Booked an appointment on the app for a full synthetic oil change on my wife's car for what was advertised at $44.88. Showed up and was told I needed to purchase a synthetic oil filter or the oil would only last 3K miles or 3 months (car manufacturer says oil is good for 10K miles) so I add the oil filter. Pick up car and am charged $54.88 for the oil change alone. Asked what happened to the original price and was told they only have the higher priced oil change. Wife told me to let it go. Get home and wife notices oily handprints all around the hood of the car. Higher prices and shoddy clean up practices? I will be sure to go to Midas like I usually do! This place won't get another dime from me.

Had an oil change about a month ago, checked my oil today absolutely nothing, bone dry!! Also they said they checked everything rear wiper in good condition NOT it's been missing for yrs

Recommend me to make and appointment so I wouldn t have to wait a long time came back at the appointment time another day they told me it would take three + plus hours to get an oil change?

Tried to make an appointment for a oil change. The phone rang until another department answered. This happened over and, over. Each time they treated me as a interruption. I was finally told everyone was basically busy! This is a example of poor customer service. This is what poor leadership brings!

I went in and got my oil changed, not sure that I will be coming back for auto care. When I got home and look at the receipt I laughed. Two months before this oil change I bought brand new wipers rear and front. On my receipt it says the rear wiper: recommended replacing. So do not believe their little recommendations, as they are trying to get more money out of you. Go to a real mechanic at a real shop.Services: Tires, Oil change

I agree with the overall consensus that the staff is rude, and there are not enough employees in that department. I had one experience in particular that was worth leaving a review about, though.I have always taken great care of my vehicles, and the one time I let it go longer than I should have (not that they would care, but I am a newly single mother with little kids and aligning the extra money with the 'free time' in my schedule is very hard to do, and I came at the first opportunity possible - plus it wasn't that overdue) I was criticized and scolded by the person checking me out (in front of multiple people) instead of them being professional and simply letting me know that it was too long in between and try to get in sooner next time.... OR just doing their job and minding their own business would have been great, too. I will never go back to this location after years of them getting my business simply due to proximity, because of that experience. It had been going downhill for years, but that was the straw that broke the camel's back for me.

I called the service center, and the phone rang for 15 minutes with only 1 associate picking up and trying to transfer me, but no one ever picked up again! We were in an emergency situation needing a tire and could not get anyone to pick up the phone.Thos used to be my go to store, but I am more than ok to take my business elsewhere. If I could give a quarter of A star I would. Seriously disappointed.

This area of the store is ALWAYS understaffed. I have 4 new tires on my car and got a flat. 1.5 hours wait time to change a flat tire. Got ready to leave and noticed the new tire that was fixed was in the trunk instead of the car. They took it back and put it on.( another 15-20 minutes.) Ready to leave again and the tire was placed on the wrong spot. (Spare was on car and they swapped the fixed tire for one of the other new tires.) (Another 15-20 minutes.) Total time for a flat ... almost 2.5 hours. Sorry if you didn't get a break or a lunch, but this type of service is horrible.I gave two stars for good tire prices and I had the road hazard warranty so the work was free.

Took awhile for anyone to even acknowledge the line of people. Not very friendly either. Changing one tire took forever... overall, not impressed by the customer service experience

After waiting inline 10 minutes, I asked if I could have an oil change. The person behind the counter said there are 5 people ahead of me and it would take a long time. I replied oh you don t want my business; As I walked out I noticed three workers not doing anything joking around in the middle of the shop.If he would of said we are kind of backed up right now or something other than complaining I would of understood.

12200 S Waco Ave, Glenpool, OK 74033, came to this Walmart supercenter, tire technician seems not care/ respect to customer, arrived at 8:00am, till 8:50, nothing done, not even move my car yet.I don't know what going on, but definitely I am not happy with their service.Service: Tires

Got an oil change here and they discovered a different issue with my car which they were unable to fix. I realize the next day that they forgot to turn off the maintenance required light. I come back later for my next oil change only to be told they they are unable to remove the oil filter that they themselves installed last time and their tool that they use to try got broken. Extremely unprofessional and clearly not knowledgeable.

I wont use them anymore for oil changes. I always chose Walmart but after the last 3 times waiting over 4 hours i decided to pay a bit extra and try somewhere that is quicker. Wow Im glad I did. The first one I did elsewhere not once did I have to top up prior to the 3 month mark. Isually with walmart my dash would say that my oil needed to be changed about 2 months after but it doesnt say that with this new oil place. It actually lasts the 3 months and i drive the same route everyday so its not less usage. Not only that i had paid for the full walk around to check for other things and i knew I haf a headlight out but i noticed when I got my paperwork they said the checked it and it was good. Thats a lie! So they dont really do everything they say they do but other places probably do considering the big competition in the field and could use ALL the loyalty possible.

service is ok, they look overloaded or understaffed. they said it would be 45 min, it took an hr. and a half. seems it happen to all that day. it has happen to me in the other day. it will be nice if they are just plain honest and state the correct waiting time. staff is a bit rude, I think because of being understaffed and overworked.

Great service every time, they seem to be short staffed but you can tell they are doing their best. Any issues I've ever had with new cars they told me what they found underneath. At least for me this crew goes above and beyond.

My car had a flat tire and no other tire shop could get me in on a Sunday at 2:30pm but Walmart could, I was very happy since I had work the next day.

Only gave a 1 star because I can't give a negitive stars. Quite a unpleasant experience they need to shut this "service shop" down indefinitely. Or hire actual lube and tire people. Not to mention the manager and shop manager can't give truthful reason for not working on my Acura. I live in Sapulpa and refuse to go to my town Wal-Mart because they are never able to get to it. So I will do it the old fashioned way and know it will be done right (MYSELF)

Best Walmart auto center they actually let you schedule an appointment so no waiting. Would definitely recommend.

I am absolutely furious, i work 12hours over night and woke up early on my day off for an oil change and was told the 2guys both called in so didnt happen

Always a hassle coming here! Was told it would be an hour and a half wait and its currently been 2 and a half hours! Seems like a lot of goofing off back there.
