I was impressed with the spacious lobby that offered chairs to sit in, coffee, cold water and popcorn for those who enjoy such snack. I was greeted by a gentleman who was professionally dressed with a calm voice and a welcoming smile. He was gracious and ready to help me with my questions and gave me quick answers. Clean and fully stocked restrooms with an air freshener for those moments, choice of places to sit and was relaxing. I like their overall ways of serving their customers. Not rushed, not trying to sell me something and didn't try to overpower me being a woman. I will be returning for future auto needs.

Tate Boys took great care of us! We had the brakes checked on my son's car and were told that they were fine but they recommended 2 new front tires that were very worn plus an alignment. The brakes would've cost us more so I know they weren't lying and trying to upsell us. Just good honest suggestions on things that were needed to keep my teenager safe! We will use them again!

This place has excellent customer service, even that my tires and install was prepaid, everyone was very helpful from the moment that I walked in, my service rep was Chris and he was very helpful setting up my schedule, the tech who worked on my tires was aware of muy special request on my just powder coated wheels and he did a great job. Thanks everyone, keep up the great customer service.

I had an amazing experience at the BA location! I got there a little after 4 after work and Chris was very helpful and genuinely a good person. I had a slow leak in one of my tires and I just wanted new tires. They got my new tires on and an alignment done in about an hour and 20 minutes. I was relieved to feel like my car was safe to drive! The prices of the tires were reasonable for the market and I love that it s really close to home for rotations. Thank you so much!!!

Jamie was great. I'm experienced with working on vehicles ans explained what i needed replaced. He understood my problem, listened to my concerns about my vehicle and found additional problems I had missed. Got me fixed up fast and easy!

The entire process was very professional. Chris Stout was the point person at the front counter on my initial visit and was outstanding. I returned for service on his day off and was assisted by Juan, he was equally as good and took care of all my needs. Great job, fair price and excellent customer service, and the courtesy car was a bonus. Keep up the good work, your team is GREAT ! i would recommend this shop for your repair needs. Thanks gang.

I had a great experience at Tate boys! I went in for an oil change and the service was not only excellent, it was timely. Mike was my attendant and he was very pleasant to talk to.

Awesome place! Went in for an oil change and got there about an hour and a half before they closed on a weekday. I used a coupon for 50% off that I found super easily with a quick google search and got in and out in less than an hour.They also kindly brought it to my attention that the shop who (incorrectly) patched my tire last had crossed threaded my lug nut so I was very grateful to get that info on the record so I can hold them accountable and get it fixed.I ve never had a designated shop to go to for my oil changes or anything but I will definitely come back here in the future.Thanks guys!

I needed a break job done. Most places I spoke with gave me an estimate of $575.00 to $635.00. Tate Boys said $635.00 but offered a discount of $125.00...my bill was $675.30. They apologized by telling me that the discount was applied before they gave me the estimate.I will say that the place was clean and the staff was polite.

Love the guys over at Tate Boys in BA, especially Jamie Moore, he is the best! Always on top of my vehicles and keeps me well informed on my vehicles needs. Good place to do business with for sure.

I brought my car in for an alignment and 2 new tires. They were able to get me right in! After my tires were replaced I had a sensor stop working. I brought the car back in and they replaced it at no additional charge on got me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Amazing customer service!

Mike was so helpful for my many questions, and the service was under an hour!!! I will definitely recommend the place to others and come back to THIS location. They are friendly, and there are no hidden fees.

They have always been professional and the store front is always clean. Called to confirm my car was ready so I did not have to wait for service. I recommend them if you need an oil change, tire rotation or a new set of tires.

Long story had to wait to two weeks so I could get a lug nut that I missed placed and they held my tires for me until then and when I finally did come to get my tires and put them on they did it fast efficient and did a great job and I am really really happy with my tires.

Hey they were great. Service was excellent. Pricing competitive. My usual place couldn't give me an appointment for a couple of days. Plus they charge more. So over all , will be going back.

Body shop had alignment done at TATEBOYS broken arrow , Jamie manager! Thought pull to left they said it s alignment is straight, I needed new tires! So I got new tires! JAMIE SAID THEY HAD HALF MILLION DOLLAR MACHINE ALIGNMENT! Tricked into buying new tires . Alignment straight!!! They should know to keep steering wheel straight!!!!!!!!! He said bring it back. WHY NOT JUST DO IT RIGHT!!!! Not con people to buy tires! True story!!

Very disappointed with the service this time. A low tire was not repaired and took a second visit.Was told additional work was needed on front end, and was told that it was noted on the receipt. It was not. Only an abbreviated code.Also, I have spent over $5K there this year, and still have no "rewards". I now mus call back and ask for the complete description of what is needed.This may be my last trip to Tate

If I could rate 0 I would. Went in for an oil change a brake inspection. Said my brakes were fine, after spending close to 2000 to fix the problem I was having I was still have the same issue. Took it back and now they say I need rotors .and another wheel bearing??? Will never use and again and suggest any female using them should think twice or end up being screwed!!!!

I called to see if they would honor the $19.95 coupon for an oil change and they did indeed honor it. I ve had other not as great experiences with other places & their coupons. The service was fast and truly great customer service. I was impressed and will return. Great job Tate!!

Tate Boys on Aspen is typically our go to place for issues related to tires. They re always extremely helpful and honest in my experience. Never surprised with what we end up getting charged. Would recommend.

Outstanding service! My recent tire problem was a slow leak, took the vehicle in and within the hour leak was found patched at no charge , all my future tire purchases will be from Tate Boys. The only opportunity for improvement would be replacing chairs in waiting area.

They were HONEST unlike Discount tires and charged me Nothing to take the screw out my tire! Discount Tires tried to say I need two new back tires and would not fix stating I had wires showing which was Not true! I will need tires soon after 45,000 miles which I have not reached yet! So when it s time I will be back at Tate Boys you have a customer for life now!!!!Update: Came back for my tires March 2024 and Everything was great I also thought I may need breaks but they told me they would check it out for me and at this time Im fine and no need for breaks so they are honest because we told them we needed them and was willing to pay.God Bless you for blessing me!

The whole staff here is amazing. I came in for an oil change and to get my tires looked at. Zack and Blake and the rest of the team got me in and out very quick! I will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Do not go to the Broken Arrow location! If you want the best service and staff go to the location on 81st & Yale. I can t stress this enough. The BA location messed my brakes up and denied there was any kind of problem. Said they had 2 mechanics look at it and there was no issue. I took it to the Yale location and he said immediately he could see the issues. He fixed all their problems for free and even gave me 2 new tires for free because of the hassle they put me through over there. I ll never go into the BA location again and I ll tell everybody I know not to go there as well.
