This place is amazing. Sarah and Riley have always been on point when it comes to my money pit on wheels. This is one of the perks of living in a small town. You get to do business with your neighbors, not corporations, and man does it show. Thanks so much, guys. Vehicle issues are a stressful fact of life, but you guys make it a little less unbearable.

Mis diagnosed my buddy. Told him the transmission went out on his car. Then tried to buy it from him. Had a 2nd shop look at it and all it was was a stripped cv axle. Great job pro auto!

The staff was awesome! I was able to get help right at closing time. I had a tire that was completely flat. I was from out of town and didn't know any place to turn to. I went next door to Auto Zone for the staff pretty much to tell me . Can't help, get lossed, or by fix-a-flat!! That you Pro Auto Care your great service, staff, prices & excellent customer experience. I will always remember your help. Jamie Now I'm able to get home from work safely.

Pro Auto Care is amazing! I took my car to AutoZone for a blown fuse. We tried for 30 minutes and couldn't get to it. The gentleman from Pro Auto walked down and crawled into the floorboard, he had it fixed in 5 minutes! I cannot begin to express how grateful I am, or how highly I recommend this business.

On January 2, 2023 I called pro auto and they recommended a tow truck. I had my car taken to pro auto and from the minute I walked in I felt heard, understood, empathy. This business is very professional. They will assist you and they do a wonderful job. if your car doesn t need anything they will tell you they charge great prices. The quality of service is top notch. This will be my family s auto repair shop going forward five star rating.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

My fianc� s truck was here for over two weeks. After they told us what was wrong with it we got it back with no catalytic converter. They claimed it got stolen and did not tell us or anyone that it happened, and they claim they are not responsible. They DO NOT protect your vehicle here and truly do not care what happens to it. Multiple people now have told me they ve have their car vandalized here or had a bad experience here.

I have used Pro Auto Care for a long time because I trust Daniel and his staff. They have always taken care of my vehicles and gone the extra mile to make sure my cars will last. I appreciate the thoroughness and excellent customer service Pro Auto Care has always provided. Highly recommend!!

I have always received prompt and professional service from Pro Auto Care. I take my personal and business vehicles there. I have even dropped off a generator there before and they have always taken care of me for what I believe to be a very fair price. I recommend them to anyone!

We have all of our auto work done with Pro Auto Care. They are the most reliable auto shop in town. They truly take care of all of their customers and will always put you first. Daniel Terry takes great pride in his team and their work and is always making sure the job gets done right the first time. Highly recommended.

Great shop. Friendly, honest and competent. They worked with me well to ensure my vehicle was repaired as soon as possible. They stayed in contact with me and made sure I approved all repairs and maintenance (oil, blades, filter ect.) before they proceeded. I have referred Pro Auto Care to family/friends.

My friend took his car there and they fixed it right. They are good so they are always swamped and very busy do don't wait until the last minute to get your car fixed. The owner is a great guy: Daniel Terry. Lots of my friends use him and I do too.

Friendly, knowledgeable mechanics and staff. Riley knew what was was wrong and what my car needed within 2 minutes and still had it double checked to be sure. Daniel personally came to tell me what was going on, discovered a recall and he called the Kia dealer to set everything up for me. They are so helpful and always take care of me!

Exceptional customer service and support!They went above and beyond by providing excellent customer service by taking the time to help me troubleshoot my issue of looking for a specific bolt for my car. After not being able to find the bolt in the surrounding stores I had to special order the part and was back on the road after the unfortunate event of being stranded earlier that day.I highly recommend this place to have your car serviced.

So thankful to Pro Auto Care for taking time to check my car before heading back to OKC! They were busy and nearing closing time, but they squeezed my car in to make sure it was safe for me to keep driving.

Very kind! They take care of there customers! He told me that my battery looked old and said if I have an problem call them. My car wouldn't start I called them and they came to my location to jump my car!

Had my air conditioning system completely replaced. (It was a '97, long overdue). In at 0830, diagnosed and done before close of business, about 1630.

Very friendly and professional. Clean waiting area with comfy chairs. Yes they charge for diagnostics. And they should be compensated for their work and knowledge. You don't expect to go to the doctor for a free diagnosis.

Took my car up there for a noise. Was told it was my ac condenser fan and it was a battery tie down (rod) shoved in the fan casing. They didn t even look at it. We fixed it ourselves. Thanks a lot guys!!

I am deaf and i use a wheel chair but neither of these makes me mentally incapable of dealing with what needs done on my truck. I was told after I asked (3 times mind you and was ignored twice) for the parts number and name of what he needed to fix it so I could write it down in my log book of repairs, to take my keys and leave. SO I said Fine give me my keys and I will report ya all to the ADA and Better Business Bureau of Oklahoma for 1) Trying to scam or con me into paying for work I did not want or need done at that time and 2) Discrimination, because of my wheel chair and hard of hearing. 3) because of my being a woman.. All three seem likely here. Will never take my personal truck or work trucks there.

I don't respect a business that charges $80 for diagnostics... Even if I get my Jeep fixed here. That 80 should be subtracted from the labor if I choose to get fixed here. That is how business is done. I will wait a week and go dealer if I'm gonna pay dealer price

They are my go to for my vehicles. Oil changes can usually be a "walk-in" visit. Work is done quickly and efficiently. These guys truly care about their customers.

Let me tell you about Danny Terry from Pro Care Auto in Chickasha. This man took my phone call today (Saturday) and they were closed. I explained that I was stranded on the turnpike at the McDonalds and he asked a few questions then said he would come take A look for me. He did come and it was at least 97 degrees outside. This man crawled under my car and set the shifter cable to where I could at least get to my destination. He wouldn't take any payment. I so appreciate honest, kind hearted people and Danny Terry is one. Thank you SO MUCH!!
