I went today to have my car looked at and had the best experience I think I've ever had with an auto shop. Erik Bradshaw was helpful, knowledgable and honest about the issues my car had. I would recommend him to anyone that needs to have work done and doesn't want the fear of being taken advantage of. Great experience! Definitely found my new mechanic!!

My car was in bad shape when I brought it in. Tires were thinning in certain areas and I was not able to figure out why. I was able to purchase some new tires and able to get them put on for me here. Great customer service and was not an outrageous price.Service: TiresService: Tires

Took in car for obvious bare wires leading to ignition control module. I had tried red liquid rubber and white duct tape in failed attempt to correct and diagnose. Shop was to inspect and replace any/all bare wires leading to module. The next day I inspected and saw the same white duct tape I installed and the red liquid tape was simply covered over with shrink wrap. NO WAY were the wires inspected through the duct tape. Did they remove the wire clip from the module releasing the wire harness to inspect the wires? NO They covered up the work I already did.As it stands I do not know if those wires are good or bad. Can't replace module without good wires. They did fix the horn however. ADDENDUM: *THE HORN SHORTED OUT AGAIN. SO NOT FIXED. I can drive without a horn but not without ignition. THEY FAILED ME and refuse to answer the simple question. "How did you inspect the wires through the duct tape?" They continuously use the word "family" as IF that makes them saintly or something. It does not - they simply cover for each other. Add to that the arrogance. After I complained they said, "we won't work on your car ever again." WOW, like I would ever return? haDO NOT BELIEVE THEIR RESPONSE UNLESS they answer the question: "Did you remove the ignition module wire harness and inspect all the wires as agreed? If you answer yes then, "Why was the white duct tape I installed still there untouched." THEIR REPONSE CAN ONLY BE CONSIDERED HONEST IF THOSE QUESTIONS ARE ANSWERED as "NO WE DID NOT DO THOSE THINGS YOU ASKED WHICH WAS THE REASON The CAR WAS BROUGHT TO US FOR REPAIR."

After the software they use to accept payments had an issue, they called the cops on me saying that my credit card was stolen, they then proceeded to threaten to have our vehicle impounded. Once the cop told them there was nothing wrong here they did not apologize for the misunderstanding.

Had a bad experience with them . I baught a jeep from them had it in their shop . Two times now it's in my driveway not drivable. Had more problems since I bought it.
