Salesy and scammy.Went in for oil change, and they were trying to upsell from the start (stating I needed tires rotated, when they had just been done two weeks ago). And then after my truck had been in their bay, suddenly it had a significant oil leak.I left my house with a perfectly running truck, I returned home after declining their recommendations and now my truck has no brakes and no power steering. And leaking like a sieve. Poorest customer service, smug and ridiculous answers to questions. Manager was of absolutely no help.Would never recommend to anyone. I d let the local elementary first graders change the oil on my truck before I let Meltons ever touch it again.Pictures: 1) my driveway where I park. No leaks. 2) My truck when I got home.

Just moved to Claremore from phx az hard to find someone that can do good quality work now a days but these guy's are spot on they have worked on two of my trucks already good work and employees are nice and respectful would recommend

I have always been sanctified with the service we received until this last oil change. I requested along with my oil change to have my vehicles tires rotated. The shop was very busy and it was almost lunch time and I offered to come back, but was informed they had time. The mechanics changed my vehicles oil but told me they could not rotate my tires because my tire lug nuts were chewed up and I would need new lug nuts. I took my vehicle to another mechanic and was informed there was nothing wrong with the lug nuts on my vehicle. I had a maintenance agreement with Melton for oil changes and tire rotations, so I don't know what the problem was unless they did not want to mess with my vehicle that day, but if that was the case they should just have told me they did not have the time to do the tire rotation.Angela Dodson

Took vehicle in for a recall and they said it would be a day or maybe a day and a half. They told me it was finished after 2 days and after taking an Uber to the dealership, the information me in was in fact not done. And somehow something that would be quoted as taking 1-1.5 days, they are magically able to handle it in 15 minutes?????? Not trustworthyUpdate: Brandon is a solid guy and did his best to appease given the circumstances. Still won t be using for anything other than a 20 dollar oil change

Heather and the team were great.The tech who worked on my radio replacement was insightful and astute to determine that the old radio was a 24hour a day drain on my electrical system and when we replaced the radio the power drain stopped. Great attention to an educated intuition and perception. Thanks!

The staff was courteous and professional. The amount of time to complete the work was very reasonable and the lounge was clean and comfortable! Complimentary drinks and snacks were available. This was an excellent overall experience!

I've shopped here twice now for a vehicle. The first one lasted me 8 years and now daughter is fixin to start driving it. I went back because of that. This time I bought one with issues. Although it took longer than expected they fixed most of the issues for me. I appreciate that I have their word to sell me something trustworthy. Thank you Melton

I got their Oil change special for my wife car. From the tech that greeted me to the service writer, they were both friendly and polite. I was in and out ,in maybe an hour. Would definitely go there again.

Absolutely love Melton. Bought my truck there in 2015 with no haggle and got a great price. 180k miles later I still take it there every 50k miles to have them check it out. Have had few minor repairs which they have always handled in a superior manner. I live in Tulsa so it takes a little effort to get to them... drive by 4 other Dodge places on the way... they are worth the drive.Service: Vehicle Inspection

The alignment was good, but the car still wanted to pull slightly to the right. I brought it back for an additional adjustment. The Service Tech was super nice, and sincerely apologized for my inconvenience. The alignment is now perfect, and without extra costs.
