Clean and modern room, exceeded my expectations. I was met with a very kind gentleman at the front desk, and the next morning, there was a generous (and free) breakfast spread.Great hotel if you're looking to stay close to Gloss Mountain, for hiking!

Check-in was okay I guess. I walked in and there was about 20 plus people standing in the lobby visiting. I couldn't even get to the counter to check in. Plus there was no one at the counter. And to my knowledge there wasn't any bell to ring to get their attention. After about 10 minutes someone finally showed up and asked if we had all been helped. There were a couple ladies ahead of me so they got checked in and after that I got checked in. Room was very huge. Had a stove/oven and a small full sized fridge and freezer. Plus one thing that was really awesome is that my room had a jacuzzi in it. It was very nice. Bed was really comfortable. More comfortable than the last hotel I stayed at. Breakfast was fair. It was very busy. I did not go away hungry so that was nice. I would probably recommend this hotel. I spent just under a hundred bucks for one night. Definitely worth the money!

Clean and we'll maintained property with awesome staff; everyone was super polite and helpful. The room was excellent, well stocked, and cleaned regularly with no disruption to my daily routine.The lot only has one entrance and exit, despite being adjacent to another business (there is a curb between the two lots), but that is nitpicking.All in all it was a fantastic stay, but there's nothing to do in the town, and it's a 45 minute drive to even a Walmart, so bring EVERYTHING you need.Rooms: The room was very clean and we'll maintained, and was unobtrusively cleaned ever day during my week long stay.Nearby activities: There are no nearby activities, no nearby shopping, and no nearby dining options (save for fast food or the grill in the bowling alley).

Nice place, but I didn't have the best experience. The room I checked into wasn't finished being cleaned. Floors throughout the hotel could have been cleaner. To their credit however, the bulk of their business are oil field workers, who can trash a hotel in short order. Breakfast was a little on the rough side. The scrambled eggs did not look good and were tough. I had to hang my own shower curtain. Even with all that said, I will stay again. The front desk person did a good job checking me out and addressed the concerns with the cleanliness of the room.

We stay at numerous Hotels, and this is BY FAR, one of the nicest, cleanest, and friendly Hotels we have ever stayed in. We were in town for Bo's Extravaganza and the staff here went out of there way to accommodate in every way possible. I HIGHLY recommend staying here, should you be traveling through Western Oklahoma. What an AMAZING experience. The FULL breakfast wad delicious. This place is AMAZING

Newer hotel, modern furniture and amenities. Staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist us. There was a mix up on the rooms we paid for and the room we were placed in. The third shift front desk clerk was confident in the decisions she made. The confidence in her work is a sign of strong leadership skills of upper management. Upon checkout, management was well aware of the mix up and was extremely nice and accommodating.I have stayed at many higher chain hotels and never have I received such great hospitality.Breakfast closes at 10:00 am. We did not eat breakfast until 9:30 am. There was plbenty of food remaining, hot food, and great tasting. Clean breakfast area.I sleep with a fan every night and forgot my fan. The clerk searched endlessly to help find a fan. Although, we did not find a fan, My family slept like babies. SOFT beds and minimal noise.

Nice place to stay the only thing is, employees tend to go out to the entry area to smoke outside and talk loudly. Hotel should make a rule where they don t lounge around in front of the business, have a designated area out the side doors. People do try to sleep during the day. Night counter employee doesn t respond when told good morning

Very nice hotel. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place. My room was perfect. Not sticky and damp like some hotels can be. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for an overnight mini vacay close to the parents. The rooms were clean and up to covid cleanliness standards. I feel the beds could have been softer but otherwise great stay. There's no road noise lol I mean in the middle of Oklahoma I didn't really expect that but feel like it should be notated. The staff was super friendly upon check in and check out. Breakfast was plentiful and a great variety of hot foods. If you forgot something, theres a dollar general right next door and it has everything you could possibly need.

I felt so cozy, the bed, blankets, pillows were all so cozy and warm, I slept like a rock. A freight train could have passed by me, and I likely wouldn't have heard it! Friendly staff. Everything we needed, was provided. Thanks be to God fora wonderful stay.

If looking for a place to stay near Canton Lake, I highly recommend staying at this Best Western versus the rundown motels in Canton or Longdale...it's well worth the 20ish-mile drive! New, modern hotel with ample parking and immaculate grounds. Our king room was very comfortable with a leather chair & ottoman, a leather bench at foot of bed, and a large TV in the sitting area; amenities include a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron/ironing board and complimentary breakfast. The hotel staff was accommodating and very friendly. Much appreciated!

First, I want to say that I did not complain to the front desk about anything, so I did not give them a chance to remedy the problem. I also like the staff and have had no problems with them. The problem was that my room was not clean. I could tell it had been vacuumed over, the bedding was clean, and the bathroom had been tended to. The dresser/tv stand had dry hit sauce spilled on it. It had even dripped into the drawers. The "fresh remote" also had hot sauce all over it. Obviously, they just put the remote back into the bag. There were beer bottle caps behind the corner chair. Normally, I wouldn't notice that, but the lamp in that corner wasn't plugged in, so I had to find the cord to do so. The round table by the corner chair also had something spilled on it. I do not expect a deep cleaning after every customer leaves, but I don't want hard evidence on who the previous visitor was. I did clean what I needed to use. :/ This was room 322 on 3/27/18. Hope they clean it!

The hotel is new and well kept. The staff is helpful. The bed was great and the room was pleasantly decorated, and the airconditioning worked great and the TV was great to watch the NBA playoffs on.No complaints.

This hotel is far below expectations of what you would expect from a Best Western. Staff scams you out of money. The housekeeper reported that she smelled smoke in our room and they charged a $150 incidental fee. I told them that was impossible because no one smoked in our room and they were very discourteous about it. I would avoid this hotel!

Stayed when our water froze during the -20s. The staff was great and always so nice. Kids loved the breakfast and pool. I love the beds and hot showers.

We love this motel and have no complaints. It's the perfect place to stay when we visit our dad in the local nursing home. However, if you want a room, be sure to call ahead. They seem to run full most the time!

Everything was great to stay for the night, gym was was super nice. Though the wifi wasn t that good, but I ve seen worse when it comes to the wifi. Still usable, just aggravating.

Our employees stay at this Best Western at least 5 nights a month. The feedback they provide is that "it's the best in town.", "thank you for booking a great hotel." and "the breakfast is great.'

We spent a night at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised. We had an excellent room at a great price, and a better than average breakfast. Thanks Best Western!

Was decent. Cleaning was less than desirable. Trash wasn't emptied the entire 4 days there.
