I purchased my first ever vehicle from Sherri at solutions in Chickasha. She is a wonderful lady. She breaks everything down step by step and answers any questions you might have. She took her time with me today and didn t have me feeling rushed on purchasing anything right then and there. She explained a lot and did such a excellent job! I recommend solutions in Chickasha! You won t be disappointed!

Ive been with Tricia, Daniel for 2 years going on 3 and i wish i could give them a 10 star, they have worked with my family they have become family at this point anyone looking for a car and is willing to stay with them they will indefinitely get you into something you love.

I am absolutely impressed! Sheri made my car buying experience so smooth! I never once felt uncomfortable or pressured. I let her know my circumstances and together we came up with the perfect car. It's like she just knew how to match the car to me. I have never experienced such grace in buying anything. I was very comfortable as well. She made me feel like I had just joined a new family. I drove away with a 2010 civic and it's a manual. This is such a cool car. It drives super great in this snow. My next purchases will be through Sheri. Next on the list is that bike when its ready and hopefully in the near future a truck. Thank you so much for making my experience feel like I was kicking it with my sister.

Yes, this is a buy here, pay here place BUT they are really trying to help people that need a new start. Bought a great car for a really good price and everyone has gone above and beyond to make sure I ve had a great experience. Sherri and Patty are the best! If you need a new car and a little help with your credit, go check them out.

I would have to say the family here at Solutions is wonderful. I have to start with Trish at the front desk at the Lawton location. She is very nice and welcoming. I had the opportunity to sit and talk with Kevin. He sold me my car. He was very helpful with helping me find something in good condition and affordable. Last but not least I wanna say thank you to Bear assisting with the in house insurance. That saved me lots of money. If you want good customer service and be family I say choose Solutions Auto Group

Got my BMW there (the wife thinks it hers) and I can honestly say that it was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Tricia was very helpful and made the decision to buy from Solutions an easy one. She was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I definitely wouldn't have bought the car if she hadn't been there helping with every step. Joseph the sales manager was also extremely helpful and made the paperwork a breeze. If you're looking for a good dependable vehicle at a great price I recommend going to Solutions Auto Group where the service is outstanding and the sales team is top notch. I can't wait til they notify me that a Harley has come in so that I can go back and repeat the experience. It was that easy and enjoyable, but don't take my word for it, go see for yourself.

Jack was very understanding and amazing to helped us to get us in a SUV, even with bad credit and having issues with other dealers. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He worked hard and did everything possible to make sure we were and are satisfied. "Hey, if Mama ain't happy, ain't nobody happy" . And Bear was very helpful and quick to get our insurance through SAG up and running. Very happy with you guys. Thank you.

I love Solutions Auto Group. I leased my first car from there over a year ago. Well today I went and traded my car in for a Chevy Trailblazer. The salesman Kevin was very nice and friendly. He made the process smooth and simple. If anyone is needing a new ride I would highly recommend going to see him. Also the front desk lady Patricia is a sweetheart and she is very friendly. They make you feel welcome and make your car buying process alot easier.

The people were nice and I have no complaints about the service or even the vehicle. The issue I have is if you ask for a cash price they don't know. They charge 25% of your income for 3 years. In my case that came to roughly 20,000 on a car worth 11k.I could have bought a new car for the amount they charge for a 6 year old car. By the time I did the math it was 78% interest. I'm sure these folks help people but is it really worth all of that?I do not believe the people are deceptive it is just the system they work with. Because I liked these people so much I am truly sorry we could not come to an agreement.

I have been in the Solutions Auto Group Family for about 7 years Mark was there when I first started shopping cars with them they helped me get into my first car They helped get into the car that I could afford all these years I have had nothing but awesome and amazing service with them Sheri has always been there for us when and if we ever had a problem there very professional Sheri ,Mark And Joe are all amazing they make you feel like family I have had 7 cars with them now and I do highly recommend for everyone to come try out Solutions Auto Group of Chickasha they explain everything so clearly and they work with ya my score for them is a 100 across the board all the way !!!!! Bear gave us excellent customer service, he is very polite and listened to all our questions and worked hard to answer all of them. He is a 5 star guy! We love the explorer we got, I recommend them highly.

I love my jeep. Kristie and her husband are always helpful, polite and always ready to answer any questions I may have. I would highly recommend Solutions Auto Group to anyone looking for a vehicle. There are no regrets for purchasing a vehicle through solutions.

I wouldn't even give you a 1 star if it was possible. We bought a Tahoe and no lights were on, after driving it less than 24hrs the check engine light came on. We were told that they do a extensive check on all cars. I believe they reset the lights. How do you miss a burned up transmission, wrong spark plugs installed, and bad oil pump? We were not satisfied with our purchase, no one will call us back. The only reason we went back was to get a title because you guys left the GPS in it. Again we are not satisfied and will be making a report with Used Car Commission! This car should not have been sold. You guys need to make this right! I know that they will write something smart towards this review and don't let you reply to their comments. That should warn you all to stay away! BUYER BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS!

Solutions & Joseph one of the salesman has been real fair with us, we got behind on our payments they help us in every way they could to keep us in our pickup. I would recommend buying a car from them talk to Joseph they will try there best to get you in a vehicle. Thank you Joe Powell & Joseph for getting us in our pickup.
