I took my car in to get transmission work done they got me in fast. They helped me out in every way and they did amazing job on getting me my car repaired and getting it back to me and they were very patient with me and it was a wonderful experience. I recommend this to all family and friends. Is anyone out there who needs transmission work please go here you will be so pleased and grateful with the work and experience.

I wouldn't take my truck there again to save my life. They had to take my exhaust off to do a transmission rebuild on my truck. Ever since, I have had an exhaust leak. When you remove an exhaust you have to replace the gaskets. They did not. I had to buy the gaskets myself and take it back to them. That still didn't fix the problem. Come to find out they somehow snapped off a header bolt while removing or replacing my exhaust. I called and talked to them and they are not going to take responsibility for it. According to Randy bolts just snap off. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Bolts just snap off? I didn't have an exhaust problem before I took it there and now I do because apparently bolts just snap off.

The mechanics at AAMCO are fast and friendly! I had an issue with my car that took many steps to resolve; they kept in constant contact with updates and expected costs. I was expecting to be with out a car for two weeks and they got it done in half the time. They did not have any problem communicating with my warranty policy holders in order to expedite the process. I will be returning in the future.

Drove my car there had to tow it out thats how bad this place is and they charged me 3000 dollars and said good luck with your car pretty much awful business and when i did get my car back all sorts of bolts were missing and a wire was ripped offf and i can t figure what they did to my car that ruined it running and im to broke now to bring it anywhere else and on top of that they made me buy all the parts myself which was another 3,000 dollars and bring them to them everytime they had my car for like 3 months and ruined itService: Transmission

AAMCO has worked on my 2007 Honda Accord at least twice and I have been quite pleased with their performance each time. I get my car back in pristine running order and they are very conscientious about leaving it tidy, not joyriding or running out my gas, treating it as they would want their car treated. I trust the men at the Broken Arrow store wholeheartedly and never have to worry about any detail at all with these folks. I stopped using the dealerships once I was invited by Randy Brooks to give them a chance to earn my business. Should you care to give them a try, you won't regret it.Service: Electrical repair

My car was having trouble changing gears so I went to AAMCO after a transmission referral. Randy is so amazing. He worked hard to get my car scheduled for diagnostics and did his best to squeeze me in. They were quick to figure out the problem and repair it. They are nice and do a great job explaining the issues and what work is needed. When my transmission was repaired they took my car for a test drive and noticed a huge safety issue with the steering wheel and notified me immediately. They corrected that problem as well and my car was ready when they had projected it would be. Their pricing was great compared to the dealership pricing for the same steering issue and the dealership hadn t mentioned the safety issue either. I will definitely be back for any future car maintenance. I recommend them to anyone. These guys are awesome! The staff is very knowledgeable, and the customer service is great! They went above and beyond to service my Transmission on my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4 doing a complete Transmission system flush, All New fluid, filters, and Transmission pan gasket changed...They also without charging me a dime, cleaned and disinfected my fresh air intake system and vents! Great Job! and Thank you to James and his crew! they took really good care of me. Give James a call and he will take good care you and your car!!!

Randy and his team rebuilt our transmission and had us back on the road in 4 days! Much faster than other shops. They quoted a WAY better price than other shops we called, and were honest and communicated with us before doing any work. Ended up not being transmission related, but they fixed my vehicle, and they did it quickly with good communication. I trust these guys, and I would definitely go back again (although I hope I don't ever have to).

The team there was very pleasant to work with. They were able to diagnose my issue and then schedule my vehicle in and repair in a weeks time. Randy at the Broken Arrow AAMCO is the only person my husband would trust to do any kind of maintenance on his beloved 1998 Toyota 4Runner. He replaced the timing belt and as always his work is top-notch. I highly recommend that if you want the job to be done right you ll take your vehicle to Randy.

I have taken two cars to them that both needed some major work, and Randy and his colleagues wasted no time in fixing me up and getting me back on the road! They were courteous and thorough, explained things to me, and made me feel that they were genuinely glad to help.If you are looking for mechanics with knowledge and integrity, and you want them to treat you like you are really important to them, take your car to AAMCO and you will have nothing to worry about- You and your car will be in good hands! Excellent Customer Service. Fantastic maintenance. Clear explanations.We visited AAMCO Transmissions & Total Care to get some work done on my Corvette. The car had a number of issues that were found as they began getting through the car. I ordered aftermarket parts to AAMCO and they got them on the car. Randy at AAMCO is amazing. He did a fantastic job taking care of my beloved car and was second to none in his communicative effort. I would unequivocally recommend Randy and his team at AAMCO.

We initially came by AAMCO because it was the closest place to my mother-in-law's car that had broken down. But, what an awesome find it has been. Randy is a complete professional. We returned to them just a couple weeks ago to work on my truck after having a nightmare experience elsewhere. It was just nice to have my faith restored in doing business for auto repair. Randy brooks is a great service manager. They have a great team that really does care about their customers and delivering quality service. They go above the expectations and give you honest evaluations when asked for. If their are any specials on services they will let you know and help you get the best for your buck. These people really do care about their customers and know that honesty..great service..and a great team..make for return customers.

This place is amazing. Randy and his staff are a breath of fresh air. Not only are they honest, they are quick, and very thorough. Great shop to have vehicle serviced. Randy was great, explained the issues that needed attention and priced every item in detail. Honest work performed on things that needed work and nothing else. Not one hint of shadiness or end of work surprise cost. Much more than just a transmission shop. Highly recommended if you like honesty and fair prices.

The manager Zack helped us out so much with our transmission. We had a extended warranty that wasn't going to pay for it to be rebuilt and wanted to just have them put a used one in. So Zack worked us a deal and got us the rebuild transmission and saved us a ton. I have never met someone so knowledgeable and willing to go out of his way to help. Talked to some of the mechanics too and they were all really polite and happy. Awesome place. It is like the good old days where you can rely on and trust your mechanic at this shop. Great great experience!

This is the best auto shop I have ever been to. Zach, the manager there was extremely helpful in the process of my insurance claim. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He took care of all my auto needs. My car had suffered transmission damage while hitting flood water. Zach and his team went over and beyond my needs. Not only did he take care of my transmission but he was able to install a new clutch for me (which another shop messed up). My car drives like the day it was off the lot. The transmission and clutch run so smooth and I can't thank him and his team enough. If you're looking for a shop to go to for your car needs, look no further than AAMCO in Broken Arrow. These guys are honest and personable. I've never seen anything like it. It's crazy too because I would never take time out of my day to ever make a review for these guys but wow, they deserve a lot of praise for the work they do.

Randy and the guys in Broken Arrow have a great team. Very professional and loyal to their customers. I took my car in and it needed the transmission rebuilt. They stayed under the quoted price and I even got my car back a day early. It runs like a dream. I've been a customer with Aamco for years and will continue because of people like Randy and his team.

I had some car trouble over the weekend so I quickly did a google search for transmission shops around BA. Whenever I found the highest rated shop, I picked up the phone and immediately found out why the shop was rated so well, or at least part of an explanation anyway. I thought Randy was kind, patient, knowledgeable and a straight shooter. I was expecting a massive rapid bill and was surprised when Randy called with only a fraction of my suspected exit price. As long as these guys are here, I ll be a customer. Really appreciated the experience. Even got to meet some of the shop guys. Excellent team, excellent performance.Service: Engine repair

Awesome guys! Awesome service! Zach communicated with us so well and gave us options to not only get our car fixed quickly, but also save us money. I was told these guys were the best, and now after dealing with Zach and his shop I can honestly say there is no competition out there that comes close. So blown away and thankful for finding them.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I took my car in for a security issue that required re-wiring and they were able to fix it with no problems. There was a wait to get my car in, but it was worth it. I would highly recommend these guys since they know what they are doing and they treat the customers very well. The manager was honest and upfront with me the whole time with pricing and expectations. I felt welcome and valued as a customer. Will definitely use them again!
