This place is great! Bryce in bville helped us, he did his job but wasn t pushy. We love the vacuums, rags and cleaner, air compressor thingy all awesome.

Went to wash truck last week,truck looked nice afterwards. When we got to the dryer it blew my side mirror and hit the window knocking the mirror out and busting it. I just happened to be videoing as we're going thru and can hear when it happened,but it wouldn't let me post a video only pictures.

The wash is fine. But just a warning that if you have an aftermarket back up camera, it might come off after the wash. When I talked to the manager, they first tried to say it was already broken basen on their camera footage. When I asked to see footage, then after a 45 minutes wait they said they are not responsible for aftermarket parts - fair enough! But I felt they were being dishonest at first and didn t care about having this customer return!

Tidal Wave provides a thoroughly enjoyable experience for their customers. From friendly staff to great products! I would recommend Tidal Wave to anyone who likes to have a clean car! The vacuums are exceptionally powerful and they have a pressurized blowing nozzle available for cleaning nooks and crannies! There are towels and cleaner available for cleaning the inside and an unbeatable unlimited car wash program! Great job Tidal Wave!

Tidal wave car wash does a great job! To start with they are open. They provide cleaning, rags, free of charge and some cleaner. The staff does a great job of scrubbing it before it goes into the wash, but the car wash also does a great job. The vacuums are awesome and can suck up anything . There s always a lot of cars there, but they move through the line pretty fast . Thanks.

This place! I m addicted! It actually gets your car clean! Many packages to choose from at a monthly reoccurring rate, set it and forget it! They have many bays with compressed air, vacuum hoses and also provide cleaning solution and clean rags for interior detailing after the wash. The staff and manager are very nice and help when needed. Bryce in particular actually took the time to see bugs in my grill and clean them off before starting the automatic car wash process. Highly recommend! Thank you Tidal Wave for coming to Bartlesville!

Best car wash hands-free that I've been in and my whole entire life. No MAYBE ONE OF THE BARTLESVILLE AREA OR ANY AREA THAT AND WHAT TIED AWAY GO THERE IT'S WORTH YOUR MONEY.. THEY HAVE TWO DIFFERENT TYPE OF VACUUMS THEY HAVE HIGH PRESSURE AIR FREE TOWELS GLASS CLEANER.

Love the new car wash - much better than our previous membership in town and I feel like it gets the car much cleaner. The vacuums are awesome also. Bryce helped us today and he was outstanding!

By far, the best car wash of my life. My car was clean in the first pass and glistered for days. I also love that Tidal Wave provides all of the cleaning solutions for my interior clean. I love this place. bought a membership so my car will always be this clean.

Have a monthly membership. Great wash. In the vacuum area they provide microfiber clothes and glass cleaner at no extra charge.

I just have to give it 5 stars. No one's perfect, but this place is just wonderful, convieinant, assistful, friendly, definitely hard-working employees, maintaining quality of the property, and organization of all their products. There's even products people don't even know are there, such as automatic tire inflation, cleaning towels, and fresh generalized scented spray.

Asked for a refund cuz i never even used the lady just said sorry cant give it back shouldve cancelled it 7 days before. Never even signed up through my phone or nothing idk how they can do that an not give you you're money back when you say you're not gonna use it. All she said is you can use it the next month even if you cancel. I dont wanna use it for the next month i sidnt use it last month. Need better customer service soo rude probably aint gonna last long here. We already so many car washes. Their reply to this comment is contact customer service lol, they plan to do nothing but give generic replys an not actually help customers who want their money back. After saying customer service did nothing to help was rude an just kept repeating themselves that they werent gonna be able to help me

Didn t clean my truck that well. Still had dirt , streaks and water spots everywhere. For what they charge you should be spotless .

Car still had spots. It broke our luggage rack off. Kind of sounds like nothing will be done. Then when we were leaving a car was coming out still completely covered in soap. Not worth the money.

Glad I found this carwash. They have airhoses and damp soft wipes for your car. Bryce and I had this conversation today about my car and that I like the carwash.
