Fast, friendly, and excellent customer service! These guys actually listen to my needs and put me where I wanted to be, and DID NOT try to up-sale me. I have never experienced that at a car dealership before! I 100% support this dealership!

Stay away from the service department. Had a bad previous experience with them, but needed some warranty work done with them, so I went back. I had an appointment for noon and was planning to wait on a quick repair. Was told that it could take a couple hours. When I asked what the appointment was for, I was told it was a scheduled time for me to come and talk with a service advisor and that they couldn't say when it would be worked on because it is noon and people are taking lunch. If people's take lunch at noon then why would they schedule an appointment?

From the very beginning Brady Bates provided outstanding customer service. He listened to what I was asking him for in a truck and in less than 24 hrs he presented the truck that I now own. Everyone was really personable, the jeep was pulled up front and waiting on us to test drive, Jason didn t look like a suit - he looked like my husband and I, dressed comfortably. They laughed at all of our jokes, which happens when one is about to make a huge financial decision. Everyone was great to work with.

Open circuit to fuel tank PRESSURE SENSOR chewed open by field mice. Freedom Service Director showed me on his computer where the wires were and how to inspect as step one. Said he could see if they could locate and fix in 1 Hr. by removing left rear wheel and splash panel. Touch down! the open wire was easily found and shown to me as evidence. Experienced technician repaired wiring and I was on my way in one hour as expected. Even got 10% off with a coupon received in the mail. Shout Out; FREEDOM, HOO RAH!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Will not call you back after saying they would, do not follow through on what they say. Take forever to fix your vehicle. Will never buy from them again . They have left us hanging twice now on a vehicle we bought through them that is currently under warranty with them.

Got a diagnostic done for a fuel pump. Mechanic said part would take a week to get there but that was false. Instead of practicing good business they decided to charge me 155 dollars to get MY CAR even though they have free diagnostic coupons and I never got told I would be charged until I asked to take my car out of the repair center. Shame on you. The one stars will keep coming until either you or my bank removes the transaction.

Service department is dishonest about lead times and where parts are in regards to the timing of the services requested. I understand theres back orders and things that happen but be honest with the timeframe. I spent over 300 dollars just moving the vehicle there and diagnosing an issue I already knew existed. This morning I took my truck in to get checked out . Codes were going all over the place. Once everything once looked and find out it wasn't as bad as first thought still gonna cost me more than what I had. And thanks to Blake in the service department he told me about the finance they have with Sunbit. Thankfully I able to get finance help with that and now my truck is back home fixed. From the minute he answered the phone, Adam was friendly and efficient. He never once pushed a sales agenda. He simply answered questions and provided information. Almost our entire transaction was completed over the phone but we never felt that we were secondary to anyone in the sales room. When we picked up the car, it was exactly as advertised and ready to go. Very pleased.

My mom and I just bought a pickup together, our first. We had about a million questions and requests and more questions. Dustin and Zack understood where 2 passenger car drivers would need a little more knowledge and did not disappoint! Everyone was very nice and very patient with us. The teamwork here is top notch!

Completely unprofessional car company. They caused the title to be delayed and refused to give me another 30 day tag. This was my second vehicle to buy from them but after this I will take my future business elsewhere.

Good dealership and worth the drive to see them. Both sales and service departments were staffed with happy and knowledgeable employees. This place must keep there employees happy because it rubbed off onto my family and I during our purchase.

Horrible customer service.. Theresa made a point to drag out the length of time it took to simply change the oil in my husbands truck. Not a full service. Not a tire rotation. And I was not interested in spending $280 on an oil change package. I just wanted to do the same as last time. Which I had asked for when I came in.. 1250 truck was taken into bay(According to invoice it was created at 1:01)1:20 truck no longer in bay. Walk to counter to pay out.Theresa says she can t pull up my ticket until they bring the truck back (they don t test drive oil changes)1:40 walk to counter she pulls out my keys and cashes me out. And tells me the truck is parked on the other side of the wall .Wondering just how long she would have made me wait had I not walked back up after knowing it had been too long. And since when do they park a customers vehicle behind some wall and not in a parking space they can atleast see.So thank you Theresa Koberowski for giving me a taste of what Freedom Chrysler Dodge is all about!

Everyone there are always nice, polite, and helpful. My husband was there for an oil change. He always jokes about someone washing the truck for him. This time somebody did! We had just got back from a camping trip and there was some kind of sap all over the truck. It was clean when he got it back! Now that was over and beyond. I called the service manager to tell him so he could tell whoever did it thank you. It was appreciated.

We had some electrical trouble with our Dodge Ram on our road trip and stopped by for help . Chaz was super eager to help and got us back on the road in no time. Turned out to be a quick fix . Service department is very respectful, friendly and ready to help anyway possible. They treat everyone like they are the most important person and like you are a millionaire. Whether you are or not. They are just all around good people. Can't say the same for hoyte in Sherman though.

I was scheduled for service, and was promised a loaner to drive. I called twice, and left a voice voicemail for the service writer, with no return call. It's been two weeks since my original service appointment, and I still haven't heard anything from them about when to bring my truck in.

My worst dealer experience. Horrible service. Never give you an update for the parts you are waiting. I don t mind the parts arrival time got postponed for weeks because the packages are missing ( who knows). I just need an update. Been calling the service lady almost 10 times in a day. Finally got a hold of her and being told she will give me a call back for update. Still no call back!!! I don t know why this dealer is stilling calling me for maintenance even I told them straight up that s my worst dealer experience I won t come back. I have to block their calls.

Amazing service! Our salesman Brad was lights out on our purchase. He took the time to FaceTime us multiple times about the vehicle and all through the process of getting some things fixed. The finance manager Marla was very helpful and made the purchase a breeze. We had the car delivered a state away and never even had to go to the dealership. Would highly recommend this business and the whole sales and finance team! Thank you all for make the car buying experience so easy!
