change. I paid less than half of the amount the dealership wanted to charge me for all the work I needed.

I'm sure they do good work but I wont find out because of the poor-seeming customer service. Just got off a long day of work and gave them a call about 40 minutes before they close, which I can understand is a little aggravating. The guy that answered the phone didnt even say the name of the business and stayed silent until I said something. Then he seemed irritated when I asked if they had a spot open for a "quick oil change" and told me to use jiffy lube if I wanted quick and hung up the phone. Dont mind someone being short with me or a little gruff but this was just bad customer service. Since I just moved to Beggs, I was looking for a good local shop to get my vehicles serviced and repaired but this wont be it.

Taking your car in for repairs can be a huge pain, especially if you don't have an auto-repair shop that you know and trust. Being new to Tulsa, I wasn't sure where to take my vehicle, so I did a little research and found that Whistler's had really positive Google reviews. I decided to give them a chance and, fortunately, the reviews were right. Whistler's gave me one of the best car-repair experiences I've ever had. Andrew communicated clearly throughout the entire process and made sure I was 100% happy once the repairs were completed. Without me asking, he showed me the broken part they removed, which is the first time that's happened to me at a repair shop. This place treats their customers like people, instead of problems.

The people here really do care about not only your vehicle, but you and your family. Very odd to find that in any business, let alone a mechanic. Upfront and honest, and does a great job of fixing your vehicles. I have used them 2 times now, and both times I've been overwhelmed by the service, attitude, and all around great feeling of dealing with them. If you are in need of vehicle repair, service, maintenance or upkeep, do not hesitate to use this fine establishment. I will use again when and if the occasion calls for.
