This is my second trip to Meineke #2005 for my vehicle needs. Both times we have had unexpected issues with our vehicle and the technicians have been amazing helping us out and getting things fixed up the day of. I brought my two year old each time and they were all very patient and understanding with her! Very grateful to have help through a stressful time

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Meineke in Broken Arrow, OK, for some much-needed car repairs, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel confident that my car was in good hands.First off, I needed four new tires along with a rotate, balance, and alignment. Not only did Meineke have a wide selection of quality tires to choose from, but their expert technicians were able to efficiently install them while ensuring proper alignment and balance, leaving my car feeling like new again.Additionally, I required new rear bearings and an O2 sensor replacement. The technicians at Meineke tackled these tasks with precision and expertise, diagnosing the issues quickly and providing me with transparent explanations throughout the process.What truly sets Meineke apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. Not only did they complete the repairs in a timely manner, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the results. Their attention to detail and dedication to quality service are truly commendable.Overall, I cannot recommend Meineke in Broken Arrow, OK, highly enough for all your car repair needs. With their friendly staff, top-notch service, and expertise, they have earned my trust as my go-to auto repair shop.

We were suggest here by another business, hundreds of miles from home while trying to get back. My vehicle was full of stress and tension already, and funds were limited do to multiple unexpected factors. So as soon as this business opened, I had the luck and pleasure to have two very polite, understanding and beyond helpful employees who were quick to diagnose what the issues were, and how to resolve it for what can only be described as an offer sent by the embodiment of good luck. I'm no religious man, but from the bottom of my heart and soul, bless you both for your help last Tuesday morning. I may never make it back to your city, but if either of you are in Colorado, I hope to return that grace and humanity y'all had gave us.

The Meineke in Broken Arrow, off of Aspen, has a phenomenal team working at this location. They matched my estimate from another company and then did even more on my car that the other places quoted me. They got me in for an inspection within 30 minutes of my phone call and then got my car in right away for new brakes and sway bar that same day. They offered me a ride home and back so I didn't have to wait there, and even offered to Uber me back and forth if I felt safer doing that. Hands down the best treatment I've ever experienced. I will not go anywhere else but Meineke from this point forward!!

I had all new rotors and brakes put on for close to $1,000 and they didn t replace or tighten the bolt and the whole caliber came off while i was driving and stuck into the wheel which caused me to run off the road with my children in the car. The other caliber on the front also wasn t replaced or tightened down and was barely on. Three separate mechanics told me it would have killed us if we were driving down the interstate at a high speed. They refuse to refund me and handled it by JR screaming at me on the phone after refusing to call us back for 2 months and not letting me get a word in edgewise and constantly interrupting me. They also kept our lock key and we just got it back after several trips asking for it. They always gave us the run around claiming JR wasn t there but he would call us back. I just had all new tires put on and the alignment fixed right before they did a botched job on the brakes and rotors and now it s messed up and it s shaking the whole car while I drive. They are negligent and dangerous especially when their mistakes can cause a fatal accident. Pictures included the mechanic took that came out and fixed it.

I popped in Meineke today for an oil change. First time in this business.I made the appointment last week for today but when I got there, they informed me that I am a week early for my appointment. OH NO!!!No worries! They got me right in before 08:00. 7:45 to be more exact.The guy at the counter who I think is called Chris, was super cool and polite.Great place for an oil change

Sent my wife in here knowing what was wrong with her vehicle but wanted to hear what these guys/gals had to say and get pricing. My dad sent me here years ago and I wanted to make sure it was still reputable before we dropped 1k+ on anything. Anyways she said she was treated right, no one tried to make her feel like she was less than or at a disadvantage because she is a beautiful lady not a mechanic (although she could probably whoop half of the mechanics I know) , and they helped get the pricing down to a level we could work with after the initial sticker shock so many of us have become accustomed to when choosing a quality auto service place. She said the owner or gen manager came in to check on her while she waited. Her appointment was at 2pm I believe and she was there 3hrs+ ish. They offered her an Uber home until the repairs were completed but she decided to wait in the office. All cool from husband land. I hated to send her by herself just because I'm old school not because she can't handle herself but these guys did the right thing and did a great job so I wanted to say Thank You to your staff for taking care of my wife last week.Ryan M~Broken Arrow

We were coming from 5 hours away to purchase a used car, but we needed to have it checked out. This site not only got us the same day appointment, but performed exactly what we needed a pre-purchase inspection! They were friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for giving us some comfort to know the car was looked over. Highly recommend the Broken Arrow location!!

April is amazing and the technician Chris did an amazing job. My Blue is an '06 so she's old and she's basically running like new! If you need auto repair, please go here!!! IT IS WORTH THE TIME AND THE MONEY!!!!!! I have used this particular location off and on for a couple of years. These Guys are Amazing, they're honest, professional, and pretty fast at what they do, I was using a Groupon and I didn't realize that I had to pay more then what I've paid for already and Meinke worked with me. It's that kind of A-1 common courtesy Work ethic that will always bring me back. You have a loyal customer now! Thanks for getting my oil change done and working with me.

Great car repair experience. Pat was so helpful and even though I was a walk in emergency he took care of it right away and everything works great. The shop is well run a clean! I now have a new mechanic!

I made a Groupon purchase for this and I had to make an appointment for a simple oil. Once there, It took close to an hour to get done and I had to pay certain fees which made the total cost the same as a normal cost. So I didn't receive any kind of deal. It was wasted time.

I was skeptical about using a local shop and not my dealership. The team was welcoming and was integrity driven. What could ve been costly was just $40.00 and a quick fix. Thanks for restoring my faith in a local shop. I will be revisiting shortly with all 5 vehicles I own.

Do NOT go here for auto repair! I brought my vehicle in for them to check the light that was going off on the dashboard. I left it there for few hours and Meineke called me to tell me all these crazy repairs that were needed on my vehicle. Mind you, I've been taking my vehicle there for a year up to this point and not once have they mentioned that I should be aware of some maintenance that is due in the near future. I'v been to other mechanics that keep me updated on what part of my vehicle is going to be needing maintenance soon, so I can be prepared for it.I believed the Meineke advertisement that they would check my vehicle all over each time that I brought it in to be seen. Evidently, this was not happening. When I took it in most recently for this dashboard light issue, they told that they had to recently fired some mechanics because they were not doing their job. Apparently, Meineke passes on the cost to their customers for Meineke's lack of ability to hire competent mechanics.I took my vehicle to some other mechanics to make sure I wasn't being lied to since the Meineke estimate sounded absurd. All the other mechanics told me the same thing - Meineke is lying to me, making up fake repairs. Meineke's so-called repairs were going to be almost 10k.Moreover it was in much worse condition when I drove it off the Meineke lot. The front desk guy at Meineke was rude and would not let me get a word in edgewise when speaking to him over the phone. The manager was a bit better, was willing to meet me halfway about the situation, but I still took my truck to Greg's Automotive in Broken Arrow. I got much better service there! Greg's was recommended to me by a lady I work with. Greg's repairs totaled a couple thousand, which was probably so much because Meineke tore up my vehicle before I took it to Greg'sI heard from a couple other ladies in the Broken Arrow area that they'd received similar treatment from Meineke (lying by making up fake repairs for astronomical fees). I sense a pattern with Meineke treating women like this on a regular basis. I still would NOT recommend anyone go to Meineke! I wasted so much time and money with this horrible place.

I brought my car in and they quoted an amount that was absolutely not in my price range(I m on disability so nothing is in my price range)I m a very emotional person & started to cry(what s new lol)so the manager did some computer magic & ended up dropping the original price by over $200 which was easier to talk my mom into paying for it, so thank u!

I was debating if I would go to Jiffy Lube or Meineke in Broken Arrow. I decided with the Meineke!!! Im super glad I did! April at the front was amazing from start to finish. They were booked for the day due to the Labor Day holiday and she was very accommodating and worked me in their busy schedule. She was very Knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be going back to this Meineke! Thank you all for great service

Professional. Oil changes cost more than I remembered!The "floating manager" was informative about a used car inspection service Meineke offers for $150 and which used trucks offered the best value in his personal experience. He also explained all the disposal costs for used filters, oil, fluids, etc that go into the rag-shop fee add-on. It's expensive to dispose of hazardous materials responsibly.

Took my car in for an oil change. Price is very affordable considering the fact that three of the other places I considered we re going to charge me 40+ dollars more. The service was incredible and the manager that runs the store is a great person, and an even better manager. if you have had a bad experience at this location before, I highly recommend giving it another try because new management and staff have taken over this location and it is awesome. Five stars. Will definitely come back.

I brought my truck in to get the brakes checked out. They were not in need of repair or replacement so they pulled my truck out and my wife and I went to Scotfest. It seems nowadays you can't trust anyone to give you an honest appraisal of anything really so it was refreshing that the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Meineke in Broken Arrow also demonstrated integrity.
