I waited to give this review because I wanted to make sure I still wanted to give a amazing review, after I put miles on my trans and hauled with it and I have had nothing but good things to say, the best customer service and great mechanics that know what they are talking about, they got my 13 ram 3500 trans rebuilt and had me back on the road in a timely manner and my truck has never shifted better! Give Ernest a call you won t regret it!!

I don t recommend. 3 yr/100K mile warranty. 73K miles later, back to a different shop, to find out Elite installed a RECON torque converter, which is compared to the OEM one they told me was so cheap made, AND grinded on the pump, instead of replacing it like it should have been, which is what caused it to go back to the shop this time, and shed metal into the transfer case this go around. Yes, other shops will warranty a lifted truck, even though Elite will tell you they won t, when you go back in your second time for transmission problems, to try to get your business again. Do your research before picking a shop

Had my transmission pump on my accord replaced here along with some internals in my transmission. They had it done in a timely manner and my transmission was working flawlessly afterwards. A few months later one of my transmission lines sprung a leak and I brought it back in, they had it fixed next day no charge. I've been searching and Ordering a driveline for my unusual car for months. They all came and they were all wrong. I called Elite from my Blanchard home as they advertised driveline service.They could not find the necessary rebuilders or replacement parts for my car. So, no luck!What they did do was Amazing! The searched the internet for sites I that was unaware of and found Five possible places tolocate that drive line and called me later in the day and shared that information with me. Two of the five actually had the part and one in Ohio is shipping it to me. Thank to Elite and Shannon for going out of their way for this Stranger.

Had a transmission put in an 07 mustang they treated me great and a great price. They also have a great warranty 3 years or 50kMade you can t go to a better place

Thanks to Ernie at elite transmission both of my vehicles are running down the road again. My BMW unfortunately I over heated my transmission and required a lot of internal hard parts and my Silverado had a busted sun gear but I request him to completely rebuild it because I plan on keeping the truck for a very long time. I checked the prices in the area with 50 miles and Ernie at elite transmission was more affordable. I felt I could trust him to take care of my automotive needs. Beware of price increases.Double check that all work actually got done, fit, and finish.Saying the above -Not recommended for custom work. Seems to be very busy and rushing jobs. I went in with 5 minor transmission issues paid for full rebuild over $2k. I was told I needed more new parts fix one of the concerns it came with. Took it home 20 miles away just to arrive with 2 of the previously existing issues. Shop does offer warranty, Which I don t care for; job wasn t done correctly the first time. I won t be taking it back, don t care for the warranty. All I Wanted was a job well done.According to other reviewers they seem to do okay on run of the mill vehicles. I have never been so satisfied with a company ever. Ricky is just all round amazing. Work is solid and very affordable ..He is very respectful.. very professional.. says what he means and means what he says. He is on point with quotes and time frames. I never thought I would have my Audi S4 back on the road ever again..and this place made what I thought was impossible happen. I even ragged my vehicle after I got it back for about 3 weeks hard just to test the performance and the work. I very highly and confidently recommend this place .. I m beyond satisfied with the job. Ricky gots ya back...not to mention all his work is backed by a warranty. DO NOT take anything to elite transmission in chickasha. We dropped our truck off on Friday to have the transmission leak identified and fixed. Earnest called back and said we need whole new transmission he couldn't get it out of first. We went and picked up the next week on Thursday to find out it shifted for us just fine out of first even though he never touched it. Also my brand new $1000 dollar speaker box came back busted.

While passing through from New Mexico our Vehicle broke down. We went to two other local mechanics and no one could help us within less than 3 days. Diagnosis was a blown transmission. The last mechanic suggested elite transmissions. Ricky took great care of us with a great price, professionalism and had us back on the road in no time! For all of our future transmission needs we plan to drive all the way from Hobbs New Mexico ! It is worth it!Service: Transmission

Hauled the truck from the house to the shop at no charge. Of course this was based on allowing the repairs. $600 to pull the transmission and diagnose. Overall took a week to haul the truck in, diagnose and do the repairs. Owner and staff was friendly. Supposed to bring it back in about a month and let them look it over. Week in and pleased so far. 3 weeks to go.

Specialist determined that a leak was not coming from the transmission before any servicing was performed. They replaced fluid,filter and gasket at my request but only after the analysis was completed. Well worth the time and money. I will be back at next service schedule. I recommend Ricky and Elite Transmission, and I will tell you why. It was November of 2020, my wife and I were five miles from home after having driven 400+ round trip miles and towing a 12,000# Fifth Wheel RV behind our 2003 Ford F-350 with a 5R110W transmission. This transmission had only approximately 10,000 miles on it since being rebuilt at Rick Garrison's shop out by Lake Lawtonka. I was losing power and the transmission wasn't shifting correctly. I even began to wonder if I was going to make it the last 1/2 mile to home! I called Garrison's phone number repeatedly and the phone was never answered. I had to get something done about this problem. I thought about taking it to another major player in the Chickasha Transmission business. But, my gut feeling was not to. I've heard too many complaints lately. I did a bit of research on Elite Transmissions, and then gave them a call. The owner, Ricky Mitchell, answered the phone. I told him the symptoms exhibited. I told him it was recently rebuilt. And, I told him my concerns about taking my pickup to someone that might leave me screwed over the way Garrison had. Ricky Mitchell took the time to tell me about his background. Ricky and his wife moved to Chickasha years ago so they could be with his wife's Mother and family. Ricky has been working on transmissions his whole life! Ricky's father owns a chain of five or more (I do not recall exactly) transmission shops in Colorado. Sooo, ....I took my F-350 to him and left it with him. I told him to use like it was his own daily driver and see if he could get the transmission to act up....since it was shifting okay on the way to Chickasha. Ricky did just that. But, it wasn't acting up. And, the codes he read were not indicative of the things I had outlined to him. We talked and decided he'd need to tear it down. Besides, it had a leak that Garrison's garage should have fixed. ~ What was determined was that it needed to be REBUILT! Yes, Garrison's garage just slapped what looked like a junk yard transmission in and charged me for a rebuild. I saw it apart myself. I inspected it myself! Now, Ricky Mitchell gave me three options....a standard rebuild, a strong rebuild with stronger parts and better warranty, or an absolute rock solid rebuild that would make it almost impossible to tear up AND a fantastic warranty. Of course, this last option came with the highest price, but....this 6.0 diesel has a recent "bullet proofed" engine. I wanted the transmission to handle pulling that 12,000# RV with that bullet proofed engine over a mountain. Ricky got right on it and did the job in just a few short days. He asked me to bring it back in after 30 days so he could inspect it and run codes on it. I returned in December. Danny Black, who works with Ricky, and is one of the nicest fellows you'd ever meet, inspected the transmission.....NO leaks. Danny ran codes on it. Perfect. Danny checked the fluid. Perfect. A few days later, my wife and I hooked up to the Fifth Wheel RV and headed to Texas on what is a 900 mile round trip. Oh My Goodness!!! My pickup with Ricky's rebuilt badass transmission pulled, shifted, downshifted, engine braked, etc.....like a dream!! And, the diesel consumption was improved by 2.3 mile per gallon! So, do I recommend Elite Transmissions?? YES!! I would only go to Elite Transmissions. Great work. Great individual service! Great people! Great experience. 10 stars out of 10!Service: Transmission
