I sent my 16 year old daughter to get her oil changed. This was the first time she s ever done this on her own. She doesn t have the life experience to know what type of additional services she may or may not need. She agreed to high mileage oil and some type of fuel enhancer. and a cabin air filter. None of which she actually needed and called me upset because I told her it shouldn t cost more than 50 dollars, but instead had to pay 98 dollars. She was working at her first job and had enough money in her account and was proud she was going to pay for it herself. I was proud of her too. When I saw the invoice I saw the additional services and realized that they had taken advantage of her in my opinion. Needless to say I told her how this happened and how we would do the service on our own in the future. I reimbursed her money so she wouldn t feel too bad because she was taken advantage of. At any rate, I won t be back. On a side note I manage our fleet at work and saw a noticeable increase in the cost of oil changes since Jiffy Lube corp. has taken over this once mom and pop organization, as well as all the other ones in the county. I m going to recommend to our agency fleet manager that we either do our oil changes ourselves, or go to to the next state over to have our oil changes on our fleet vehicles where we can use services that are more in line with fair pricing practices. Thank you

I felt as if the staff have fun at work AND still took proper care of my vehicle smoothly and efficiently. We felt as if we were part of the fun at times! For the small town of Broken Bow to have such HUGE talents with the local lube shop it was an experience we will never forget! Our vehicle was also vacuumed and the windshield was cleaned inside/out! 10/10 service, will recommend!

My car gave me an oil pressure low warning, it wasn't quite due for a change but I pulled in here and asked them to check it, they filled it up free of charge, tightened a loose filter from the previous oil change place I went to. Great customer service. Will definitely be a loyal customer from now on.

Such a nice establishment!! A fine group of young men!! We came in for an oil change and a check engine light on and they were so helpful. Would highly recommend coming here even if you just have a question about a car problem you might have. The employees are always friendly, very polite, & helpful. Price is comparable to places I've used in the past. The waiting area is clean, quiet, & comfortable. Although, you won't be there long enough to get too comfy. Honestly these guys are AMAZINGLY FAST!Simply put, the service is a great value. Example: Wednesday I pulled into the parking lot at 10:55 and was back on the road at 11:13

I love this place. The guys are always the sweetest and they always make sure I m taken care of quickly. They never try to sell me anything that I don t need but they always make sure to do a full check of my car to make sure that everything s running OK. Love these guys to the moon! They are wonderful. Always try to get my oil and fluids changed threw them. Prices are reasonable and Glen and his guys are the sweetest!! You won't regret going here. They also vacuum out your floor boards and seats!! Who else give that kind of service!
